Renee and Alex are so nice! They replaced my MacBook battery and I had them replace my cracked trackpad last minute too. Communication was excellent and turn around time was quick! Highly recommend!

Renee and Alex are the definition of a dream team. I scheduled an appt for my laptop (I self-diagnosed a bad hard drive) and the process from getting checked in to going over next steps to getting updates along the way to picking up my fixed laptop was truly so easy and SO FAST. I had my appt at 1pm. Met with Renee, went over my issues and needs, took about 5-10 minutes. Alex called me about an hour and half later telling me the diagnosis and what would be the next steps and costs. He replaced my hard drive and completely re-set up my laptop so its all good to go! I picked it up at 3:30 that same day. Price was super reasonable and the pickup process was just as easy as the drop off process. I highly recommend Renee and Alex!

Renee and Alex are fantastic! The fan on my 2017 MacBook Air began constantly running, and after a Youtube DIY of cleaing the fan didnt fix it, I did a Google search for Macbook repairs near me. The reviews were enough for me to reach out. I dropped it off at noon yesterday. Alex did diagnostics on it, gave me a call, and said the sensors on the logic board were bad. He replaced them, tested it, still heard the fans running, and popped it back open. trackpad had gone south, so he called me with an update, and asked for approval to proceed. I asked what the new quote would be, and it was still fair. He moved forward, got it ready, and I picked it up this morning at 10am. My business is back up and running again.Their response time, customer service, proactive outreach with updates, and estimated turnaround time are all spot on. They are now in my phone as my GO TO for any issues I have, Oh, and Im pretty sure they cleaned the screen and keyboard, because this baby looks brand new. DO NOT HESITATE! CALL RENEE and get up and running again!

Renee and Alex are amazing, incredibly professional about their work. My MacBook pro’s battery died, leaving me with possibly a very lengthy and expensive wait at the Apple Store - something that’s not so great at a critical time of the year for wrapping up projects. They were able to take me the same day, confirmed that they had the part in stock and gave me a quote for parts & labor before I even hung up the phone.Turnaround was a day, only because I dropped my laptop off later in the day before closing time. I picked it up the next morning - battery replaced, calibrated, interior dusted, and running fantastic. I can’t thank you both enough.

They are very professional, efficient and economical in comparison to other similar vendors. They have excellent customer service and communication. I call them in the evening to replace my macbook pro screen. They gave me an appointment for the next day with an option of refurbished OEM screen at lower price. They fixed the screen in 45 mins. Very happy with their quality of the service. I will go to them again for all my Mac needs going forward.

My laptop got water in it, and the company was able get me an appointment within an hour. Then for less than $400 total, they got my laptop refurbished in about 4 hours.It has been a week since then, and I am writing this review on my perfectly working laptop! Im super happy.

Alex is super knowledgeable on the Apple world and has a knack of identifying the issue and fixing them.When my laptop stopped working suddenly he identified all relevant issues, quoted the price for fixing each of those and waited for my confirmation before proceeding. I opted only for data recovery and he did that successfully on a Mac where ssd is soldered onto the board!Renee was also super responsive and helpful.Another trivia: He has been fixing auto vehicles on his free time and helped me with a jumpstart issue of my car too and saved a nightmarish day :)

Fairly quick response and turnaround time for a walk in request.Was willing to recommend a vendor for a charger, but it turned out they had one.Quoted me a price for a battery, but turned out to be a different model so they charged me for a lesser price.Will probably consult with them in the future first for advice, seeing as I own older Macs

Great service, quick turnaround, succinct explanation of problem+solution +price by the technician. Went here on a whim to deal with what I suspected was liquid/moisture damage causing a few keys to fail on my MacBook Pro, since I drive by the place all the time. Got it back the next day working like a charm. They even cleaned the exterior of the laptop and I got no sense that they were passing judgment on either the dirt that had accrued over a half decade or the kitschy Windows 98 logo sticker Ive got on top of the Apple logo (because, yknow, Im not nearly as funny as I think I am). Highly recommend. Highest score on every grading scale: A+, 5/5, one woodworkers thumb up.

I recently took my MacBook Pro 17 since it had an issue every time I turned on. I took it to MacFixed so they could take a look to my Mac. Alex left me a voicemail explaining the issue and the options I could take with the Mac. He was very thoughtful about the options and pricing for each option. So I ultimately called him and told him I wanted the least expensive option since most of the information my Mac had wasn’t as important. My backups are on iCloud with the most important pictures and documents. Alex was super helpful, and ready to provide options to fix the issue my Mac had. He and his partner were also thoughtful about social distancing and setting up appointments as to avoid physical contact due to COVID-19. I strongly recommend Alex and the services he provides

Alex was informative and effective. After I accidentally broke the LCD screen in my boyfriends macbook pro, I needed a fast repair. Alex was a lifesaver! I wish I could give him more stars. After calling a bunch of different places he had the best price quoted for the board repair and he sounded the most knowledge of all the places I called. The work was done very quickly and very well. Really up front with pricing no hidden costs or surprises, in fact i think he needed to do more work for me than he charged. If any of my friends or family need Mac repairs ill for sure send them to Mobile Mac Techs

Some problems i hope we can work out, space bar often does not work, the files in my folders are scattered all over the place, all organization gone.I hope some of the problems can be worked out.Alex, i talked to you and Renee a number of times, it took you longer than you had expected and im sure i was a pest. This is the kinda review you hope to never have to write...but youre damn glad its a 5 star experience when you do...After a little spillage on the ye ole 2010 MacBook Pro laptop, I reached out to Alex who promptly replied with a quote ($49...which is waived if you engage their services) and a link to make an immediate appt.Swung by his Willow Glen-ish house the next day...and some people may balk at this type set up but I actually prefer it as 1) youre not paying for a physical storefronts overhead expenses 2) its a more personal experience...which features a garage shop/office, and we all know the good things that have come out of house garages in these neck of the woods...cool toys!Alex was very thorough in his explanation of how hed diagnose & associated costs but also painting a worst case scenario so no surprises...and in this instance, I hate surprises!All in $275 flat fee which replaced by keyboard & refurbed my logic board...plus he even threw in a new hard drive, what a dude!!MacFixed turned it around in 24hrs and communication was pro-active & prompt.Cash is king here...but cards are accepted too with a slight fee.Their work comes with a 90 day warranty and peace of mind.

Terrible services and very rude.Paper work indicated for estimate $ 35, he tried to work on it without my knowledge. He did not fixed the problem but still charge me $ 320.00 to pick it up. He said if I do not pay he will keep the computer.
