I am not happy with their services at all. I started getting sprayed by them June 2023. Almost every single time that they have came, I need to get re-sprayed a couple weeks after they come. I have seen more pincher bugs and spiders in my house than I ever had and I’m not talking about small little spiders. I’m talking about really big spiders. I’m not quite sure if they did something different this year around, but unfortunately, I had to cancel Services with them as I am unhappy. Super disappointed:/

Aryn was fabulous!!! We had a big bug in our garage and were scared to go in there. He listened (without laughing) and went in and took care of it!! No questions asked no judgement. I appreciate his excellent customer service. Thank you.

He consistently arrives on time and applies a spray barrier around our home, ensuring we never have to worry about pests. Jeremy was wonderful. We had just recently moved into our home only to find colonies of ants had already been living here as well. Main Sail was able to get a call scheduled immediately and Jeremy walked through and around the house with me to understand the activity. He explained the programs they offer, the treatments and what they cover, then thoroughly and efficiently sealed off our home. He explained we may even see an uptick in activity over a few days before it dropped off, and to call if we saw any after several days. It has now been several months and not only did the initial application nip the indoor ant issue, but also the spiders I was too distracted to remember to ask him about! Overall, it was a great initial and ongoing experience as well. I highly recommend Main Sail and I sleep better at night.

After buying a home that was vacant for five months, it had a rodent issue and Main Sail identified the problem and blocked the entry points and then sealed up the entire house!.Excellent work Main Sail!!

Kaleb always does an outstanding job at our property. He listens to our concerns before starting and addresses immediately. The products used have more much more efficient than the previous company we used. We highly recommend Main Sail and Kaleb if he services your area (Service was done in Temecula).

The people at Main Sail have been fantastic. They take pride in their work and I see better results versus our previous (more expensive) pest control. No issues with ants or other bugs since switching. When we had a little critter issue in between scheduled service they were out the very next morning to take care of it. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality pest control at a great value.

Are house recently had a leak in our upstairs master bathroom, and a lot of drywall was removed, my bathroom and bedroom were completely exposed to my garage and attic. I thought I was hearing mice in my walls and totally freaked out. Then Jeremy from Mainsail came and gave us a thorough inspection, and thankfully found nothing. He was awesome, and more importantly gave me peace of mind. I will use Mainsail for any pest control needs, I hopefully won’t need in the future! 😂
