The admitting staff was polite and friendly. I only had to wait 5 minutes before being called back.The entire staff asking questions and getting me ready for surgery were very efficientband fast. The anesthesiologist explained everything to me and was very polite.The most amazing part was receiving a personal text from Dr Shamie. She wanted to know how I was feeling and she stated the surgery went well.The best part, I have 20/20 vision in that eye after the surgery. I can hardly wait for them to correct the other eye.

I had the cataracts in both of my eyes replaced by Dr. Shamie and she was an absolute delight. She was very thorough and attentive to my needs and concerns and answered all of my questions. On the day of the surgery she checked in before and after the surgery and the day after the surgery. The staff at the surgery center were all very friendly and professional. They too answered any questions and took very good care of me before and after the surgery, both days. The surgery center even called later in the day to check in on me. I felt that the entire experience made me feel so comfortable and at ease I had no qualms about going back the next week to do the second eye. In fact, I couldnt wait!

My experience with Dr Shamie was wonderful. She is very professional and at the same time very kindhearted. Her office has the latest and greatest technology and equipment to test every aspect of your eye health. Both she and her staff make you feel comfortable and confident in her skill as a surgeon. As a senior citizen, I did not yet have fully developed cataracts but wanted to explore the possibility of improving my vision. I was able to have lens replace surgery and now have 20/20 vision which gives me freedom from wearing glasses. I would highly recommend Dr Shamie.

Dr. Shamie performed the cataract surgery on my left eye a little over two weeks ago. The experience was relaxed and extremely efficient. And the results are wonderful. No pain, no discomfort, no post-operative issues. Optimal clarity of vision was achieved very shortly after the procedure. I am totally satisfied.

I was referred to Dr. Shamie by my eye doctor for LASIK and could not be happier with with the whole experience. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind and I never felt like I had to repeat myself, my eye history, or my chart to the doctor and nurses as new folks saw me. Everyone was up to date and on the same page throughout. I also really appreciate the diligence Dr. Shamie and team put into making sure I was doing the procedure that was the best fit for me. I didnt feel like I was being rushed into making a decision or pushed in any particular direction. On the day of the surgery itself, I felt like I was in the best hands. I had been seeing a leading ophthalmologist in Long Beach, but wanted a second opinion, and was referred to Dr. Shamie.EVERYTHING about the experience with Dr. Shamie and her staff was superlative: professional, caring and expert.Most importantly, after having my cornea polished, cataracts removed and lenses inserted, I no longer need glasses, after 65 years depending on them. The Maloney-Shamie Vision Institute deserves their perfect 5 star rating. The doctors were professional, personable, patient, and kind during my LASIK consultation, pre-op work, surgery, and post-op care. My vision went from 20-50 in my right eye and 20-60 in my left eye to 20-15 (better than 20-20!) in both eyes. The process was much easier than I thought, took exactly 12 minutes, and was only mildly uncomfortable, no pain whatsoever. My friend recommended me to the Maloney-Shamie Vision Institute, and I can safely say he was right! Having this operation was one of the best choices Ive ever made!

I am an extremely nervous person so, she took her time to explain everything in detail and made me feel absolutely safe in her hands. Now her staff… Wow amazing as well. Everyone was very friendly and patient with me and also made me feel absolutely comfortable…Both offices are also super clean…I would highly recommend Maloney-Shamie Vision Institute for eye surgery… surgery done was Multifocal RLE, first eye 4/11/24, second eye 4/18/24… painless and only a few hours of down time… no insurance covers this type of surgery, however they have a reasonable payment plan to anyone who needs it… I hope this helps anyone thinking about eye surgery who is tired of wearing prescription glasses 24/7… DR.SHAMIE, I love you and all your staff… Thank you everyone…

I love the results from my refractive lens exchange. During my initial consultations, Dr. Shamie listened to my concerns carefully and was thoughtful and specific in her recommendations. After a thorough review of my situation, she was confident I would be able to get rid of my glasses, and she was correct! The facilities and entire staff are first-class, and the out-patient procedures were professional and pain-free. With my new multifocus lenses, I havent worn glasses since the surgery. Totally impressed by Dr. Shamie and the entire practice. After a bad experience with another surgeon elsewhere on my first eye, I went to see Dr Shamie, and so thankful I found her! She suggested we use a new, light adjustable lens for my cataract surgery. If you have had lasix in the past this is definitely an option you should consider. The flares around lights is now almost totally gone and my vision is perfect. Get a few opinions but get your surgery at Maloney Shamie, don’t compromise with your eyes - get the best! Grateful for the entire staff and the wonderful experience, they saved my vision!

Before surgery, the Maloney-Shamie team did extensive testing of my current vision problems. Dr Shamie and I then had a long and detailed discussion of what my goals for corrective surgery were. Being a visual artist, I had very specific considerations. Finally, the surgery itself provided a life changing improvement in my vision. I cant recommend Dr Shamie and her team highly enough. I was nervous about undergoing the EVO-ICL surgery however I felt I was in the most capable hands when deciding on Dr. Shamie as my surgeon, and I am so grateful that I did. Dr. Shamie is a remarkable provider. I was blown away by her warmth throughout the consultation, surgery and post op. As a photographer I was very sensitive to having any type of surgery on my eyes. Dr. Shamie took extended time with we to explain every step and answer every question I had.The surgery went extremely smoothly and Dr. Shamies bedside manner is very reassuring and comforting. I strongly recommend Dr. Hura for cataract surgery. I have macular degeneration in both eyes and my cataracts were making my vision so bad I feared I was going blind. Dr. Hura recently performed cataract surgeries on both my eyes, and the surgeries were so successful that after wearing glasses and contact lenses for 70 years, I no longer require any correction at all for distance. I still require reading glasses, but that is only because the lens options available to me were limited by my macular degeneration. I am thrilled with the results of my surgeries and I will recommend Dr. Hura any chance I get.

At age 67, my cataracts were so severe and brittle that I could no longer procrastinate and postpone surgery. After undergoing oncology treatment for a rare blood cancer, the side effects of high doses of prednisone had caused extreme clouding in both eyes and driving and reading was becoming more difficult. I had been terribly near sighted since childhood and had worn glasses since third grade and contacts since the age of 16. My cataracts were so severe that I could only see the big E on the eye chart without my contacts. And even then it was blurry. I had been delaying having surgery because I didn’t want to have to choose between wearing reading glasses or alternatively, distance glasses, after cataract surgery. I wanted perfect vision and my local doctors offered no such alternative. My local optometrist, however, referred me Dr. Neda Shamie for evaluation for the Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) procedure. It was touted as a way to achieve the perfect vision I was seeking, allowing me to see close up, mid-range and far away without glasses. I made an appointment to travel to Los Angeles, met with Dr. Shamie, found out that despite my extreme near-sightedness, I was qualified for the LAL procedure. Two words: Life Changing!Dr. Shamie was incredible as my surgeon, as was Dr Kristin Barnes, who provided pre and post op care. The office staff and assistants were personable, helpful, and went out of their way to work around my busy schedule. Although the LAL procedure requires about a month’s worth of follow-up visits to tweak the vision in each eye to perfection, and of course the need to wear U/V glasses during that time to protect the eyes, it was well worth it. I can see better than before, with 20/15 distance vision and 20/20 close up vision. I do not need reading glasses to read a book, a menu, or my iPhone; my computer (mid range) vision is awesome without correction; and I can see perfectly to drive the LA freeways. For the first time in memory, I wake up and I can see! Sometimes I just laugh to myself when I first wake up and start fumbling in a stupor to find my glasses, then I realize, oh yeah, I CAN SEE! I have to pinch myself.Dr. Shamie has the best bedside manner you can ask for. She listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, treated me with respect, she was so kind on the day of surgery making sure to chat and reassure me as we prepared, she called me after the surgery, and handled my subsequent check ups with friendly professionalism. The cataract surgery itself was efficient, painless and I walked out of the surgery center feeling incredible. I had zero complications. Dr. Shamie is so very experienced, confident in her abilities, and will immediately put you at ease. After surgery, Dr. Barnes worked patiently with me over the following weeks to ensure that the post op light adjustments customized my vision, achieving what was ultimately better than perfect vision, and we did not lock down the lens adjustments until I was completely satisfied. I looked forward to seeing her at every visit.If you have been putting off surgery out of fear or concern for having to choose vision or lens options, go see Dr. Shamie. She will honestly evaluate your eye health and recommend the right procedure for you. Her technical skill is the best, she is caring and compassionate, and your life will be changed for the better. UPDATE - 1 year post-LASIK:It’s been 1 year and 3 weeks since I had LASIK by Dr. Hura and my vision is PERFECT. I moved to Europe shortly after the 3-month mark, and have had my eyes examined again to make sure everything looks okay, and the optometrist had nothing but great things to say. My vision remains even better than 20/20 and I’d recommend LASIK to my family & friends who are on the fence. I still occasionally use eye drops (1-2 times per week, usually right after waking up), but other than that, no issues whatsoever. Thank you (again!) to the fabulous team here.- - - - - - - - -Recently had LASIK by Dr. Hura and could not be more stoked that I did! I went to 3 different places for consultations and Dr. Hura was the only one who suggested I wear my glasses for longer (after showing me why I may not be eligible on my first visit) and then explained his reasoning. He seemed optimistic but cautious, and after 6 more weeks in glasses, showed me what had changed and let me know he was comfortable moving forward with the procedure.No other place gave me that same level of specificity.The procedure itself was quick, painless and one week later, I have 20/20 and feel great! I considered a number of experienced ophthalmologists for a cataract procedure. Ultimately, I chose Dr. Shamie because of the high level of organization within her practice. Everyone, including the front office staff, the optical technicians, and her staff optometrist, was working together to assist her on my case. When I needed specific information about the details of my procedure, I was able to speak with someone who could explain things in sufficient detail. This gave me a great deal of confidence going into surgery. Note that without any prompting, they immediately organized post-surgical appointments with my local optometrist. This made the overall process much simpler for me. The procedure went well and I am quite happy with the resulting vision improvement. I would recommend Dr. Shamie and her team to anyone considering this type of surgery.

It is a life game changer.Dr Maloney did my eye doctor and her daughters surgeries so I knew they could be trusted.Every step of the process was top notch. I had cataract surgery in both eyes and because I chose laser surgery, Dr. Shamie also addressed my L& R astigmatism. I cannot express how astonishing the positive difference in my sight is! I can see details and read with so much greater ease! I was actually giddy in my ophthalmologist’s follow up appointment. I haven’t seen so well in decades! The surgery itself went absolutely smoothly and the two different anesthesiologists were great. Twilight of the gods. Dr. Shamie was reassuring and expert. I felt very confident. I got my Lasik done by Dr. Maloney about a month ago and it was the BEST decision of my life. I have had to wear contacts and glasses my whole life and it was getting in the way of everything. Dr. Shamie is awesome. I went to see quite a few top rated specialists in the LA area for cataract surgery but I feel like Shamie is the best. She is very passionate about her work. Compared to her, the other doctors I met with seemed like they were just phoning it in. One of the things she did that impressed me, and Im super grateful for, is that she managed to successfully place an Extended Depth of Focus (EDOF) Lens in my left eye when every other specialist said they would never attempt it because my left cornea was too thin. All the experts I consulted with said they would only put a monofocal in my left eye, which means I would be dependent on glasses for reading or distance.However, Shamie opted for the Vivity EDOF IOL, and she pulled it off! ...Now I dont need glasses at all. I can see 20/20 distance and also read my phone just fine. My near vision is very functional...Yet, it was a process to get there. She told me before my left eye surgery that she may not hit the target on the first surgery because my particular issue would be highly unpredictable and she may need to replace the IOL with a different refractive power.Well, thats what happened. After the first surgery, my distance vision was overshot with no intermediate or reading vision. So, we waited a few months and re-did the surgery with a different power Vivity lens. The 2nd surgery in my left eye was a great success. I have excellent reading vision with very close to 20/20 distance. It was totally worth it to go through 2 surgeries on my left eye to get this result and never have to deal with glasses again.I think this was a bold, and very caring move on her part to try to get the best result possible for me because she could have been complacent or apathetic like the other doctors and just told me to forget about an EDOF and just stuck me with a monofocal because it would be easier for her, but she didnt! ...She didnt want to settle for that, even after I originally requested the Light Adjustable Lens monofocal because the other doctors had already convinced me that the LAL was my best option. However, she said no, and recommended the Vivity, which in the end, yielded me a much better result than the LAL could have....And I didnt have to pay a dime for that 2nd surgery.Also, when Dr. Shamie did the 2nd surgery on my left eye she also performed a Reverse Optic Capture because after my 1st surgery I had significant Negative Dysphotopsia ND. Now the ND is very much reduced and tolerable. It pops in once in a while but most of the time it is not noticeable. She also did a successful Yag Capsulotomy on my left eye.My right eye surgery went absolutely perfectly with distance hitting 20/15 and very good reading as well.So everything went as good as humanly possible. Nothing will ever be perfect but I think I got very lucky finding Dr.Shamie. She doesnt just seek an adequate result, she seeks a Masterpiece, her words :)I see better now than I ever have in my entire life.A real life changer. I cant thank Dr. Shamie enough.The whole office is very well staffed, very professional and nice. The post op specialist I had, Dr. Luu, who did all my follow ups is fantastic. And my thanks to Luis, Jasmine, Vildi and the rest of the great staff. The initial consultation was more expensive than the other consultations I had but it also seemed more extensive and thorough than the others. I knew for a few years that I was developing cataracts, but the impact became significant enough this year to motivate me to seek treatment. I scheduled an appointment with a local ophthalmology specialist. I learned from him that the radial keratotomy (RK) procedures I had performed of thirty years ago to correct my nearsightedness was going to present challenges for achieving living glasses free and the increased risk of RK during cataract surgery. He referred me to Dr. Shamie at the Maloney-Shamie Eye Institute (MSVI). I flew into LA for an initial consultation. I was familiar with some of the instruments but there were a host of different tests to better map the deformity of my cornea created from the 8 RK incisions in each eye. At the end of the testing I was able to spend time with Dr. Shamie to discuss the available lens options. Based on my legacy RK, it came down to traditional cataract removal with standard lens, laser cataract removal with standard lens and light adjusted lenses (LAL). RK patients typically require continued reliance on corrective glasses following cataract surgery and I was interested in being glasses free, so the light adjusted lens option was particularly attractive. But for me, the time commitment to complete the series of light treatments to achieve the best outcome was not feasible so I opted for the laser surgery with the standard lens. Dr. Shamie and her staff did an excellent presentation of my options. I was listened to and all my questions were answered.My decision to move forward with Dr. Shamie was primarily driven by her proven and easily recognized dedication to science and the practice of her chosen field. Having been published over fifty times together with her professional accomplishments provided me with significant confidence and comfort of moving forward with her care. Scheduling was a breeze and I totally appreciated the online electronic forms. Its so annoying in these times to have to fill out paper forms that are excruciatingly redundant. All my staff interactions were great. The level of professionalism and friendliness contributed to a near perfect overall experience. Appointment wait times were incredibly short.My surgeries were separated by one day with a post op check-in between and after the second eye. The first eye exceeded all expectations when I woke up the next day and when I learned that I had 20/20 vision in my right eye! I had LASIK back in mid-October with Dr. Maloney and Im really happy with the results. I used a discount coupon through my optometrist, so the procedure was slightly more affordable (yay). The staff was lovely and kind, and Dr. Maloney himself was very calm and thoughtful. He really put me at ease during the surgery -- which took like 5 minutes. 3 months later, my dry eye is nearly gone and I have 20/20 vision. I recommend the Maloney-Shamie Institute for sure! I only have two, very small gripes: 1) They only give you parking validation for the day of surgery. So be warned, youll have to pay $30 to park there for your consultation. 2) My post-op kit only came with 4 small eye droppers, which I used within a day. My optometrist had advised me that cataracts in both eyes were the reason that new prescriptions were no longer effective. She referred me to the Maloney-Shamie Vision Institute.My first impression of the office was how efficient, but calm it was. They provided literature outlining various choices of lenses as replacements. I studied the options and spoke with friends who had undergone cataract surgery. My decision was to go with extended range distance lenses for both eyes and to rely on readers for close up work - like crossword puzzles. Despite patients being wheeled along to different work stations as an assembly line, I always felt well-taken care of and in the very best of hands. Needing cataract surgery I was referred to Maloney-Shamie Institute by my Doctor. I called and was easily able to make a consult appointment with Dr Hura in a few weeks time. Before the apt I received lots of emailed information with clear direction and a request for detailed info from me. I was asked for my expectations and any questions or comments. I had several and went into detail.Arriving at a lovely space I was greeted by very friendly staff and had a number of vision tests. I chose laser assisted lensremoval and a standard lens insert as with my astigmatism I would still need to wear glasses for best vision at all focal lengths. Dr Hura and the surgical team were reassuring, without being patronizing, very direct and efficient. I had mild sedation and very quick recovery.The following day Dr Hura saw me to check on the state of the eye and review instructions. I had no discomfort nor difficulty and felt assured that if I had I would have been seen to immediately.Two weeks later I returned for the other eye surgery and the 1st eye 2nd checkup. The following day I saw Dr Hura again and both eyes were checked. On the day of the surgery I don’t think I’ve ever been to a doctors office where every single employee and every single interaction was top notch: from the ladies working the reception, to the ladies helping with pre-op, to the random friendly employees helping others, to the doctors helping post-op. Im just a few weeks post LASIK and I couldnt be happier with how things have gone. I never wore contacts because of eye sensitivity, and I was pretty nervous about the procedure, but everyone who I saw at the Maloney-Shamie practice was incredibly kind and Im so glad I trusted my vision to them. I met Dr. Maloney during the initial consult, and though I technically didnt see him on the day of my surgery because of all the eye drops and equipment, his presence in the operating room was very relaxing, and the whole thing was over in what seemed like no time. I ended up having quite a few follow-ups; one with Dr. Barnes and a few with Dr. Luu - both of them were amazing. They were patient with me when I had a little trouble with the band-aid contacts, and took plenty of time to explain the recovery steps as they were happening. My office exam experience was very thorough, and the staff and Dr. Shamie clearly explained what the procedure entailed. I was also given a lot of printed info and booklets to read which further explained the cataract removal and lens replacement procedures. The actual surgery is fairly simple and fast. Upon arrival at the surgery center, I had a few more papers to sign, drops put in my eye, an IV started and off I went. Nice to just be able to leave your clothes on and be able to walk out of the surgery center with no eye bandages. Dr. Shamie called me the evening after my surgeries to see how I was feeling. The next day after each surgery I went back to their office to have a check-up. I had also set up the portal with their office to be able to ask any questions and were promptly answered. Went for a consult on Tuesday, luckily had an opening and did surgery on Thursday afternoon, woke up Friday morning with 20/15 vision already, and kept improving. 20/15 VISION! (Better than 20/20!) My sister and I flew in from Vancouver, Canada for Lasik eye surgery with the one and only Dr. Maloney. Extremely thorough (more than 2 hour) exam at the well-organized office by pleasant, well-trained staff, who were in uniform. Lots of diagnostic equipment led to a choice between three options. No pushback by choosing just about the least expensive option. The two surgeries at a surgery center were separated by a week. Each took about 1.5 hours, including initial paperwork, procedure (very quick) and recovery. Follow-up after each surgery at the main office. However, after completing thorough exams Dr. Maloney wanted me to see what mono-vision would look like using corrective lenses in my prescription first, during the exam. I am really glad he did. I had misconceptions about mono-vision. After discussing it with him further, I decided I would follow his recommendation and went with mono-vision. I am not disappointed. I am a very picky with health care providers as I work in healthcare/sciences. Initially I was just going in for a consult, thinking Id get two opinions and decide, but the care and service here had me locked in and I walked out of there with two eyes lasered. The tech doing all the pre testing was great, told me why each test was needed and how it helped them figure out what would best suit my needs. Dr. Shamie came in and was warm, clear and honest about what laser could and couldnt do for my vision and made me feel confident that if I was going to trust anyone to laser my eyes, shes a good choice. So I did it and believe it was the best investment ever. I feared the possibility of dry eyes because that was my problem with contacts but I followed their recommendations to a T to avoid any period of dryness in the first month and have had no real issues. Occasionally I get dry but nothing like what I experienced with contacts so all in all waking up and seeing clear and not having to deal with contact eye fatigue makes it all worth it to me and I would recommend Dr Shamie and this center for sure.

I required lens exchange surgery in my left eye due to a cataract. I had this procedure performed in my right eye two years earlier by another top eye practice in the city. That experience was phenomenal and I had no intention of seeking alternate care this go around. Unfortunately, I recently switched jobs and my existing practice didnt take my new insurance. So, at their recommendation and after my own extensive research, I reluctantly came to Dr. Maloney. I only say reluctantly because having gone through a successful procedure elsewhere, it was hard to learn I couldnt return and had to find a new practice.Dr. Maloney and the entire Maloney Vision Institute couldnt have been nicer, more caring and respectful of my situation. They were also very complementary of my previous practice. I told Dr. Maloney he was the best thing that happened to me since I married my husband. He did my lasik surgery 17 years ago, and he was the one I trusted to do my cataract surgery. I was nervous, and my schedule all over the place and she was incredibly patient and helpful in making my appointment happen!I had my consultation, and Wanda performed the tests. Ive been wearing glasses and contact lenses for over 20 years and finally decides to do LASIK after my glasses kept fogging up from wearing a mask. Dr. Shamie was recommended by my OD as the best in LA and she did not disappoint! I went from a 20/600 (-6.00) to 20/15 and my only regret is not doing the procedure sooner! I waited so long to have Dr. Maloney treating my eyes.The first time, that I met him for Lasik eye surgery, many years ago, I did not have enough money, so, I saved and went back, this time he said that I had cataract on both eyes, my dream shattered that day. This year, I was told that my cataracts were ready for surgery; my husband suggested contacting Dr. Maloney in case he was performing cataract surgery, sure enough...I called and made an appointment. Finally, I got my dream doctor working on my eyes. My first surgery was two weeks ago, and the following week my second eye. I was never able to see the clock on the bedroom wall without my glasses. I have never shopped for sunglasses, they were always with prescribed lenses. I can actually see myself in the mirror without glasses. You cant feel my joy, unless you wore glasses for many years. Its been a few weeks since my procedure and everything is looking really good. They were really professional and helpful throughout the process, the surgeon is the one you get to meet during your assessment which is reassuring to know that theyre seeing your results and speaking with you prior to operating on you. Ive been to other places where you wouldnt even meet the surgeon until theyre about to operate on you. Dr. Shamie was amazing and even made sure to reach out afterwards to make sure youre doing okay, and is there to answer any questions you have.The only down side is - for a place thats charging quite a lot they only validate parking the day of your procedure and wont do so for the next day / follow ups. It would have been nice to not have to worry about that especially when you come in early the next morning for a check up while still having blurry vision. the garage is SUPER expensive.

My first experience was with the Maloney-Shamie website. I had been referred to them along with two other eye surgeons. Their website was very educational and superior to the other two. Even at that early point, my concerns about getting eye surgery started to disappear because of the information they provided. The Staff during my visit to their office in Westwood was warm, professional and knowledgeable, which was the first time I met Dr. Shamie. She carefully explained my choices and her recommendations. The surgeries on both of my eyes (one week apart) went smoothly with no discomfort or side effects. Dr. Shamie is an excellent surgeon. My Optometrist, during my post-op appointments, commented that her work was outstanding as to the lens position, stability and clarity. He was especially impressed by how small the incision she created to remove the old and insert the new lens, to which he attributed the very low inflation I experienced. The night after I had my surgery, I was able to read the newspaper and my computer without glasses quite easily. Within days I had 20/20 vision. My wife is now excited to work with Dr. Shamie.

I was very nervous (terrified actually), but Dr. Maloney was confident, and his experience backed it up. Extremely calm voice during the surgery, which (along with the sedative) really helped! Kind and informative when I questioned him about his experience and previous surgeries. He’s been doing this a long time. I walked in, got my consultation, got my surgery, and walked out 2.5 hours later.I had 20/15 vision the next morning, walking around the neighborhood was magical. My vision is sharper than it ever was with contacts or glasses.Daytime vision is perfect immediately, but don’t expect perfect night vision right away - It’s normal to have some dry eyes and nighttime glare/halos the first few weeks. Three months later most of that is gone for me, and continues to improve - the moon is beautiful!The results really changed my life, especially with regards to seeing nature, I would recommend to anyone.

This was my 2nd experience using Dr. Maloney. The first time was for LASIK surgery 20 years ago and last month for removal of my right eye cataract. Both surgeries went smoothly and I was able to see 20/20 out of my right eye the following day! He was able to correct most of my astigmatism with the laser surgery as well. Everything from the first appointment through my last post op exam was done professionally and with my comfort in mind! Both the technician and Dr Shamie explained the different choices I had for the success I was looking for. I choose pan optics and within 24 hours of the first surgery I was reading and driving without my glasses. After the second surgery (performed 1week apart) I was using my IPAD with no glasses. I went here for cataract surgery. Everything went smoothly, from the preliminary appointments to the surgery itself. Everything was explained to me, and the office was available for phone calls when I had questions. Dr. Maloney also saw me the next day to make sure everything was all right, and it was.
