Im baffled with how many 5 star reviews this business has with the lack of courtesy and professionalism experienced today (first time customer). Had an appointment with Marco at 10 a.m. and I even arrived early since Im punctual and considerate of other peoples time. I received a call from Marco about 10 minutes AFTER the scheduled time of 10 a.m. stating he wasnt feeling well and needed to cancel the appointment. I understand things happen but the lack of consideration to cancel at least an hour ahead of time is completely unprofessional, especially since their website clearly states to please cancel ahead of time if necessary. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give this place more stars, I would! My husband and I did our taxes here for our small business and Marco and Ivan, even the front desk was beyond helpful and kind. Marco went the extra mile but spending additional time with us to make sure we had the knowledge and understanding about all things taxes. The knowledge this team has from years of experience is priceless. In addition, their prices are extremely reasonable. I’m excited to also hear that they offer payroll services. We will definitely be utilizing this as well. If you’re looking for a tax family where you can call home, this is the place! I promise you won’t be disappointed. Also! Just had my taxes done this past Saturday night, ever the procrastinator! I was surprised at the late night availability as my appointment was at 800PM, theyre really hard workers!Heddy was such a nice lady, we had a very nice conversation while she was working. This was the first time I was claiming school credits and she was so patient and diligent in her work, she even helped me find my 1098T form on my school website! Definitely coming back next year, thank you so much! This is a copy-paste from my Yelp review, but the extra little bit of effort is well deserved to spread the word about this great place!

I just wanted to thank Evelyn for her patience and professionalism with my tax return this year. Their office was very busy but I never felt rushed. I had prepared myself mentally and financially to owe additional taxes but I actually got a refund! Glad I didn’t use TurboTax this year.

Made a appointment for the following day with a tax issue and Ivan was very knowledgeable, every question I had regarding my past taxes to current he had a anwser for. The team at MacTax is wonderful! This is our third year using them and it has made tax season a breeze! They explain everything well and I leave feeling well educated on taxes and totally stress free (which is hard to do because taxes used to give me hives 😆). Had a great experience preparing and submitting my 1040 for the 2022 tax year. Staff were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. Before visiting them, I wasnt aware of how taxes really worked, but everyone at Mac Tax got me up to speed while I was there. Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new tax preparer.

I almost did my taxes myself on turbot tax, but thank God my wifi was acting like it doesnt know what the internet is, so I went on Yelp and discovered Mac Tax Solutions with its gleaming reviews, so I called and made an appointment, and Im happy I did.This tax return service experience of my tax returning life! Marco is the man and is super knowledgeable and is reasonably priced. To emphasize his price, you are spending an HOUR WITH A TAX PROFESSIONAL/GENIUS which would cost a really pretty penny, but I paid well under 200. I even got some bonus investment advice. I will be coming back next year and be back for any other accounting or financial direction.Go see Marco at Mac Tax Solutions, and tell him Rico sent you. He might look at you like youre crazy because he sees like a hundred or more clients in a tax season, but youll be glad you went.
