The best place in Long Beach for all you mailing needs and notary service.I personally needed several 5 pages notarized documents done and the amazing lady that works there did an excellent job with very important estate paperwork. I also got a PO Box at this location. I HIGHLY recommend this business for all your mailing needs.

I needed to send my package to my relatives so I visited this place to do it, the front lady helped me well and she was so nice to me. So I recommand this place to mail your packages. SO NICE:):):):)

I remember coming here a year ago and having a bad experience and this year was no different. Today I walked in and 2 people were in line in front of me. Both had packages that needed to be shipped out. I waited patiently for 15 min while the lady at the front desk took her time and slowly shipped the boxes out (while complaining about how she hates packing and shipping packages) . By the time it was my turn, about 5 or 6 people had walked in and were waiting in line behind me. When I walked up to the counter she then asked everyone what they were here for and some people said just stamps. She then said “okay I’m gonna help all of you out first cuz you’re easier” I had just waited nearly 20 minutes for her to do the same exact thing for the 2 people in front of me and now that I’m next in line to be helped she was going to have people that have been waiting for just a few minutes cut in front of me. Thank god those nice people said to not worry and to help me first but the lady insisted that she helps them before me. I gave her a look that basically said what the hell is wrong with you? And then she said okay I don’t want to piss anyone off. This is exactly what happened to me last time I was here and she had 4 people cut in front me because it made her job easier. This is the last time I will use this service as I feel I am being treated unfairly just to make the employees job “easier”. 1 star and get new employees maybe some that don’t complain about their job to customers and make them feel uncomfortable for coming for a service that is naturally provided.

I just had the same experience at this location. The person at the counter made up every excuse not to do my notary of ONE document. There were two people ahead of me, one for notary, which they didnt even have the papers completed, another for postal. I am confused, what happened to customer service. Then there was someone in the back, but did not even come out to assist. Neither me nor my family will ever use their service!

I had my finger prints services done here for a job screening. It took about 10 mins to process the Customer service was excellent. This place is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to deal with long lines at post office. They have shipping supplies, greeting cards, PO Boxes etc. Side note, make sure you have two forms of ID and don’t wear lotion on hands because it will be greasy and hard for the machine to pick up your finger print.

I have a mail box there. New owners and Barbi are very nice and easy to deal with. Notary service, live scan etc - sometimes a little busy but they hustle to get everyone serviced - highly recommended - eliminates porch pirates!

Great services! i got fingerprints here for a summer job and it was super quick and customer service was great. i also have a P.O. Box here and it’s always easy & safe to pick up mail here!

I sell on poshmark and Mercari for extra cash. The post office is such a headache so I choose to come here instead. The new people that run this place are nice. The girls behind the counter are attentive. Won’t go anywhere else. Five stars

Ive had my mail box here for 2 yrs now. Absolutely recommend this place. Reasonable prices. Barb that works there during the week is Absolutely amazing. Great customer service!!!

Really unfriendly an unethical woman who protect scammers. She said she dont care what is going on. I dont recommend this place because scammers using this place as dropoff, and the company protect these scammers. #trilogymedia

Raj is great and so are the girls that work there. Never had an attitude and its the only place i use to ship anything. Always friendly and helpful. The puppy is the sweetest!

No fingerprinting service offered, contrary to the website. The cashier didn’t even look up from her computer screen at me. Sighed at me when I asked if she knew of another location that might offer the service. Horrible customer service. New owners

I paid to have a LIve Scan done of my fingerprints and sent electronically to the Department of Justice. 30 days later I went back and told them that the DOJ website does not show that they received my fingerprints. I asked for it to be redone or received a refund. He declined. I then went to California Live Scan in Huntington Beach and paid a 2nd time to had them redone. They showed up on the DOJ site as in progress the next day. Do not use this place for a Live Scan Service. Go to one that only does Live Scans
