Used their service for a 21 Pilots concert. Would not stream correctly on my phone or computer and tried multiple different web browsers and connections. I caught maybe 2 songs and even when it did connect it would buffer in and out. I sought a refund as the ticket was around $20-30 dollars. They did not offer a refund stating this was related to my devices and connection. I would not recommend using them for your concert service or watching a concert on.
