As first time homebuyers, the whole process felt very overwhelming and confusing initially. We found Maggie’s team through Yelp and filled out their online form to get in touch. We were able to set up a Zoom call for that same evening (a testament to how quick and responsive Maggie and her team are) to connect with Maggie. Even from just the first call, we came out feeling so much more prepared for the whole process, and it was an easy decision to choose to move forward with Maggie as our realtor.These are a few ways we would describe Maggie and her team:- Knowledgeable: the whole process can feel complicated and overwhelming, but they were able to answer all of our questions, provide clarification for things we weren’t sure about, and to do so in a way that made it easy for us to understand what was going on. They kept us well-informed but never made us feel pressured to make any particular decision.- Accessible: we had multiple lines of communication going between texts, emails, comments on the Compass app during the home search phase, and phone calls. They were always quick to respond or provide updates, and triaged communications to the appropriate methods so it didn’t feel confusing even with all the ongoing discussions.- Detail-oriented and organized. We didn’t work as directly with Maggie and Gina’s support staff, but they did a great job helping us keep all of documents organized in a Google Drive folder, which was especially useful during the escrow period.- Well-connected. For every step along the way, you can expect that Maggie has multiple referrals for people to work with (lenders, insurance agents, inspectors, etc). We never felt like we were on our own to figure anything out, and trusted all of the referrals that she provided - she only refers to those that she would feel comfortable working with herself for her own personal situations too, so that gave us peace of mind.- Fun and personal! Maggie and Gina are so easy to get along with and we genuinely enjoyed working with them.Maggie and Gina are the absolute best - we are so thankful for all their hard work in helping us to buy our first home. They made a complicated process feel so much less painful (almost a little too easy). We are 100% sure that it is thanks to the strength and skill of her team that we were able to succeed with only our second offer, especially with the current market in the South Bay. We would highly recommend them without hesitation!

Maggie Ding and her team are the best team to work with when purchasing a home! My husband and I bought our first ever house this June and they guided us as first time home buyers through every step. They were available to answer our questions every step of the way 24/7 and support us through every decision we needed to make. We worked more closely with Jaime Bly and she was very responsive to our questions and explained everything that goes into the house buying process. We originally got this recommendation through our Mortgage Lender, Aragon Lending, and we are so happy to have seen them work together so closely. It really matters when you’re a big team working together constantly. It’s an easy 5*s for Maggie. After speaking with multiple agents I found Maggie to be the best combo of knowledgeable and personable. She was very sympathetic for my loss and able to answer the numerous questions I had as a first time seller. Personally I wanted to handoff as much as I could since I wasn’t local and Maggie was happy to take that on. This included getting estimates and coordinating the renovations needed with vendors. I also found the renovation financing option available through her agency Compass a valuable option. Maggie was also very organized and responsive either through email or text. She truly made a stressful process easier with her guidance. If you need an agent don’t hesitate to have Maggie represent you.

I was referred to Maggie by a work friend and she lived up to all the accolades and more. I was selling my parents home (and the house I grew up in) after my father passed away and my mother had to be placed in a memory care facility. Maggie and I share an alma mater and I was fortunate to find her business through the former students directory. Maggie has assembled an amazing team that consistently performs with competence and integrity throughout both the buying and selling processes. Her team is not just limited to finding listings and performing comps but also contracting inspections, gathering estimates, and contracting any needed repairs or services. If they cant do it, they know someone that can.In 2015, Gina found exactly the sort of home I was looking for and helped me through my first home purchase. She and all of Maggies team are skilled at turning my half-formed ideas into a short list of homes that pass muster. As buyers agents, they helped me understand the choices I had with my offer and how each of them could potentially affect how the offer would be received. I was prepared to make dozens of offers on as many homes in that real estate market but was pleasantly surprised that my very first offer on my most preferred home was accepted. Maggie and Gina successfully negotiated subsequent reductions in price as the inspections uncovered the expected issues which certainly helped with affordability.Maggie kept up communication over the subsequent years with regular client appreciation events and helpful e-mail bulletins. It was a no-brainer that in 2023 when it came time to move out of the area that I just needed to call Maggie and let her know I was ready to sell my home. I worked with Maggie this past summer in selling my condo, and then immediately after in purchasing a new place. Maggie was always responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, starting from locating contractors and getting the property ready, to listing, open houses, and showings. Its so obvious that they love what they do and are true experts in their craft. They were also extremely patient with us even when we would constantly go back and forth on location, price, and features we thought we wanted. In the end, they asked us to be patient and we landed our dream home and we couldnt be happier.For anyone who has purchased a home before, youll know that it takes a village to get it done. With the Maggie Ding team, that is exactly what youll get, not just on the transactional side, but they have such deep relationships with their inspectors, lenders, escrow, and even contractors if you need them. Writing a review of Maggie presents a challenge because the truth is bound to seem too good to be true. With that in mind, I will put aside my intense desire to write 100,000 words and instead limit this to three paragraphs:When my sisters and I first contacted Maggie about selling our mother’s house, we were overworked, demoralized, and dispirited. We were trying to organize things while living in four different cities that are a fair distance apart. We honestly felt sorry for whoever would end up taking us on as a client. But Maggie was having none of this. Within minutes of knocking on our door for the first time, she had infused the house and everyone in it with optimism and energy. She jammed so much knowledge, experience, compassion, zeal, rapid-fire intelligence, and murderous hilarity into a one-hour presentation that it served to raise our spirits and our expectations from the floor to the ceiling. Then she spent the ensuing weeks exceeding all of those elevated expectations and delivering on every single promise that she had made.During this remarkable period, nothing and nobody escaped her attention. She (and her splendid assistants Stefanie, Gina, and CJ) constantly kept us informed. She provided expert guidance and instruction on a thousand different things. She followed up relentlessly. Not content to answer every question we had, she anticipated questions we had not yet come up with and answered those too. Her energy, both mental and physical, is almost unfathomable: causing my sisters and me to speculate as to how she could possibly be finding time to sleep. They extended right up to the hour when I was obliged to leave the house for the final time—a poignant moment that she handled with immeasurable and imperishable tenderness.Like many large families, ours tends to find few things we can all agree on. But we are united in thanking the heavens that we had Maggie by our side over these past few months. All of us give her the highest recommendation we can possibly conceive of, both as a real estate agent and as a human being.

We’ve bought and sold several houses now, and this was by far the best realtor experience we’ve ever had. Maggie and team had regular check-ins, provided essential info, outlined next steps, and covered a dozen other details we wish other realtors had shared with us in the past.The biggest shout out goes to Gina. She is the best! I can’t say enough good things. The seller for our house was beyond awful - shockingly and obviously dishonest, unreasonable, and so rude that it made us want to walk away on the daily. Unfortunately for Gina, we fell in love with the house. Gina kept her cool through the entire process, shielding us from the daily bouts of terrible, while also documenting every step in case things got really ugly. She pushed back and fought for us, especially during the various inspections, which were conducted by a great team of professionals (the seller didn’t appreciate our due diligence), and during the final stages of the sale (did I mention the seller was the worst?).In the end we got our dream house, and we learned a ton about dealing with terrible sellers. The home buying process is simply not fun. Currently, inventory is low. Interest rates are high. Demand in the South Bay is strong. These factors all create a very unpleasant experience for a first-time home buyer. My journey to buy a home was full of twists, turns, and despair but through it all, Maggie and Jaime were the gentle hands that kept my wife and me moving forward.Their expertise, honesty, and Maggies creative analogies to the dating scene made the whole process from initial home buying interest, to the search, to offers, and finally ESCROW digestible.For me personally, Jaime and Maggie provided me the service and help I had hoped for. I do a lot of independent research and did not want a team that would be too clingy. I wanted someone who respected my space and yet added value and expertise as needed. This mutual respect led to a fruitful relationship in which I popped the big question. We came into contact while she was helping out a couple sort through some challenges with a HOA and when it came time for me to list, she was on our short list of potential realtors. We selected Maggie because I just sensed high achiever, she was just plain candid/honest, and she came well prepared. You are not going to get any surprises working with her and her team. They will go to bat for you and they are just going to get business taken care of. If you are someone who just wants to get to the point because you are impatient as I am, then this is the team to work with! We are so happy we chose to work with Maggie, Gina, and the team to find our first home. We had been looking for awhile but didnt find anything we liked until about a year later. They were always checking in on us to find out what we like. When we decided to make an offer on a house, they guided us through the whole process and made it less daunting. What really stood out for us is that we had a difficult seller/sellers agent which made us second guess the house multiple times. They supported us through every step of the way during escrow and we never felt pressured to buy the house if it wasnt what we ultimately wanted. They were appropriately aggressive with the seller when we needed them to be and handled it better than we could imagine. They laid out all the options and left it to us to decide how to proceed. They were available at all times, day and night and weekends. They answered all of our questions whenever they arose. We are now in a home that we loveee and it would not have been possible without them. We highly recommend them to anyone we know and would use them again if we needed.Edited to add they have continued to be a great resource for us as we make some repairs on the house. This is way overdue to tell everyone about the team Maggie! We worked with them twice as a buyer and a seller. Both time, they were beyond our expectation. I have worked with different realtors in the past but this team is incomparable!! When we purchased our house, Maggie, Nancy and her entire team were on top of things, very transparent with the process, and answered every little questions we had. They were able to work with our loan (VA loan) in a very competitive market, and we were able to purchase the perfect house for us! When we were selling our townhouse, we were so busy (I was expecting a baby, my tenent was moving out, my work, school, taking care of a toddler and everything else was happening in our life lol) BUT Maggie, Gina and her entire team made the process so much easier for us. Literally, they did everything for us! All I had to do was to tell them yes or no.. For example, we had to fix our fireplace, so they found venders, compared prices and gave us several options to choose from. Also a beautiful touch they did for our townhouse showing was amazing! They made our townhouse so presentable l, and the entire process took only about a month!!!! They seriously made the process STRESS FREE as I needed that more than ever!
