I had a great experience buying a used Mini Cooper here! The service wasn’t overtly friendly, but still pleasant.When I arrived, the car was ready for my scheduled test drive. I was having cold feet at the time, but they were patient and allowed me to take the car out for a second test drive to alleviate my concerns.One big plus — going through the paperwork was a breeze! By the time I got back from the bank with a cashier’s check, they had already drawn up all the paperwork and just let me know where to sign. They handled all the DMV and registration aspects as well.I would buy a used car from Main Street Auto again, and wouldn’t worry about false advertising or up charges.

In 2017 I flew out from Wisconsin and purchased a 2008 Jaguar XJ Vanden Plas here and after over 2 years of ownership, theres only been 1 issue with the car outside of what main street told me it was going to need. It has been the most reliable car Ive ever owned and an absolute dream to drive... including through 2 snow storms in the mountains on the drive back to WI !! Being in the midwest, Im a huge fan of cars that have spent most of their lives on the west coast and as long as I get the same service, honesty, and reasonable prices that main street is known for, I plan to reach out to them for my next car.

I called around 5pm about a car that they had on the lot, and came over to see it right away. The guy was out front answered any questions I had about the car. He was able to get me financed with less than perfect credit, the whole process took less than a hour. He stayed late after closing to close up the deal. I would recommend this place to friends and family. The customer service was great. I would shop here again if I need another vehicle.

Ive done business with this guy several times over the past 15 or 20 years. Ive always felt very comfortable, no pressure, no wierd salesmen stuff, just an upfront price and reliable cars. Hes also been good about small repairs, a power window switch quit working a few months after buying, he took care of it, no problem. Ive also referred to him to close friends who had similar good experiences.

My old car flunked smog last fall and was not worth repairing. Used car options were few here in Napa, so I went to almost all the many lots in Vallejo, a used car capitol. Zee found me a good little car for a very fair price. He conducted a point by point inspection for me using the lift at his adjacent smog business, which was very reassuring. Still, the car sounded different from my old one, so I waited till I was sure to write this almost one year later. The car is running great and im very happy with it!

Have tried on multiple occasions to check out this lot, every time i have stopped by the shop has been closed 30-40mins early, says they close at 6 but even when i try to call ahead of time at 3 or 4pm no one answers the phones. Through carfax and their website I have also tried to get insight on the cars at their lot and never heard back from anyone its been days and weeks, I guess they dont want to sell cars here .lol

No pressure in buying, lets you take your time with the car youre interested, and easy to test drive it. Will let you take the car to a mechanic for prepurchase inspection. The dealership is willing to negotiate price (if you can back it up with facts), and are willing to do repairs before you purchase the vehicle. The owner Zee is a man of his word indeed.

Zee was a no pressure person who did not hover over you. He gave me tge keys to the car, asked me if I knew Vallejo and when I saud yes he just let me take a solo test drive. This was great as I found another car in Sacramento and he had it transported back to his dealership and I bought both cars within a week of each other. We came here during business hours, the open sign was on, alll the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. We waited for two hours for someone to show up after contacting the owner and him telling us that he would get someone here to help us and still no one came. Very disappointed that we drove all the way down here with intentions of buying a car today and no one was even here, no one answered the phones even though the open sign is literally on and it says they don’t close until six. We waited for 3pm- 5pm and no one ever showed up. How unorganized must this business be if they don’t even have a worker available when they are supposed to be open. Unbelievably unprofessional.
