We use it for our temp logs, daily cleaning tasks, keep track of preventive maintenance and repairs. So glad I discovered MaintainIQ. Highly recommended for restaurant operators who are looking for hidden gems to add to their tech stack.

They exceeded our expectations and did an awesome job customizing all our checklists and procedures, so that it would be easy to use and understand for all my managers and staff. After only a few weeks trial, we implemented it across all our stores. Solid product all around. Very happy with their service. 5 stars easy.

2023-01-06 19:03:33I’ve been using MaintainIQ for over a year now across all my locations. The owners, my managers and my staff love it. We continue to see improvement in our operations both on the quality and productivity side. It’s very easy to use, saving us at least one hour per day. Love the audit feature & maintenance notifications. Checklist system is also quick & easy. Their customer support team alone deserves 5 stars. They have been solid since day 1, always answering our phone calls or returning it within minutes. Glad we discovered MaintainIQ. Definitely a happy customer here.

2022-10-11 21:59:31Great product. My managers love it as it saves them a ton of time, and I get to view everything using my phone. Customer service is also top notch. Very responsive and understanding. We did the concierge setup and that also saved us days of work.
