After 7 long months of fighting with insurance companies Christina was able to settle my case she handled everything professionally and was always communicating with me of where we were on the case. I’m happy to say we were able to finish this case successfully. Hopefully I don’t ever have to go through this again but if I do I would gladly choose to work with Christina again no questions I would also recommend her to anyone. She is amazing. Thank you for everything.

The process of creating a living trust/estate planning can bring up sensitive issues and create some apprehension. With the help and guidance of Christina Malyan and her amazing law firm, this process was smooth, comfortable, and reassuring. I was involved in a hit and run accident back in September 2022. I suffered major whiplash and other severe neurological injuries. Despite pleading with my insurance company, I was told I had no claim. Upon telling my son, who is an attorney but does not practice personal injury law, he called Ms. Malyan and asked her to take care of me.I was very hesitant to engage in litigation over this accident as my experience with the court system and other attorneys during my eldest son’s wrongful death case was horrific. Despite this, Ms. Malyan held my hand and stood strong beside me from the very beginning. Every call made to her office was responded to same day. Absolutely amazing lawyer. professional. We had a very difficult case due to the employees of the insurance company, and the lawyer made every effort and was able to win the case in our favor. She was absolutely always in touch, answered all questions in detail, always reported on the progress and status of the case. I have been practicing law for a little under fifteen years. During my career as an attorney, I have never taken any personal injury cases. As such, when my mother told me she was involved in a hit and run accident with major injuries I immediately called Ms. Malyan and requested her assistance in the matter. That was all I needed to do. From there on Ms. Malyan stood next to my mother like a rock and fought the insurance company until she received the entire policy limit for my mother. From the beginning, before reaching out to Ms. Malyan, my mother’s insurance carrier maintained mom had no claim nor rights in the matter. I could not be happier that I went to Malyan Law to take care of my case. They fought hard to get me everything I needed for my injury. While some things took a long time to get done they did not give up and encouraged me not to give up either. We recently settled my case for more than I expected. With Malyan Law I felt like I was treated like family. If any of my family or friends is unfortunately enough to have a car accident, I will make sure that they see Christina.
