We went to Macy’s at the Mall in Pal Desert looking for a Suit and Earl notice we needed help. He was very nice and help us out until we found the right Suit for my Wedding. Earl is very friendly, professional, and attentive. He made my day with his great personality! He is the best!

We got some amazing deals yesterday. I wanted to buy some slacks in the better suits dept. I was informed that Macys does not do alterations. I was also informed that they could not refer me to a tailor. Why sell better clothing if you will not provide alterations? Also, the fitting room nearest where we were was closed: FOR COVID! What the hell! That excuse to provide lousy customer service went out of style a couple years ago. We had to walk across the store for a fitting room. The customer service or rather, lack of it, made me feel like I was in an upscale Walmart.

What a terrible shopping experience. Came here with my 83 year old mother to do some fun shopping. No sales people anywhere, had to stand in line at the shoe department and were told by the snarky sales guy that at Macys customers come to us. No wonder this company is on the skids . Wont be back and wont plan on even shopping on line with Macys, a company that seems to have lost all regard for customer service .

Wow what a great Macys! Clean, well stocked, SALs as usual, but nice selections. One of the best Macys Ive been in. Great service, nice folks.

Macy’s in Palm Desert is the place to shop. This is one of the cleanest and most friendly stores I have shopped in Southern California. There is a My Stylist Office located in the men’s and women’s area. The stylist will focus on you, for no extra fee, and help you find the fashion and accessories you should have.The men’s shop has a very large golf apparel area with anything needed for a day on the course. My favorite golf clothes are always Greg Norman and they have a large selection. The women’s area has every fashion you can imagine from relax apparel, workout clothes and a very large dress area.The home department in this store was very easy to shop, very open concept making it easy to spot what I am hoping to find. Bedding is located on the same 1st floor and has their Hotel brand, which is always my favorite for texture and long lasting.No matter what the occasion you can find what you need for your home and for you at this Palm Desert Macy’s.

I ordered a diamond bracelet Nov. 26 but it had to be made smaller.I was told it would take 2 weeks. But it took much longer. I went in a month later and asked where the bracelet was. It was there. The clerk slithered away and the other clerk handed me the bracelet without a thank you or sorry no one ever called.No one knew. Then in January I received a text about a fine jewelry sale. I asked the clerk where it was and sure enough it was there. Terrible service.

Nice well organised store - plenty of choice and easy to find your way round. Hiwever, wanted king size pillow cases & they were sadly lacking!

Loved the service at the mens department. We walked in and within less than 5 minutes of looking were greeted and asked if we needed anything to simply ask if we couldnt find the size we were looking for. Found a last min 3 piece suit for my sons prom for less than $300 great sales. Highly recommend.

This is, by far, the cleanest Macy’s I have ever visited. It is very nice just like the one in Rancho Cucamonga. I was in Department the dress department and was helped by Alexia. She was not only delightful and sweet but very knowledgeable, as well. She helped me and my sister-in-law pick out dresses for a vacation. And, she was also wonderful to the other ladies in the fitting room who were looking for the perfect dress for a relative’s wedding. Good job, Alexia! You know, instinctively, what customer service is all about! Thank you!

Update: their customer service is top notch! I came in for a return and Tina made everything so fast and easy for me. Not only that, but when I realized I had left my AirTag inside the returned item I quickly had to go back to the store. Thankfully, Tina was still in her shift and she went to the back to look for it. When she didn’t find it she brought the whole thing back for me to find my forgotten AirTag. Thanks to her I was able to recover it. She truly went above and beyond during my last experience.Old review: Customer service can be a lot better that what it is. The employees look over worked and I believe that’s the main reason why they offer poor service. Giving it a 3 stars due to how clean the beauty department looks like.
