Joseph is the god of repairs. His talent is that of a master and his ability to deliver in a timely fashion is equally stellar. I had a broken screen and I went to apple, then I went to him and he was cheaper and faster than apple and he matches the 90 day warranty just like apple did. He was also very kind and was punctual on when he was done with everything and available.

AMAZING service ! I am a student and use my computer a lot for school. I opened it to begin working at 7 pm and it was not turning on. All other local Mac repair shops were closed at that time, which ended up being a blessing that Joseph was available in the evening! Joseph diagnosed and fixed the problem with my MacBook very efficiently and at a great price. In the meantime, which was not very long at all, he gave me a loaner computer to use for my school work so I did not have to fall behind.Joseph goes above and beyond for his customers and you can tell he truly cares. I will definitely be returning for future needs and recommending his services to friends!

My macbook pro stopped to boot. Joseph tested it and concluded that the problem was in graphic card (which is weird, this mac has two cards on board). He explained that its very difficult process to fix that issue. After few days I came to take my laptop back. Joseph showed me that it works and said that the similar problem can be caused of weak charger that I use. When I brought laptop home it didnt boot again. I returned it to Joseph right after and he kept it for a few days more. Eventually he just replaced the battery and issue has gone. Joseph, I hope you read this. The graphic card was ok, the issue was in battery because of two reasons: wrong charger(?) and long not using period (more than 6 month). All that you did is replaced the battery with low quality one (because its dead after few cycles). If you need to fix your mac and are looking for the place you can trust, this is not your choice unfortunately.update. Just found out he installed a wrong battery in my laptop and it stopped working. What a fail.. Unbelievable irresponsibility.

Thank you Joseph.I tried installing an iFixIt battery on my laptop, but it actually caused damage to my laptop. Joseph was able to identify, repair, and explain what had happened. For a fair price, Macrepair4u quickly returned my laptop in a better condition than I brought in.

This weekend my computer stopped booting after the latest windows 10 update. I was getting crazy since I spent more than 20 hours trying to troubleshoot & make it work. My insurance business depends on this computer which has the data of thousands of my clients & I use it as a server for my whole office. That means, if I am not able to make it work by Monday morning, my business would be shut off. I called around. I was either not able to reach technicians or they would ask enormous amount of money to help me over the weekend.A friend of mine referred me to Joseph. He was considerate to my need of fixing the computer & did not show any intent to take advantage. He worked till late night on Sunday & was able to make it work. And, his rates were surprisingly affordable.I think a contact with Joseph came as a blessing. Now I know where to go for any computer or software problems. I will highly recommend him with bottom of my heart; I am so thankful to him.

Mr. Joseph doesnt only fix for the best prices, but he is very nice and trustworthy. He will explain to you exactly what is wrong with your laptop and tell you an honest price. He was even so fair that he came to me to fix the charger slit after I picked up my laptop. Absolutely recommend a thousand times!

My Macbook Air display was broken and I wasnt going to fix it because Apple and every other shop I checked quoted a ridiculous number that would have forced me to have to buy a new computer. Joseph quoted me at an amazing price, with a 90 day quality guarantee. He did the work in one day, and was exceedingly friendly. The replacement part is used and had a dent, which I wasnt warned about, but that makes sense for the price.Overall, definitely returning if I ever need anything for my Mac again.

Joseph is very helpful! My 2014 MacBook keyboard and battery were in bad shape so I took it to him to fix. A reasonable charge and 24 hours later and it’s good as new! I did have an issue with my mic but he went out of his way to make sure the wiring was all good and fixed. Thank you for all your help Joseph! I’ll be back if I have any issues with other MacBooks in the future!

There are good certified Mac technicians out there, this is certainly not one of them! A good talker, but very poor on the quality of work department! He doesnt stand behind his warranty either. He might offer you 90 days warranty (ask him to put it in writing!) which is good as long as the repair doesnt fail, if it does fail then the warranty terms and conditions will change automatically. His repair lasted 30 days, wasted $200 for nothing!

Best technician Ive found ! period . My pc was basically ruined as far as any other tech was concerned that had looked at it . But Joseph had hope and a few days later the problem was fixed at a more than reasonable price . I also brought in a completely messed up Mac . Looked like it got hit by a bus . I recently took in my Vizio laptop to Mac & PC repair and I was extremely amazed by the service provided. I had been looking around to find good rates, but everyone was quoting high rates. However, at Mac & PC repair I was quoted a better price than everyone and the repair turn around time was extremely fast. I would definitely recommend this place if anyone is interested in getting their computer repaired.

Hes great! I broke my laptops screen a couple months back and was waiting to raise some money to take it to either best buy or ubreak ifix but they were either closed or said itd take at least a month. Found this business on Google, called and was given a quote, dropped my laptop off that same day and it was fixed in less than a week! Im glad that I can use my laptop again! I wish I did not take my laptop to him. If you read this comment, DO NOT GO! Something wrong was with the colors of my laptop monitor. I took it to him. He made it so easy to fix and he called me after a few days that he fixed it. When he turned it one, the monitor was flicking. He said that he thought it was from me! So he took it back and after a few days he said he fixed it. Here when the problems started. Apparently, he ordered a bad monitor and he changed the setting on my computer without telling me. Now, even if I want to go back to the manufacture setting, it doesnt let me. Also, the monitor stopped working. All of that happened in not even a month after he fixed it. I called him and he gave me an appointment. When I got to his home, he said he is out and he would let me know when I could bring my laptop again but he never contacted me!I would highly recommend to anyone NOT go to him. Dont Go!

Above & Beyond! Im not sure about you, but Im one of those people that family & friends call with their computer problems. I do not repair computers for a living, but over the years Ive learned a thing or two and when people I care about ask for my help I do my best to get their computers going again. Recently though, I had a friends computer completely *DIE* on me while trying to fix a minor problem. Enter Joseph of Mac & PC Repair. He went Above & Beyond to get my friends computer up and going again. All that, and he did it for a reasonable price that I was happy to pay considering the amount of time and effort he put into finding parts and correcting problems I didnt even know I had. I took my computer to joesph today and I was having issues with my game. Joesph was kind enough to give me a free consultation when others wanted to charge me just to diagnose the problem.
