Were do I start. my wife bought a pro plan for 5 computers they refused to send the key. made us deal with a AI bot who WOULD DO NOTHING WITHOUT THE KEY. So she complained and we cancelled the order through our credit card. When she call it in the other day they clam to give her a better deal $58 for 2 years for 5 computers. Well I just paid for the new service and it was for 1 COMPUTER FOR 2 YEARS AND MINIMUM SERVICE WHAT A JOKE AND THEY TRIED TO SCREW US OVER! USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAFF (MICHAEL WAS THE CUSOMER SERVICE REP) THAT HAS NO PROBLEM LYING TO EVERONE. JUST ANOTHER COMPANY LOOKING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EVERYONE DURING THESE HARD TIMES . SAYS ALLOT ABOUT THE LACK OF ETHICS OF THIS COMPANY.

Tried the free trial version and I opted to go for a different software. But even after installing, it still tries to take over your computer and block legit sites. I cant put some news sites on the allow list because Im not a paying customer. Zero resources on how to get the free version to just STOP.

Repeated attempts to cancel for the past 5 years by email and phone was assured it was canceled and no more charges . Yet again annual charges on my card. Phone call theres no on ravailable.

I have been using Malwarebytes since 2017.Because when the computer I was using at that time is sick, I could not fix it by using other methods, and using the free version of Malwarebytes fixed it.Since then, I have trusted Malwarebyte and continue to subscribe to the paid version.In addition, Malwarebytes does not impair the functions of PC, Windows, Android, and other software, and is light and stable, so I continue to use it well.And, Malwarebytes can be easy to shared with other security software.I like that Malwarebytes is simple, but as the name suggests, its more focused on malware protection, and less on other ancillary security features.

I dont know this company but they billed me $325.66 at 8:58 am and billed me $465.64 at 9:18 am today 8/15/2022 I tried to reach out to them to report the fraud but they are 100% not available . I sent two emails and tried to chat with them and they are likely robots and not human, and scammers or dishonest at the very least so Buyers be ware. I have 26 years running an honest corporation/company and this does not appear to be anything anyone would want...

I have malwarebytes and I love it but the problem Im having is since I cut up all my credit cards and never want to reuse them I no longer have a credit card to renew my subscription. In the last 2 weeks Ive tried telling Customer Service of what I did and they still expect me to pay with a credit card that Ive closed. Today they sent me to my account where I was suppose to renew it on my credit card and I ask myself how can I do that when I no longer have a credit card. Ive told them over and over that I would send an electronic check from my bank to their California address now Im not sure if I should do that. They might not know what to do with a check. Im going to see if I can reach the corporate office and the corporate manager.

Purchased Malwarebytes Premium. Downloaded three downloads they sent. Last download received email confirming my computer was protected. Since then Ive received an email each day for four days in a row saying my Premium activation was still incomplete and my computer is unprotected? I need to talk with a tech from Malware but cant contact anyone. Their phone system is automated and I have no idea how to complete my Premium protection???

I cancelled all auto-renewals on October 22. Today (November 18) my credit card was still charged. When I login to cancel AGAIN, now the cancel auto-renewal button does not work!!! Impossible to get a live person to help over the phone or online chat. Typical terrible customer service, just like big cable and phone companies. Avoid malwarebytes!

Dreadful no customer service, the hang up on you. Dont waste your time calling. They will also bill you three months in advance of your end date, rip off!Google needs minus stars!

Customer Service Sucks it takes 4-7 Day for anyone to get back to you, i have had nothing but issues since we signed up. It works a few days and then stops, always chasing somebody to fix. Terrible way to run a business, If I treated my customers this way I would not be in business very long. This is no surprise to me this is the way most software companies operate.If your read reviews below they all say its a wonderful place to work because nobody is doing ANYTHING!!!!
