Youre coming to change the oil. You wait 2.5 hours for an oil change. You say that you have forgotten the alarm to be installed in your car and that you are coming with an alarm. Even you dont know and you are waiting for Him for 2 hours. In other words, it is an excellent service. Congratulations, I expect the service to continue like this. Thank you very much. I have a 2021 Sequoia that still under extended warranty. The trailer running stopped working on all three trailers. I call Maita Toyota service department to confirm my warranty. A customer service representative verified that my vehicle is still under warranty. I told her about my issue and she said I have to bring it in. When I brought the vehicle in, one of the service advisor also confirmed the warranty is still good, but it would cost $209 to do a diagnostic test on the trailer adapter attached the vehicle. In addition to diagnostic test fee, they will charge $300-500 for the light kits. The towing adapter kit came with the vehicle when I purchased it from Maita Toyota. When I spoke to the service manager about warranty coverage and he said they can’t confirm the coverage until I agree to pay for diagnostic test. He said that is the way they always do. I told him I never have to pay for diagnostic test fee for the last five new vehicles I purchased from Maita Toyota in 25 years. I asked to purchase the adapter kit/parts so I can do it myself and he said they don’t have one stock. He said the parts would cost over $350.00. I told him that their customer service is getting worse lately. He told me to go somewhere else if I don’t like it. They wasted my half day and got nothing done unless I agreed to pay for the dam diagnostic test fee which should be covered by the warranty. They scheduled my appointment @ 12:15pm and no one check me in until 1:30 pm. They told me their service advisors were at lunch during that time. If that was the case, why do they schedule people for that period?. I asked to speak the general manager, I was told that he was not in the store that day. I called and left a message, but he never returned my call. I left there and stopped by the trailer dealer where I bought my trailers to buy the parts. One of the young man there checked on my fuses box and found the fuse for the running light had blow out. He sold me a 30AMP fuse for less than $5 and put it in for without any charge. I got the running lights for my trailers back on. Shame on you, Maita Toyota, Mr. Service Manager (Val) for trying to scheme me. You are the worst manager I have seen in the past 25 years at Maita Toyota. I will never bring vehicles back to Maita Toyota again as long as you still there.

Edit: from two to one star.Overall would not recommend. I paid 43,000 cash for my truck with Toyota care in SD and was told that I could take my truck to any Toyota in the country for my service — and it would include a car wash and clean insideMy 5,000 mile service was completed at a Toyota in Baja Mexico EXCELLENT service and the truck was detailed completely.HERE NOTHING they tell you the car wash has been broken for two years?!?! What a joke.They do not clean your vehicle inside or out. Period. Nothing.Spent two hours emptying my truck to make the cleaning process easier than ever for the staff and now I have to spend hours cleaning it myself and paying more money for a car wash. Will never come here againEdit: the one hour 10k mile service (no tire rotation as they are one week old) took 3 hours. Was given my invoice and told my truck would be pulled up and ready to go.Went to my truck. Locked and no keys. It then took 4 different employees and 12 minutes to get my keys. Three and a half hours for a simple oil change and checking of fluids. NEVER AGAIN.

I always get maintenance for my Camry done here. The service advisors are usually professional - no issues - but today Avery and Grady were terrific and deserve a shout out. SUPER friendly, informative, and overall just made it a good experience! Thanks guys.The wait times are about 2-2.5 hours for oil change/standard maintenance but not unheard of and everywhere is short staffed. So, get a ride if it’s an issue, for those complaining! They do a good job.

I made an appointment with Toyota Care. When I got there, I was told that some of my Toyota Care services expired, and the person writing me up said I had to skip several services to get to the one that was the quickest because they didnt have time to do anything else. I told them I was there for very specific reasons (per instructions I received on my last visit, all of which involved dirty filters). I was told they could not be changed on this visit. When I pushed the issue, they said they would change them but would charge me for them! All of my services are covered under Toyota Care, and I have a fairly new car. I asked to speak to a manager (Val), who confirmed that my services did not expire and that I could use them in the order they are supposed to be used. I received ridiculous information from the person writing me up, and I was treated very poorly by him. Val not only confirmed and honored my Toyota Care but gave me good information about car warranties, etc going forward. I have been going to Maita Toyota for many, many years with different vehicles, and this visit was surprising and disappointing. My thanks to Val for taking care of things. And for those of you with Toyota Care, be sure that they are following the service schedule for your vehicle.

I have been taking my car to Maita for my services and I am getting very frustrated their level of professionalism. I called today to talk to a manager or supervisor regard the service that was done in my car and the someone answer the phone by the name of Delaney and was very rude and disrespectful and wants to give me a lecture about the service that I paid for. She said that theres no manager or supervisor available and I will have to wait for a call from them whenever they are available.The advisor I worked with said that the fluids are all full, but when I got home I decided to check and found that the Whippers fluid is not full and I check the engine oil, it seems to be emptied. I will never take my car to Maita Sacramento again. The ladies are extremely rude, disrespectful, harsh, impatient and unprofessional. Maita Sacramento need to train their staff on how to answer the customers question and be respectful. I will never recommend anyone to this place. i wish I could give them a zero, They are TERRIBLE, AWFUL AND DISHONEST. I will never go there again.

My mother had an appointment at 10:15 am for a normal service (Oil Change, tire rotation, filter inspections, etc), which normally would take about 1-2 hours. It is currently 5:20pm and they are actively trying to upsell her tires, all the while she just wants her car back. I understand the possibly overwhelming amount of business the week before 4th of July weekend, but it is unacceptable that a normal scheduled appointment should take 7+ hours. Probably best to take your Toyota to a different dealer, or better yet a locally trusted mechanic.

Since they keep asking for a review, here is my honest review...I sadly cannot trust their service recommendations whatsoever.I took our Prius in for a service inspection and to look at a specific noise I had just noticed. After the inspection, they quoted me almost $10k in repairs, which was absolutely shocking.I paid the minimum inspection fee and then took the car to two other mechanics (in other cities) that came with strong reviews from people I trusted. They both quoted me 1/5 of what Toyota said Id owe, and said multiple problems that were previously flagged were non-existent. Despite having to travel much further, it was absolutely worth that effort.Upcharging people because you think you can get away with it is a terrible move and youre going to continue losing customers.

So, I cant give a full review as we didnt end up buying a car from them, but I wanted to say that I was very happy with their service, particularly Liam Harder.I was looking for a used car for my son, and on a budget. Liam did all that he could to help us find the perfect car. Hes pleasant, easy to talk to and NO pressure, which I REALLY liked.We ended up buying a car elsewhere only because another dealer happened to get a car in that fit our needs.I get the feeling that Maita respects their shoppers, and doesnt pressure them into something they might regret; after experiencing the sharks at Roseville Toyota, I cant stress enough how important that is to me. In the future, Id certainly be happy to do business with Maita Toyota, and Liam!
