My husband and I had a very wonderful experience at Mancinis Dublin. Rob was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed and for a good price. Rob is very knowledgeable as he showed us different options and provided us with thorough information for each option. Our plan was to only buy a mattress as we were going to look for a bed elsewhere but Rob was able to get us a really nice deal and we ended up buying our mattress and bedroom set from Mancinis. Rob’s customer service was OUTSTANDING! We fully recommend Rob, you will not be disappointed!

Cal was very helpful to choose Beautyrest Black for my husband and I. We both like our mattress to be extra firm. I hope that our new mattress will give us a good night sleep and that it will last good 10 years or more as we spent more for a higher quality mattress. I found their prices to be much better than Mattress Firm.

We had a wonderful experience at Mancini’s Sleepworld Dublin. A few months ago we bought a bed there for our son. We had such an excellent customer service experience from Rob that we had to return to get my husband a bed. Rob was very attentive to what we wanted and showed us many options that were in our price range. Rob never made us feel pressured. We definitely recommend this location! Make sure you ask for Rob!

Another fantastic experience at Mancini‘s! I’ve now purchased my fifth mattress from them over the past 13 years and have been very happy with all of them. The district manager helped me out today and went above and beyond to make me happy and to get a mattress delivered up in Tahoe. I’ve also dealt with Rob in the past who also went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations and helping out with a replacement mattress, even though there were a few blips, he worked it out, made it happen and it was was extremely professional and friendly in the process. so. I will buy all my mattresses from them.

Stopped in at Mancini‘s the other night on the way home just to get some pricing for two full sized mattresses I needed. Rob showed me exactly what I needed in my price range and made it a very easy and seamless transaction. I almost forgot putting in my review of the superior customer experience and service I reviewed at Mancini’s Sleepworld Dublin, CA store. I especially like to recommend calling for Sean Godwin when you go there. He will educate you with the stores best offerings and most importantly he is not a typical pushy sales agent rather a friendly associate who will hear you out and recommend you the mattress for your needs. Since I am putting this review a few days after my purchase I would also like to highlight the timely delivery of the mattress per their committed delivery date. Great experience and I’ll go back there for my future Mattress needs.

No pressure to buy in a certain price range, KAO guided me to an excellent product fitting my budget.The night before delivery I Decided to change the boxspring heights so I called the next morning. We went to Mancini’s just to look at some new mattresses. We had previously bought a Sterns and Foster (about 10 years ago) so it was time for an upgrade. My husband and I just shopped at Macini’s Sleepworld Dublin for a new mattress. Colin and Rob were so helpful in the process. The two had so much knowledge on all the different types of mattresses on offer and what would work best for our price range. They were both so professional and patient with us. Purchased an Avocado mattress and had a great experience with Rob. He was helpful in explaining the features available on different mattresses and working with our budget. The mattress needs to be rotated regularly and Rob gave us a few tips to make it easier which we would never have thought of. This mattress is pretty heavy and Im a weakling so those tips will certainly come in handy.

This shopping experience was awesome. We walked in to shop for a new mattress and got such a fantastic experience here. We were pleasantly greeted. The store is clean and spacious. We walked around a bit and then was helped by Rob. He was great! Showed us some options and explained the differences between the mattresses. The customer service experience was exceptional. The store setup and ambiance were very inviting. Sean the customer service rep was very knowledgeable about Tempur-pedic mattresses and their specifications. He invited us to try out various models to find the perfect fit per our need. Even though the pricing of Tempur-pedic Split Cal King mattress is in the high-end, the store offered us a competitive pricing and gave us additional discount. The store manager Cal was also very helpful in getting financing for 0% interest. The shipping and hauling costs are also included in the purchase. Robert was awesome! My son was looking for a platform bed and matching dresser-he helped us find just the right thing for my picky teenager, and gave us a great deal on a floor model mattress. Helps that you guys have well made wood furniture priced right. Got out of there for way less than I was expecting, especially after looking online at what competitors had that was more expensive for mostly particle board. Our bedroom set from Mancinis with bed, matching nightstands and drawer chest and dresser is 17 years old with very little wear (even after moving 3 times). I am deeply disappointed with the customer service that I received from Mancinis Sleep world at Dublin,CA after I purchased a mattress from their Dublin store.On May 20, 2023, I ordered two mattress and trundle frame (the whole set) from Mancins sleep world store in Dublin. The Bed frame and mattress were delivered to my home on June 4th at 8.30 AM PST, but the bottom matters was of the wrong size . The delivery driver assembled the frame, but we observed that the mattress height was too hight and could not close the bottom portion. The delivery driver asked me to call the store later as the store was not opened yet, and told me that he would take it back when he delivers the correct size mattress.I called the store immediately when it got opened at 10 AM PST. I spoke to a store manager and he asked to call the warehouse to get the mattress back. When I called the warehouse team they said that they should get the instruction from the store and customer cannot call them directly though the warehouse phone number was given by the store manager Cal.Now both team are finger pointing each other without giving a solution and I held up with a wrong size mattress.As I have ordered the whole set (bed frame with mattresses) with Dublin store, I would have appreciated if they have sent a replacement mattressI am very disappointed with the customer service and their sales people will disappear once purchase is over.Recommendation: I would not recommend Machins Dublin Stored their delivery partners to anyone. This isnt a nock on the mattresses, but a nock on a specific salesman at this branch. I went in to buy a mattress for my new condo that I was moving into. I had previously visited the sleep train a few blocks down to see their mattresses and then went in to this place to compare. A salesman saw us come in and asked to help. My son needed a new mattress. He had done his research on the various brands: Sealy, Serta, Tempur-pedic. We went to Mancinis first and met Suni Nutakki. She was very nice, not pushy, and asked my son a lot of questions on his sleep preferences. She showed us a special computerized system that was tied into a mattress that my son laid down on. It took his body measurements and where his pressure points were.The system recommended a firm mattress. I was very unhappy with the service I received from this store. The manager I talked to was Rob. I was recommended to speak to the lady manager there, but she was not there when I went in. I tested out several mattresses, and found one that I liked. I was told about their 120 day exchange policy on the mattress, free delivery, 15 yr mattress guarantee, etc. I was then informed that the particular floor model I was looking at was going to be sold and that I could buy it at a considerable cost reduction from the new one. So I went for it. As we were ringing it up, I was then told there was no financing on the floor models. Ok, no problem, pay cash. After the sale was completed, he shook my hand, looked me in the eye, and said Just so you know, there is no exchange and no warranty on the floor models. The sale was final. I wouldnt have purchased the mattress if I had known I wasnt going to get the perks that come with buying a new mattress. Manufacturers sell their products to many sales locations, people make customers come to their store. I hope no one ever goes to this store for their own good.

Very nice showroom but it had a used car lot vibe. Sales staff couldnt take the hint, we tried exploring the options and lying on beds but they just kept following and asking questions. Another salesman followed us to the door and wouldnt give up.

Was greeted by the store manager, Suni Nutakki. She is a wonderful person and really knows mattresses. All the pluses and minuses. My situation was very special since it was for my wife. I am the care giver. I wanted an adjustable bed and a soft mattress. After laying down on many of them I ended up liking the Tempur-Pedic the best with their adjustable base. That afternoon I brought in my wife to test them out with me. I could tell as soon as I got her onto the Tempur-Pedic it was the one. I said this is it, Suni wrote us up, and then the next morning there were the delivery guys. 3 nights later now and my wife is sleeping like a baby, the whole night through. Thank you Suni!

Came in for a memory foam bed. Suni helped me pick one that fit my needs. Turned out memory foam was not for me. I decided to try the adjustable frame and a nice comfy mattress. Suni showed me three different mattress knowing I was on a budget. I found the perfect fit. Suni gave me a good deal. Why do I keep coming back to this dublin store, because Suni is real and honest.She did not take me to the expensive beds first, she took me to what I could afford. Never tried to pressure me to buy an expensive bed like most places do. She worked with me to find the best mattress on my budget. I want to also thank John for going out of his way to make sure I got my adjustable frame sooner. My bed arrives tonight and I cant wait. Thank you Suni for helping me find my dream bed without breaking my budget. It was not about making a sale but helping someone sleep good. Thank you..

It is very bad experience. I have ordered bed frame, mattress and dressing table. The sales guys ordered bedframe set of one size and mattress of another size. on the other hand they delivered the mattress with the hole on the bottom. because of all this mess, I need to wait at home multiple times to receive delivery .

I was a returning customer about to purchase a third bed set, bed, mattress, dresser, until the rep Robert made the experience the worst I have ever had, more so than a car salesperson.He was pushy to begin with as I recall from 2011, but today was worse. He kept pushing and pushing to close the deal. Pull the trigger Be a man it is only $299 I have a family to feed language...it was pretty bad. He was going to throw in bean bags, which I didnt need.Finally he said he would cover my tax, but I had to do it NOW. I asked if I could call him later on or return and he said sure, but it will be 1297 + TAX. I went to the counter and he said is this the right number and address to put the order through. I told him this bed wasnt what my kids wanted, so maybe I could come back in 30 mins or an hour. He said sure, but it would be $1400+. ($1297 + TAX) To end it off, I asked what difference does it make if I get it now or in 30 or 1 hour? He said something like I dont need to do this and have a great day. I turned and left the store and report this behavior to their corporate office.Keep in mind there was no one else in the store and it was around 12:20pm, not sure why he didnt want to help a returning customer and possibly make a deal.

Buyer beware! This store provides zero customer service. They will upsell you at an inflated price and refuse to reimburse you when it is due. Contacting them is like playing phone tag. No one takes responsible to do the right thing and call you back to provide customer service. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR GO TO MACYS FURNITURE! YOULL SAVE MONEY AND RECEIVE GREAT SERVICE!

Typical high pressure sales tactics, but friendly. And if you play the negotiation game right, there are nice discounts to be had. Prices tend to be more competitive than Sleep Train, but not quite as good as online.
