I recently had my 2019 MacBook display fixed by MacHorizon, and I couldnt be more impressed. Really great! My Imac suddenly wouldnt turn on anymore. He diagnosed the issue and called me back with a price for the replacement of my iMacs logic board. Super affordable and also not pushy at all. Told me I could make my imac a lot faster by upgrading to an external SSD (which I have been planning to) and didnt try to sell me anything. Super honest and solid dude. Quality work! Dont go to the apple store, come here!

I urgently needed a new battery for my MacBook Pro which is my only computer that I use for work & personal. I priced Apple and several other local Mac repair places and was shocked at how expensive this repair is, especially given that a battery for my MBP model can be purchased for ~$60. MacHorizon impressed me from jump: Madhur quickly replied to my message with a guaranteed flat price (which was less than half of other places) and they were able to get me in quickly for a same-day repair. Darwin treated me like family, consistently going above and beyond. I am a grateful MacHorizon customer for life!

Best service ever! A few weeks ago I needed my laptop fixed, but I was flying out of town the next day. The sweet gentleman in the store stayed long after closing to try and fix my laptop, and he fixed it. He was completely understanding of my situation. It was all part of the warranty, and he worked on it until late evening. So nice of him, best customer service ever. Thank you MacHorizon!

I brought my mac to Darwin after an apple employee told me my computer was shot for good & that I needed to buy a new one lol. darwin recovered all of my data and fixed the problem in my logic board for a very fair price. He was very responsive while he had my computer and was patient with me through the process as my computer is my lifes work. 10/10 recommend

They were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond and went out of their way to help me to understand the issues that were going on. I would highly recommend bringing your Apple products here. They do quality work at incredibly reasonable prices. I will frequent them again should I have an issue with any of my other Apple products.

I came across a laptop for sale on Craigslist and the seller gave me a receipt with the company information. To avoid getting scammed as I had experienced in a similar situation before, I decided to do my due diligence. I called the company using the number listed on the receipt and provided them with the sellers document. The company quickly confirmed that the receipt was not in their records. Thanks to their speedy response, I was able to avoid being ripped off.

Had to get a new desktop computer for work and they had just what I needed! I called ahead and asked what was in their inventory and walked out with a beautifully refurbished 2015 iMac the same day. Very fair pricing. Seems to be reliable for repairs too. Definitely recommend.

The service here was lovely. Even during a busy holiday weekend and a pandemic, they were able to diagnose the problem with my computer and repair it entirely. Not to mention, the pricing was fair and the communication was direct. They even replaced the pads on my laptop that had gone missing over multiple years of use. There is no discounting the attention to detail, quality customer service, and positive experience. I highly recommend them!

I paid them to install a new battery into my MacBook that I bought from an authorized reseller. 6 months later, Im getting the warning message that my battery is significantly reduced and needs to be serviced. This shouldnt happen for a brand new battery considering my last battery lasted 5 years! I have no way of knowing for sure they installed the new battery I gave them, but since this battery has only lasted 6 months, I doubt it.
