Lousy customer service, first this lady had me put on hold for 30 minutes and i had to call again to speak to another representative! 2nd time i was overcharged. I received claim details from my insurance my out of pocket was less than i was charged. I called and they said they don’t know how much my insurance was charging. If so, how do they know how much patients have to pay out of pocket. Just beware, always look at your claim details from your dental insurance.

Wow! I am amazed at the transparency and depth of knowledge Adrian showcased today during our consultation. We visited another dentist in Fair Oaks, and by far, the Madison Family Dental group proved their 5 star review by the way they handled us from the moment we called them. Adrian and Dr. Dillan gave us many angles of how we can approach my sons tooth issue. My son, unfortunately, will have to get a root canal. Adrian and his team referred us to a five-star specialist in midtown. Due to the complication of the diagnosed root canal, they advised us to go outside of their office. That alone is very commendable, and we were not told this at the previous dental office we visited the day before. We were greeted warmly, and Adrian was nothing but genuine and respectful throughout the entire process. Outstanding! Thank you, Madison Family Dental.

Had a wonderful experience here this morning! Both the dentist and hygienist listened to my concerns. They also took the time to thoroughly explain what treatment I needed and why. Everyone on staff was extremely nice - they even put on SpongeBob for the children in the waiting room. Everything was exceptionally clean and they even offered fresh coffee and water in the waiting room.

This is by far the best dentists office that Ive ever been to. The facility is bright, open and very clean. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly.As someone who was reluctant to go to the dentist because I hadnt been in such a long time, they did an excellent job of expressing the information without any shame or guilt.Christina, who performed my teeth cleaning, was particularly charming and accommodating and she made a great effort to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible. She was extremely gentle with her work and I had no soreness whatsoever once the numbing agent had worn off after my deep cleaning.This will be the only dentist office I will ever use as long as I am in Sacramento/Fair Oaks and Id recommend it to anyone.

This was the best dental experience I have had in A LONG time! I would highly recommend coming here especially for families. The staff is so accommodating and helpful. My little one and I had our teeth cleaned and checked for cavities. It was my childs first time at the dentist and they made sure she was comfortable and entertained. I am currently pregnant so my gums have been super sensitive and causing a lot of pain. The dentist was very gentile and understanding. They do not overcharge or try to sell you on services that are unnecessary. Great for kids as well.

I called around several places for an emergency extraction. They got me in within an hour for the initial consultation with x-rays (free of charge). We discussed my options, Adrian made me feel comfortable with my options (I was very apprehensive from the beginning, with the pain, no insurance, etc) Things were explained and they were not pushy at all. They then found time to get the work done within another 30 minutes. After the procedure, i had some issues and even though they were out of the office, I was able to contact Adrian and he helped me throughout his day off to be sure i was again comfortable. Adrian went above an beyond, I could not have asked for better service and would recommend this practice to anyone.

This is my new favorite dentist. Everyone was very friendly and explained what they were doing as they did it. The hygienist took the time to go over preventative care for bruxism and TMJ disorder, recommending night time guards. The hygienist also went over a lot of oral care that can be easily overlooked. The dentist made the same recommendation for a night guard and explained the differences between a fitted guard and OTC. Both the hygienist and dentist went over my X-rays. I appreciated the respect and care shown, and definitely see this as positive experience.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Had what I thought was a tooth abscess and they were able to see me within 30 minutes of calling as a new patient. They were able to give me an X-ray and consultation free of charge and didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary procedures. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist.

I took my daughters age 11 and 5. This dentist office was the best experience I had in a long time. They explained what needs to be done with my daughters teeth and how the insurance with this dentists office. My youngest was very nervous to meet with the dentist, they put on YouTube TV in the exam room for her to watch her favorite show as they were doing the exam on her teeth and the cleaning. I high recommend this dentist office to anyone with or without kids.

Dr. Salehi and his staff at Madison Family Dental are awesome. Back in May, early June, I was having severe pain with a back molar. I called in the early afternoon, just hoping to be able to get in and get some relief and they literally got me in within an hour. They assessed the situation quickly and determined that my tooth nerve was dead/dying and should be pulled. They also pulled a wisdom tooth right next to it which also needed to be done. He thoroughly explained everything to me so that I had no questions or concerns. I did not feel any pain. He expertly removed my two teeth and I was out the door in under 2 hours. His staff was also incredible; very kind and helpful. His office administrator even gave me his personal number so that if I had any issues with my pain meds or anything else I could reach him AFTER HOURS and he would take care of it. Its now been over a month and everything has healed nicely! I highly recommend Madison Family Dental without reservation! Great care, great Doctor and great staff! 5 Stars all around!

With just two visits I feel comfortable here the atmosphere is great I didnt spend a lot of time sitting and waiting. The last dentist I went to had one plan only and it seemed like it was the most expensive plan. That is not the case here I told them what I could afford and how I wanted to do it and their answer was we can do that

Had a tooth ache; made an appointment for next day; went in; no more tooth ache. Dr. Salehi listened, assessed, and resolved my problem. He explained what was going on with my tooth and explained what needed to be done. I’m so glad I went there. The staff is courteous and efficient. They went over my insurance coverage with me so there was no surprises. Great overall experience. Thanks guys!

I have a fear of the dentist like you couldn’t believe!! I avoid them like my life depends on it! With that being said I broke a couple teeth on a mint(true story) and had no choice but to find a dentist(the pain is unreal!) I am so thankful I found Madison dental as they were understanding with my fear, they explained everything I would need and broke it down for me. They were able to get me on a plan to get EVERYTHING fixed! So far so good! I may just be a patient for life if this awesomeness from them keeps up!! I have another appt in 2 weeks to get the teeth pulled, the doctor even prescribed me some antibiotics and mouthwash to help with the pain so I can actually eat food until my next appt. So thnx Madison family dental, see u in a couple weeks!

Great experience. Knowledgeable and understanding staff, and Dr. Salehi is the most gentle dentist I’ve come across. She recommends the best standards of care, is current on new dental technology and information, but also is very understanding that real life doesn’t always match the ideal situation. She will work with you where you’re at.This is a big deal - I’ve had other dentists be judgmental that I couldn’t afford to take the best treatment option, or made me cry because I wasn’t making my teeth a top priority. When you are a military family with kids with additional needs, and no real dental insurance, mom’s teeth take a backseat to so many other issues. Dr. Salehi understands this and is helping me move forward from where I’m at, and get the most out of my insurance benefits (while really good compared to other plans, still only covers so much per year).The office is beautiful. Looks sterile, but also welcoming and enjoyable - not like a hospital. The X-ray area is nice because they put something over the thing they put in your mouth so it’s softer to bite on than at other places. Also, it’s nice to see the X-rays come right up on the screen in front of me.When you sit in a chair, they have an adjustable tv above and you can choose what to watch or listen to (they also have headphones). The screen is connected to their local computer, so when Dr. Salehi discusses your teeth and goes over xrays, she can move it to the screen above your head to make it easier to see.I highly recommend Dr. Salehi and will be returning soon.

Finding a dental office that makes you feel welcome and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your smile can be a difficult task. However, my search finally ended upon discovering Dr.Salehi and the phenomenal team at Madison Dental Family Group. Upon entering the first thing I noticed was how clean and aesthetically pleasing the waiting area was before receiving an incredibly welcoming greeting from the friendly receptionist. Hand sanitizer was readily available at the desk and everyone had a mask on in compliance with COVID-19 regulations which made me feel incredibly safe. The dental hygienist was gentle when taking x-rays and when performing the routine teeth cleaning which I greatly appreciated as I have had negative experiences at other dental groups. Dr. Salehi was gentle, thorough, and detail oriented when evaluating my teeth/gums and when filling in the two cavities that I had. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I am looking forward to remaining a patient for many years to come!

Quick Summary:- Dentist re did 3 fillings I previously had done elsewhere.- Dentist was not satisfied with one of the fillings she re did and wanted to re do it again- Office staff messed up the appointment and had to re schedule it.- When I came in for the rescheduled appointment they said “sorry she can’t do the procedure today” and rescheduled again- Staff called 20 mins later and apologized and offered to squeeze me in same-day- Left side fillings all done and feeling good.Full Story:I went in for an appointment 12/14, I was complaining about one filling on the top left that was moving when I flossed. The dentist said I actually needed to have four fillings redone because they were done improperly. Two on the top left, one on the bottom left, and one in the right side. I have been to two other dentists since the fillings were done, and neither of them said the fillings were done improperly, but I HAD been experiencing cold sensitivity in one of the teeth she said needed to be redone, and of course one on the left, the filling was moving so it made sense that that filling needed to be redone.The plan was to re do the three fillings on the left side that day, and potentially do the fourth one later in the year, as I would be leaving the country for several months on January 3rd, which I made clear to the staff multiple times.The dentist started the procedure with the help of the hygienist, and the bottom left seemed to go off with out a hitch. But then midway through the two on the top left I could tell something went wrong. Turns out that the top left gums started bleeding so much that they had trouble re doing the fillings and, by the doctor’s admission ended up with a less-than-stellar result. The doctor said I should use a mouth rinse that would alleviate the swelling for 10 days then come in for another appointment and she would re-do the filling and hopefully it wouldn’t bleed so much this time and she would be able to do a better filling.So now we’re running really tight on time because I leave Jan 4th and they want me to wait 10 days THEN come in to get the filling redone. So I obviously wasn’t happy about that, but we seemed to have JUST enough time to squeeze it in.Her staff scheduled me for December 31, which I thought was odd seeing as it’s the New Years’ Eve Day, which I pointed out at the time. But they didn’t seem bothered.Then on December 20th her office called and said the doctor wouldn’t be in on December 31st so they needed to reschedule... which was a big “duh” to me... So at this point I’m pretty annoyed, on top of that they obviously didn’t make any notes that I’d be leaving the country Jan 4th because they proposed dates after my departure date.We got the appointment rescheduled to December 30th at 12:30pm.I diligently used the mouthwash they prescribed for 10 days to prepare for the appointment, and responded to their reminder bot that texts you incessantly, asking you to confirm the appointment, and said “confirm” to indicate that I would be there.I showed up at 12:26 on the day of the appointment, checked in, and then waited around for 30 minutes before they told me there had been a miscommunication and that the doctor was only scheduled for an “exam” today and she couldn’t do the actual procedure and I’d need to schedule another appointment for that.The only appointment they had available before I left was 8am the day before I leave the country for 3 months. So if there’s anything that doesn’t go quite right, or requires another appointment, I’m completely screwed at this point.Let’s hope they get it right this time... I will update my review with what happens.Update 1:Dentists office called me and informed me that they moved another appointment today so that I could still do the procedure today rather than waiting til the day before I leave the country. Very professional, and appreciated. I added a star.Update 2:Filling redone. Feels good so far. Added a star. Will update if anything changes.

Dr Salehi is great. Very caring and careful. Shes given me a crown and were working on an implant. Everyone is very careful to minimize any pain and to make sure the dental solution is the best possible.I highly recommend her and her team.

Awesome staff and facility. All of the staff are super friendly, from reception to dental assistants to the dentist. They broke down everything that they would be doing. They broke down all of the costs from what was covered by insurance to what wasnt. They got me in and out in no time.

Everybody in the office was very kind and friendly. The dentist was upfront about all the work that needs to be done but understanding that it cant all be done at once since dental work can get expensive. I appreciate this in dentists since so many of them are pushy about getting it all done right away.
