Waking up to a leak in your newly remodeled home is everyone’s nightmare. You know, when you have your first flood and you try to handle your situation on your own, then you get a maximum of 10% of everything that the insurance company has to cover, as it was in my case. But when I was flooded for the second time, I just decided that I would take a lawyer, went to Google, typed in the best flood lawyer, I got a list of lawyers who work in this area. I looked through all the ads and intuitively chose a company that gives a free consultation. I called the office and asked if they could help me with my problem. I recently had a category 3 leak in my condo and was frustrated because multiple parties were involved. A unit above me leaked into my garage and HOA is involved.
