2024-06-17 01:37:01Had a great time. I literally walked in. Talked about what I wanted. Seen the car. Took 2 hrs from showing up and driving away in my new vehicle. Thank you @sales josh. You were great, friendly and professional. No pressure or anything. I enjoyed my experience. Great sales manager too. Very friendly. Thank you for my SRT8. And I wish you all the best. Definitely recommend.

2024-03-05 17:39:14We had an incredible customer experience at Maita Mazda. About a month ago we were driving to Tahoe and a red light indicated that we needed to check our airbag system. We found Maita Mazda and the service department could not have been more generous. Short story - Marie and Colby in service - got us a loaner, even put roof racks on the loaner so we could take our cargo box with us to Tahoe. We returned to Maita Mazda a few days later - our cars airbag issue had been resolved and we headed home. I have shared this experience with a friend who runs two dealerships in the Fairfield area as an example of remarkable customer service. Thanks again Marie and Colby.

2024-04-14 05:37:42Buying a car from them, was great. We bought three new cars in three months in 2022. However, when getting the cars serviced, total rip off and scams and lies.1) took my cx9 in for basic maintenance. Oil change and tire rotation. Get a call my car is done and they advised to change the air filter because it was dirty and needed to be replaced. This was not true as I changed the air filter and wiper blades the day before.2) next visit with my cx9. They didn’t put my lug nuts on all the way, and one fell off in my driveway. They also didn’t put all my locking lug nuts on. Only two tires had the locking lug nuts, the other two did not have them, and one of them had the loose lug nut that came off in my drive way.3) took my cx5 in for basic maintenance. Oil change and tire rotation. I was informed I had a nail in my tire and was advised to replace the tire since the nail was in the side wall. I declined, and took my car to a tire shop for the replacement. There was no nails, in ANY of the tires.We have one more pre-paid maintenance job on the cx5. After that, we will not be taking our cars here for any service or maintenance. And will take our future business to Mazda in Roseville or Elk Grove.

2024-03-09 01:02:58I came in close to closing time, but wanted to lease a car. Several people stayed many hours after closing to work with me on lease by a car and everyone was extremely kind, and did not rush me. They helped me get my license plate cover off, cleaned the new car and told me not to worry about cleaning out my old car that I was trading in. 10/10 experience with the guys who helped me.

2024-01-20 18:39:27I bring my car here for service. Taylor Jacobs is so helpful and takes his time to explain to you what is going on with your car! He is kind, patient and understanding and does not try to give advise on things your car doesn’t need just to make you pay more. He actually does the complete opposite and is totally upfront and honest. I am so thankful that he works here and only want him to assist me with my car needs! He is the best!!

When it has been resolved I will update this review.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------My sons first car purchase, a 2022 Toyota Corrolla from your dealership, was supposed to be a milestone, a step into adulthood. However, the experience has not turned out so positively. Chito, the salesman, was courteous, but the subsequent events have left us profoundly and bitterly disappointed.The purchase was back in September of 2023. However, yesterday (), my son informed me that while you paid the DMV fees, you still need to submit the necessary documents, including the Title transfer, to the DMV. The DMV has confirmed this, they only received a deposit of fees. My son has been in contact with your team since December, repeatedly asking for the Title and plates (he just sent me a record of all the calls, and it amazes me you have not resolved this yet). Still, he has been told to wait (within the last week by Ron). It is still being determined whether the car is registered, needs a smog, or is otherwise legal to drive.I trust that Maita will resolve this issue by the end of this week. I also expect that any fees and penalties, including the cost of a SMOG check (if required), will be covered by Maita. If not, we will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the DMV, BBB, and other relevant authorities. This could potentially have a severe and lasting impact on your businesss reputation, something Im sure you would want to avoid at all costs.Is this criminal or civil, or neither?-I dont know, but thats another thing for us to investigate. Maita, if you are reading this, I have just left a voicemail for your GM, Alex, asking him to resolve this; please address this by the end of this week. To my understanding, you can only sell cars if you can produce the Title and adequately transfer it to the new owner; you still need to do so in this case.Please let me know if there is another explanation for all this, and I will be more than happy to update this review accordingly if the issue is resolved promptly and to our satisfaction.

2019-04-29 16:06:58Best car buying experience EVER!!! Love my new Miata MX-5 RF! The internet sales department manager Ira Carter and Finance guy Shawn, were THE BEST guys to work with. I was in and out of showroom with my new car under 1.5 hrs! Worked out all the details over emails, so wasted zero time once I got there.

2023-12-21 23:30:16I purchased my first car about two weeks ago after having a terrible experience at the Fremont Mazda dealership. Huge shout out to Solvi and Chito for making my car purchasing experience better than I imagined it would be. The staff here are super chill, laid-back and dont pressure you into purchasing like other dealerships. I want to give a huge thanks to Solvi for being so patient and understanding. She was super easy to communicate with and made the whole process seamless. I had contacted Solvi 2 days after purchasing with a question about my vehicle and she answered right away without hesitation. I really appreciated that! This place offers white-glove service and I will def be recommending this dealership to friends/family and coming back here again :). Thank you Solvi and thank you Chito for being so awesome!!!
