Its hard to put into words just how amazing both the experience and the final results were with Man Cave America! First, the team. To say they were incredibly professional, personable, and all around amazing...is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I was so impressed from my initial consultation with Mauricio, to the execution by Jim and Elmer, to the follow up and confirmation of quality. (Mauricio literally stopped by our home just to inspect that the finished project was satisfactory and perfect...that is impressive!)These guys are the BEST! We purchased our first home recently and we knew that a priority investment was going to be our entertainment, electronics, and devices. We didnt want to skimp on quality and thats why we went with Man Cave America. The reviews (like this one) were all stellar and now as a happy customer, I truly understand why. Mauricio was upfront, honest, and clearly and expert in his domain. He gave me sound advice and recommendations based on our personal likes/dislikes, the layout of our home, and our preferences. His suggestion of a pull-down mount for our 75 TV over our super high fireplace was PERFECT. I never felt like I was getting taken advantage of or that he was leading me in a direction to just make a buck.Man Cave America mounted four TVs, 2 sound bars, set up all our smart devices for Google home so that our high-tech-smart house was everything we could have dreamed of. They really took their time too. It wasnt a rushed job. We knew that precision and quality was their top priority. Mauricio did the consultation and he was on point and very knowledgeable. If we elected not to upgrade our setup and use ManCave, that would have certainly been worth the $150 consultation fee.Since we used them, it was waived. Izaac did the install and he was great. Izaac and his helper were very respectful of our intentions of the setup and Covid guidelines (mask, distancing...).We had them update our old ManCave setup from 7 years ago in our living room. They installed a new TV mount and sound setup in our 1st level (workout room). They also helped us improve our internet speed with Google WiFi.Overall great experience and I would highly recommend them!

We just bought a new TV in our first home and wanted it mounted over the fire place. We wanted it flush as possible and we’re struggling to find someone who would do it. Then came Man Cave America, they had a cancellation and we’re able to get us in quick. The installers attention to detail was second to none - I’m very detail oriented and often left a little bit disappointed when hiring contractors but not with Man Cave America. They also cleanly relocated our router and modem to our side TV cabinets and everything looks so clean. The technician checked and double checked everything and gave us good recommendations for mounting height. Love the end result!

Exceptional service. When settling on a design for our home theater system in a tricky room I found Mauricio to be very responsive to what we wanted, patient with multiple design iterations, and knowledgeable about various solutions. He was able to quickly order the equipment we needed. Izaak did a fantastic job leading our install, making sure the choices he made at each step were in line with what we wanted while providing expert advice based on his experience. These guys are very professional and easy to work with. Our system looks and sounds great, and I was very happy with the process as well as the outcome.

My husband and I work in film and music and our radar is always peak for sound quality and aesthetics. Bringing in Man Cave America to first consult and then execute on a complicated and masterful plan was one of the smartest decisions we ended up making on our 2 year remodel. They led us through hundreds of decisions, always patient, passionate and putting our ideal needs and budget first.Mauricio was our project lead. When all our walls were exposed, we took Mauricio through the home. At the time we were considering only a few ceiling speakers and a media set up for our family room. Mauricio saw that we were in the unique position to prewire the home on a large scale and educated us on what the undertaking would mean for us. After deep consideration, we started down a pretty involved undertaking, but Man Cave made it so smooth.Mauricio made himself available during all our difficult decision deadlines and timelines (and around our work/parenthood/COVID schedules!). His team problem solved with us to create not only a killer sounding family room geared for movie nights, but also a music living room that has the capacity to plug instruments directly into the wall for live performances with livestreaming support.The team worked with our contractors and designers to create a situation where the Samsung Frame televisions mount can recess and hide wires which made the entire room extra special. Impecable mounting work for our TVs at home. These guys are the best when it comes to smart houses and TV solutions. Momo did a great job in our room and living room. They installed a smart lock that I can open from my phone and also they made possible to control all the lights with Google Home. We have little one year old and we were worried that our TVs could fall on her, so we called them and they figured great solutions for us. Extremely happy with their services!!!

This company is wonderful! The owner, the customer service folks and the technicians are all friendly, professional and very helpful. I needed to get a stereo system installed and MCA was my choice and I am so very glad I went with them! There was an initial (video) meeting to describe the job and answer my many questions and then the techs came to install, and all went quite smoothly.I would use them again for sure if I have any more jobs in their scope of projects, and I highly recommend them!

Man Cave America did an amazing job installing a very complex TV/Mantle Mount setup that involved welding and modifications to the Mantle Mount to clear a very deep mantle. They were great problem solvers and the outcome was a very clean install that is incredibly functional. I ended up installing a soundbar to the mount which changed the weight distribution on the Mantle mount and they came back and readjusted the mount free of charge to make sure it could handle the additional weight. I would 100% go with Man Cave America again as I dont know if anyone else could have done as good of an install as they did.

These guys are the absolute best. We moved into a new house with an ultra high - end 7.4.2 surround system and Dave and crew were incredibly precise and professional. They installed 4 Focal in ceiling speakers using lasers for precise measurement and installed ceiling boxes as well. They are clean, precise and knowledgeable.Had than come back and install a flush mount 85 inch TV and again perfect.I’d give Magnolia a 2 and Man Cave America a 10.I’m ultra picky and these guys were honestly perfect. Took their time and did it exactly. Not close. Exactly.

Man Cave has now installed three TVs for me. They are awesome! Super communicative and friendly, fairly priced, and they do great work! They have all the equipment they will need to do the job. They even had to cut a board on my deck to inset the last outdoor tv mount they did. It allows the arm to extend more to one side that it otherwise would have, so we have the best view from our outdoor sofa and it still looks great! They are skilled in what they do!

I was very happy to discover Man Cave America in early 2018. My home theater system had deteriorated, and required major rewiring and retooling. Maurizio did a wonderful job of bringing it back to life. Since then he and his assistants have maintained the system, provided great advice on new components, and I could not be happier with the thoughtfulness and appropriateness of their input, the efficiency of their installations, and the excellent work they do. Mauricio and his team helped me with a projector + home theater setup. This was mid-pandemic, since obviously were all watching more content! They had to work through their own delays on parts, supplier issues, and install restrictions. Despite all of that, I didnt feel any of the pain. They are absolutely amazing. They strive to get the best option for you! not the most expensive, not the highest tech, but whatever you want - but theyll be honest and helpful in their advice. SO HAPPY I FOUND MAN CAVE! My husband had wanted a 80” TV for our home however the area in our living room was a very weird area to mount the TV on the wall. I contacted Men Cave and they send two techs to inspect the area and determine that the wall mount would not work but that they could mount it to the ceiling on the living room they order the ceiling mount and came back to install the TV. They were very professional, clean and friendly. I would highly recommend Man Cave America service to anyone that wants to have their TVs professional mounted. Thank you Men Cave America!!!!

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. We moved into a new condo and needed 4 TVs mounted with in wall wiring as well as full Sonos 5 room setup and programming. Izaac was fantastic. Maurico was absolutely great! He really took the time to look at the space I’m in and evaluate my wants and needs without breaking the bank. The installation went a little rough though. It took three guys a good 7 hours to hook everything up and they left a few holes in the wall. All in all I’m pretty happy with what I have.

I particularly appreciate the time Mauricio took to fine tune what we were going to do so that my money was truly going towards what mattered to me - he had a mind towards quality but never tried to upsell me on anything. Both installers Izaac and Jim were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I could tell they were really into the technology they were installing and were great to chat with about how to use it and what my options for the future might be. The only criticism I have and why its 4 not 5 stars is that communication was a bit lacking and it sometimes took a long time for them to respond to emails.

They most definitely delivered. Detailed work but worth every dollar. Install was on the longer side but worth the extra time. Clean setup with wires hidden behind the wall. Its worth your time to discuss the install in detail and make sure you address everything. In my case, I wanted to make sure I was future technology proof, so we agreed to prep and have HDMI wires available just in case I need them.

Great interaction before the service, talking through what it entailed. I wanted no wire appearance for an OLED TV and Sonos Arc. Pricing seemed fair, able to talk through a lot of mount options. Day of service was excellent. Noticed some damage afterwards and never once felt adversarial with these guys. They were open minded and honest about the whole thing and always gave me confidence we would work out a solution. As a brand new home owner, it was nerve racking at first, but the level of professionalism and customer service was really top notch. I have another project and though I could probably do this one myself, I am planning on trying these guys again because I feel loyal and want to give them some more business. I am thrilled with the end result of the TV / sound setup, too.

A+ and five stars from start to finish. We have now done two projects with MCA: a TV/stereo/speaker install in our guest house and a projector/screen upgrade with new ceiling speakers and lighting install in our basement. From start to finish, these guys are the best and we will use them for all of our A/V needs in the future.For both projects Mauricio came out to inspect the space and spent a lot of time talking (and listening!) to us about what we wanted to accomplish in each space. We talked about how we used each room, what was most important to us with the equipment (i.e. aesthetics vs. performance, hiding speakers vs. having them front and center, etc.) and how all of that fit with our budget. Mauricio then helped us to fine-tune our decisions with thoughtful recommendations and insights based on his experience with various products and prior installations. The main thing (for both me and my wife) was that we never felt like he was trying to talk us into anything or to upsell us, but rather that he was trying to maximize our goals within our budget. In addition, MCAs equipment prices were either right in line or better than what I was able to find online, even though MCA handled all of the hassle or ordering and delivery.The installation team, led by David, was equally thoughtful and trustworthy. We have an older house and so nothing is straightforward. David was an absolute magician in customizing the TV mount as well as the projector mount to make everything look like it was made for the space, including making the related wiring virtually disappear. The team was super courteous and keep the working space clean during the whole process. David also had some excellent suggestions during the installation that we applied to modify the initial plans a bit and MCA was great about accommodating the changes.We have one more A/V project planned and Ive already reached out to MCA to get it going. I just cant say enough good stuff about these guys.

After a very long time of adding more devices and hookups to my 70 flat screen, I had wires everywhere. A sightly mess. Man Cave America (MCA) seemed a strange site for elderly female senior to call. I had just bought a smart TV and sound bar after years of using an antenna and receiving a few channels. on my old 24 TVTheir reviews were top notch and so I called and Nicki, who turned out to be the go to person who magically makes things work out . Explaining I had no technical skills and needed help. she was knowledgable, sensitive, and provided the support needed. A top notch technician was sent out and he did a fabulous job also providing m some training and letting me know, after I had gained some familiarity with the equipment I could call for further assistance.The next day I was having difficulty with the sound bar and called the company who produced the sound bar . After she took me through several steps told me the sound bar as defective and I should return it.So I called Nicki and she said in her opinion it wasnt defective and although the business was on overload with appointments sent out that same day another technician who fixed the sound bar with no charge,So if you want superb service,, trustworthy and competent people I strongly recommend MCA, you will not be disappointed
