We love Magnolia Modern Dentistry!From the front desk who are always friendly and accommodating even though I am not the easiest patient to schedule. We are a family of 4 and we drive from almost 2 hours away and our schedules are so tight. The girls in the front always manage to make it work and do not get frustrated with us! So much patience and we are always greeted with smiles when we come in!I only go to one dental hygienist, I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist and my hygienist makes me feel comfortable and is gentle. I love her! My husband doesn’t really care who he goes to but everyone he has seen has been very nice and informative on care instructions and things he needs to do at home. Even my 8 & 9 year old daughter love going in.The doctors are easy to talk to and are great at explaining everything. They never make you feel rushed. They make sure your questions and concerns are addressed thoroughly.The offices are clean and have more advanced technology that I have ever seen. Bathrooms have always been clean and tended to.There are plenty of options for dental services in our area. We haven’t been happy in a long time. We found Magnolia online and saw that they are a veteran owned company and my husband an I are both veterans and that was our first reason for wanting to support them. And you can tell from the atmosphere that not only are they taking care of their patients, their employees are happy and taken care of as well.Keep it up battles! 😂

Another great visit at Magnolia Modern Dentistry! My hygienist Jennifer is so gentle and thorough that I truly enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. I love that they offer appointments as early as 7am which works for my schedule. Mostly though, I feel that the whole team at Magnolia Modern Dentistry truly care about the individual and they show it. Thats why I have been a patient for over 25 years. Truly the Best.

This is a review I never thought I would have to make but here it is. Ive been going to this office since 2006 when it was run by Dr. Reading. Ive had all my dental work done here and my familys teeth cleaned regularly every 6 months until they were old enough to receive dental care on their own. I retired about a year and a half ago and did not opt to purchase private dental coverage since its really not worth what you pay for. I pay out of pocket. Having said that, I decided to only go once a year because I have pretty good dental hygiene. I take very good care of my teeth and cleanings are a breeze. Never any issues. A few days ago I went in for my cleaning. I was told that I was due for x-rays and an exam. The exams happen every six months anyway so no big deal. However, x-rays are expensive and all in all my total out of pocket would be well over $300 closer to 400 if memory serves. I informed my hygienist that I wanted to opt out of the x-rays. I just wanted my teeth cleaned. She didnt think they were allowed to skip it and said shed go ask the dentist. I also offered to go get my own x-rays and a fraction of the cost they were charging since I had my own resources in another dental office. In addition, I would have signed anything indicating my choice not to have x-rays. She came back and informed me that the dentist said no that it was illegal, and I had to have the x-rays done. First of all, x-rays while recommended every year, are NOT required and a set of x-rays are good for 3-5 years. Secondly, the dentist never came to my room to review my chart or discuss my unwillingness to have x-rays done. So, I asked the hygienist are you saying that if I had cancer and didnt want to be exposed to radiation, or was poor and could not afford x-rays you would not see me as a patient or continue to clean my teeth? And her response was no I guess not This response was so out of line I couldnt believe it. I said I cannot believe after all the years Ive been a patient here, youd have this response. I promptly got up and left. In the days since this has happened no one has tried to reach out to me to discuss the issue. I have no problem with my hygienist. Shes great and was caught between a rock and a hard place. But long gone is the familiarly of the small-town office of Dr. Reading but has been replace by a greedy corporation.

My regular RDA was sick the day of my appointment, so Jessica did my cleaning. She has done it before and she is probably the most gentle at cleaning Ive never experienced. Jessica is very friendly and professional, a great experience.

Dr. Reid and the staff were all professional & caring. Service was comprehensive & timely. Charges were all explained thoroughly.I have been “dentist shy” and was immediately put at ease. I went in for a root canal & crown. I was done WITH a new crown in only 1 3/4 hours. I’ve found my new dentist!

Needed a new dentist after moving. Contacted Magnolia and got an appointment within 1 week. All were friendly and professional. Dr Cruz was very thorough and explained everything. I will be back!

The staff and dentists are all so amazing and sweet! The technology is mind blowing and the office is beautiful. By far the best dentist my kid has ever been to. They take their time to answer questions and make sure everyone is comfortable and informed.

I finally found a dentist who explains everything, believes in preventative care and is willing to take the time to explain what is going on with my teeth, what treatment I need, and why. That is something that I havent had for years now. I walked out of the office feeling like a ton of bricks had been lifted off my shoulders as I had not been able to find a dentist I could trust since mine left the area several years ago. Ive only been to one appt so far but from what I experienced on that one appt I would recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience at Magnolia having my teeth cleaned. Everybody was so friendly when you came in they welcomed you even though they were on the phone they stopped long enough to greet you and I like that wonderful staff tech took care of me. I think her name was Elsa, anyway, forgive me if I forgot her name correctly, still outstanding job

I had made an appointment and waited about 2 months for my dental cleaning. I took off work and traveled 20 minutes to the office, just to find out they had canceled my appointment due to not answering a phone call to confirm. They did not even leave a voicemail. What even made me more upset was that I did not receive any email, or text message that they had canceled my appointment and to not show up to the appointment I had made. This is a very excessive policy, especially for new patients. I understand they do not want their time wasted but this policy does not take into consideration the patients time. I can take my business elsewhere. I was hoping to establish dental care somewhere, and I thought this would be the office.
