Plenty of options, but checking out is painful. Finding a place to buy your stuff, the line, the whole process needs improvement. Probably better off buying online if needed, because at least online there are more discounts and no hassle. In store you have to suffer through the lines and less discounts. You would think they would want more people in store to reduce shopping costs, but I guess not.

Macys is a department store in Rancho Cucamonga, California. It’s located at Victoria Gardens. They provide brand-name clothing, accessories, home furnishings, and housewares. It’s our favorite place for shopping. We often come here to buy clothes and shoes and they never disappoint us. The price of their products is fairly reasonable. The employees are helpful and always looking to help. This place looks amazingly clean every time we go in.

The Mens Store at Macys did not have sales on fragrances for men. However, at the womens store down the street, the sales were everywhere. Its a mystery to me why that was. 😆🤭 Macys kills on a variety of fragrances but not so much with its prices. Sams Club and Costco have fewer options but at better prices.

Macys was never really a shopping spot for myself but the past few years it has become a favorite of mine. Ive bought things from glasses, mens sweaters, shoes, but my recent purchase was colognes and mens skin care products. Clinique was turned on to me by my daughters. So now I buy a full line of skin care products to pamper myself. Ive learned a lot from my daughters about taking care of my skin as Ive gotten older. And of course, Macys has become a favorite of mine for my colognes. Staff at both booths, they were so friendly and helpful. This trip they really went out of their way for me. I will definitely be back for either more skin care products or for new scents with their colognes. Give them a try guys 👍👍

I love Macys. You will receive great service if you do not have a return of a previous purchase. I was told I could not return a pair of shoes ( Cole Haan )that seemed defective. Because I wore them for an 8 hour shift at work and noticed the issue.You can always find great deals on suits and shoes.

Shoe department is the WORST in whole shore!!Everywhere else is excellent..But service in shoes is minimal, u have to go to them to get your size, to try on. You have to check 2 of 3 times to see if there bringing you shoe in your size. An wait was 47min! To just try on a shoe!! RIDICULOUS!We took SHOES to different department To purchase. . Each salesperson was “too busy” to help unless I was standing line to purchase but we saw several groups of employees standing around taking to each other.The store was in shambles and everything needed to be refolded.I’m giving this a three star versus a two because it was holiday time and I am cutting some slack. I am very impressed with Macys and speaking with Oscar in the furniture department. He was very patience and hands on with my issue. I had an issue with a couch that I purchased and without hesitation they resolved the situation. I am moving to Florida and with go see Carlos in (Rancho Cucamonga) in a couple of weeks and have him order my furniture. GREAT JOB!!

I ordered something online for pick up as a gift an expensive gift at that and when I went to put it in a gift bag I checked it and it was full of scratches and water marks I went to tell them it looked like the display and it shouldn’t have any water dust or scratches and they just offered to wipe it for me they didn’t really help me at all that was not what I asked for and I’m never trusting this place with an online order again!

Im a huge fan of Macys, just not this one. Walked in with my wife, had a jacket that we bought where the button snap literally fell off. We asked the lady if it was possible to exchange, we didnt have the receipt, but had the order info on my phone. Our jacket was in great condition. The lady called her supervisor and the question was Is there a store tag on it? - asking as if we stole it and if we had a receipt. After she hung up, the lady told us, We dont know what you did to the jacket.One of the rudest experiences Ive had at this Macys, and there have been several. So disappointed.

Bought a $300.00 suitcase in January. We’ll the suitcase broke in early March. When I took it back the lady said you’ve had it to long. I showed my receipt and she said yep you’ve had it way to long. The coupons you receive in the mail may lure you, but confirm them with the cashiers beforehand for store policy, because if the item has already been reduced on shelf, additional coupons are not applicable. Use Macys App to Scan and cashiers to see if coupons can be used. It was kinda challenging to navigate through.

Do not shop here for Chanel Cosmetics, they are rude and dont want to help with your returns and will makeup some story about policy changing . Instead go to Roxy from Shiseido and Patricia from Clarins they were so helpful and just friendly . I will definitely comeback and shop with them again .

So happy with their return policy and take excellent of their loyal customers. I bought a perfume for my wife almost two months ago, my wife didnt like it, so she decided to go back and get a different one. The Lady spent time with us making sure she picks out the right one for her. The bottom line is they made sure we get the best of our experience with no questions asked. best return policy versus other retail stores like Nordstrom, they give you just 45 days, and if you dont get the chance to return things back on time, you are screwed. Make sure to know where to spend your money!

I visited this store to return an online order. The cashier that helped me with the return sounded helpful, and there was only 1 person in front of me when I came here around 11am. Workers upstairs were complaining about customers and going on about nothing to do when the last act home was a trip hazard and so messy. None of the associates were friendly or greeted me. Not a one time experience its every time. Every time I come in the cold customer service is a reminder and another reason to not give this company my business anymore. I never knew about Backstage until sometime last week. I have to say its pretty amazing...they have it all and at a great cost. I had one of the girls there help me find everything I needed and more. Darlene was her name and she even talked me into opening a Macys card, which I shouldnt have but the extra 20% off on top of the already low prices sounded good to me. I like macys for its convenience variety and price range, but this macys has a terrible selection for juniors/teens and I would say the age range between 11 and 12 doesnt even exist. But I dont think the style available for tops or bottoms are a good representation of what the girls are wearing right now or a good variety of it.I believe the boys section does have the variety someone would want for boys but not girls. Other than that I love comming to this store especially because they have the store separate into mens store with furniture and kids and then the womens which is totally dedicated to juniors girls and women. Love that.

I’m an associate at a different location and I would recommend cologne customers do their own research instead of asking the “experts” at the counter. They seem professional but tell customers wrong prices, wrong information, and say they are out of stock when they are not. They send customers to other locations when they should be able to handle customers on their own, it is a burden for customers and all other Macy’s because they are unable to pull their own weight.

For as expensive their items are... they have poor customer service. they dont quality check the items before they hand it to you for curbside pick up. i came home and saw my item had blood stains on them. which is gross to say the least. all they are willing to do is exchange for another one, which they dont have in stock, or give partial refund? the managers and supervisors are all trained to tell you: i am sorry. they dont compensate for your trouble or even give a measly $5 gift card. macys has the worst customer appreciation services. i am no longer interested in shopping and supporting macys. this place sucks and way too expensive to be treating customers so poorly.

Macys sales are amazing! I usually find 100% down pillows here, two brands I have been pleased with are Ralph Lauren and Beautyrest Black. Most recently I purchased the Beautyrest Black 100% down pillows for a fraction of the cost during a sale! When you see a good deal, take advantage and buy what you need and maybe even more just in case. I bought 6 pillows, $30 each, they were amazing so I went back to buy more and the price was back up to $140 each, darn! Macys has almost everything, it’s a great go-to department store.

To this day I feel this is the only Macys Ive ever been to that I love the way they dress their mannequins. Today however I was blessed to experience the best and most understanding costumer experience Ive ever had in the Backstage shop. I had a question concerning a price match. Lauren explained everything to me and I got a bit bummed out to which she reacted by asking her manager about anything she could do. Mika helped us out in our transaction. Costumer service is bad, fitting rooms could burly walk in because it was clutter of racks and cloths to get through. I couldn’t bring my small traveling stroller with my two year old in it so I was struggling between getting her to sit down while I tried on dresses. A Costumer/Karen was being rude because my kids kept laughing and playing around in the fitting room where I was in and asked me to control my kids or get out because it wasn’t a place for kids. When they weren’t even bothering her. One dress looked completely used or was used and was even dirty on the bottom. The other dress smelled like BO really bad I couldn’t believe it I was literally done as soon as I realized that the dresses both were used.

Im so disappointed with Macys. I bought a mattress in November and tried to return it in Jan and they gave me a sales check # and said UPS would pick it up. No one came to pick it up. I have been following up and they say it will be scheduled to be picked up. Today I called to see whats going on with the pick up and they said its too late to return it because the 120 days have passed. Juanita was awful to me: she would not let me talk she kept talking over me telling me to read the policy.

I went in the store to purchase a small pan to replace one Ive had for years. The store salespeople were very helpful and friendly.While I was shopping there were numerous packages of comforters on the floor in various places. The sales people asked a few of the customers that were in the area if the packages (comforters) were ours. Since the packages were not any of the customers, a few of the salespeople started to clear the area, making it neater for the customers. Shortly after the area was cleared some customers (3 people) returned to the area wanting to know where their comforters were. They were VERY UNHAPPY about their items being returned to the shelves.As a customer who saw the whole situation unfold, I have to say; if the people wanted to purchase all of those comforters, one of the 3 people could have stayed with their choices or they could have had a salesperson put them at the counter. The comforters were all over the place and I think the salespeople did an EXCELLENT job trying to find out if the packages belonged to any of the people in the area and then clearing the area to make it not look as tacky.I enjoyed my shopping trip and I stuck around to make sure none of the workers had any problems for doing their job. I really love shopping at Macys. You can almost always get a discount with the specials theyre offering. They have a good variety to choose from and certain brands that I love shopping for. The store can often be a little messy especially the dressing room area! Their return policy in my opinion is one of the best. You have up to 90 days to return something. The reason why I gave you 4 stars is that you did not allow me to test perfume on my skin and you didnt have coffee beans in between tests. You also did not have samples either. I understand that the pandemic has changed many things but I also know that you stopped giving out samples before the pandemic due to people taking advantage of them. I had to return items from a single mail order and had to stand in several lines, for each department. Store was understaffed so the lines were long, the temperature was miserably hot inside. Took some Levis back to exchang for another size,I had pull the tags off because they fit in the store when I got home they seem to tight .,I took it back, and told the clerk what happened. She didnt questions me and exchange it for another size. Thank you. MacysI

This store was super busy it was like everyone an the sister was buying formal dresses, but it was still a pleasant experience. If you are looking for a special occasion dress do yourself a favor and go to this Macys!!

Very disappointed with MAC and other cosmetic dept here. I didnt get any help at all & I was there to ACTUALLY buy few foundations & lipsticks to refill my stock but all the assistants were too busy helping/make up those who are just there to try the makeups. They do have that snobby look when they look at you. Im pretty sure Im making more than you with my engineering bsc... so I took my business elsewhere!Tip: NYX in VG has OUTSTANDING customer service & the make up quality is surprisingly great!!!

I had visit this location at the Victoria Gardens Rancho Cucamonga. You must go on the upper level to your right its called backstage and it has lots and lots of clearance items like accessories clothing and shoes for men women and children. You will be amazed on the great deals.

We have had a terrible experience purchasing furniture from Anna in the furniture department.We purchased an area rug, sofas, and a dining room set. We were told that the furniture delivery was once per week to our area and it turned out to be once per month, leaving us without anything to sit on for almost 5 weeks as we just missed the delivery day.When I vacuumed the area rug which cost $600.00, the nap was sucked up leaving bald spots. When I phoned Anna, I was given the run around and there was no tangible support given to rectify the problem. Stay away!

Worst place ever me and my 15 year old friend went to the mall together and we went to macy to meet up. so we were waiting for a while until everyone comes so we sat on the beds. And we were not loud or disrespectful. all off a sudden this old lady that works their comes and starts to yell at us saying that kids cannot sit on the beds. and we were going to leave and she called security on us. she grabbed my friend phone and threatened to break it if I do not leave. So we were all embarrassed because she yelled at us. I do not recommend going upstairs at Macys. And beware the old disrespectful lady

Quite a big Macys store. Great collection with bunch of offers. They do have the Backstage section where you can find miscellaneous items - Household goods, Clothes, Shoes, etc. at cheaper prices than the average Store price.

Came in for some Christian Dior makeup and the didnt have my color in stock. The also didnt have the primer in stock. Very disappointed. I had to walk to sephora and make my purchase instead.
