I can’t recommend anyone here for anything more than a cleaning, especially if it’s your first time. I had my first wisdom tooth removed here and it was a horrible experience.I was not informed about what to expect from the process by anyone. The closest thing I got was the consent form for the laughing gas. I was walked into the room and sat down, then before much more than a “hello” the dentist was jabbing my gums with the numbing agent. I was not informed about anything he would do and was not even asked if I was ready to start before I was being operated on. I was not offered any alternative sedation or a backup option in case something did not work or I had a reaction, seeing as this was my first surgery of any kind.While getting a tooth pulled isn’t expected to be a fun time, my experience was beyond what I had imagined or what anyone had prepared me for. I was told afterward that my tooth was exceptionally hard, and that caused the procedure to take 45 minutes to complete. The whole time I couldn’t feel pain but I could still feel the pieces of my gum and jaw being moved, and I could clearly hear everything. The drill, the blood, the bits of my jawbone being chiseled out. My understanding was that the molar was supposed to be split into two or three segments and then removed down to the root. Either because of my irregular toughness or the dentist’s inexperience, instead mine came out in tiny fragments over what felt like ages. I even found a small chip of tooth in my mouth afterwards.When it was finally over the dentist simply took his tools out of my mouth and walked away. It seemed like he had more important places to be. The assistant walked me out and gave me a piece of paper that had a bare minimum of instructions on how to keep my mouth clean on it. They told me that my antibiotics and painkillers were at my pharmacy and assured me that it was safe to drive.Now I’m left with a horrible dry socket and throbbing pain up to my temple that sticks around even with the painkillers in. My stitches have come out, and I’m not sure if that’s normal because I wasn’t even told I was going to get stitches, and the healing process is incredibly slow. I have asked around with dozens people people who have had the same procedure at different offices. Most of them tell me their pain was not as bad as mine and none of them have reported a lack of communication and responsibility as bad as I got. if you’re going to get any procedure done here, make sure you research everything by yourself first because they won’t tell you anything past what gets you through the door.

Disappointing experience. My wife visited for a teeth cleaning, only to be told she had three cavities. However, upon seeking a second opinion at a hospital in Taiwan, she was told she had no cavities at all and is in good dental health. Clearly, theres a discrepancy here. Improve your services if you wish to earn customers trust and insurance claims.

I recently visited Dr. Man’s dental office for a wisdom teeth extraction and a filling. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Man explained the entire procedure in detail and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The extraction was smoother than I anticipated, and the filling was done with great precision. Post-procedure instructions were clear, and I had minimal discomfort during recovery. I highly appreciate Dr. Man’s professionalism and the expertise of his team. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care.

Today was my first visit to this dental office, Ivy explained about my dental insurance so well and provided me additional information. When doctor came, he also explained to me in detail about my X-ray images and provided me professional opinions what I needed to do in priority.Im always terrifie when it comes to tooth extraction, doesnt matter whos doing it or how you trying to comfort me.However, Dr. Mans operating skills are very nice and smooth, and they provided me a detailed list of how Im going to take care of the wounds for their next 2 weeks.I like the place and service from front counter to the end, and yes, Ill definitely go back and continue whats needs to be done.

Man Dental is absolutely AMAZING!!! We’ve had so many challenging experiences over the last two years trying to find a good dental office and staff that demonstrate compassion towards their patients, especially the children. My daughter was very nervous and they were extremely kind and made one of the best experiences ever! They had patience and were gentle with her! At Man Dental, we experienced people that are compassionate, they served us well, like we were their own family! I am so grateful!Shout out to the admins, assistance, Ann, and Dr. Wu, the other doctor was amazing too but my hubby can’t recall his name!Man Dentist!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🥳

I have been looking for a dentist and I found Man Dental in Chino Hills. Making an appointment was easy . Ashley was the one who scheduled me an appointment was very nice and friendly. She explained my insurance very thoroughly during the visit . The doctors and the staff are very professional and they were able to provide dental care that was needed. I would highly recommend this place !

This dental office is amazing and Ill tell you its much more the entire experience than just a single highlight. The entire support staff, doctors, location and cleanliness have made getting my teeth checked a desirable and pleasant experience. The results are top notch quality and virtually pain free while being coupled with caring and understanding attentiveness. If looking for a dentist makes you nervous try Man Dental Chino Hills. My wife and son are also patients here, and the results theyve seen have been enough to get me back in to see the dentist as well. Really a great, honest and professional dental office, a must try for anyone looking for a new dentist. 5 stars without a doubt.

Hadnt gone to dentist in a long time due to lots of fear and embarrassment. I just let Dr. Man do whatever was necessary. He is very experienced, no nonsense, get to work type of dentist. Feel like a lot of weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you Man Dental!

First time here and I love it! It’s been so long since I have switched doctors but I highly recommend this place, Dr. Nguyen is the best very gently and friendly the assistant and the staff up front are the best ! Thank you guys for all your help with my teeth 🦷
