These guys are amazing! After Mac Genius Bar made me wait for hours only to tell me they couldn’t help me for several MORE hours, I called Mac Medics and they saved the day. Even though they were very busy they let me come by their home office to drop off my laptop and run some tests. Super friendly. Super accommodating. And they were careful not to do anything that would jeopardize my warranty. Go see them!

We had a very good experience with Mac PC Medics. Had some virus issues on an older PC. Brought it over and it was done an hour later. Craig was very helpful and the price was very fair. Highly recommend them and a great local San Clemente business to support.

I recently had a computer security event where I needed some assistance to assure that my Mac was free of viruses. Jerome was very helpful in getting me back on-line quickly and efficiently. Further he gave me a tutorial in how to utilize the security software so that I could be more self sufficient in the future. Very helpful!!

I’m back in business thanks to Mac PC Medics. Needed a laptop for worked repaired and was having trouble finding someone who knew what they were doing. These guys resolved my issue in a timely fashion and were very knowledgeable. Their patience with a non-computer savvy customer made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be referring these guys to friends and family or anyone that needs their laptop repaired.

Thank you to the team who helped me fix my Mac. They were responsive and very helpful in providing external hard drive suggestions and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with their service.Thanks again Jerome and ream for coming to the rescue. They saved me lots of money from going to apple or another service provider who wanted $50 just for diagnostic. It turned out to be a broken charger! Can not thank you enough.

Craig was great! I had an issue with my MacBook Air and they were able to identify the root of the problem and point me in the right direction. They went above and beyond even thought I didn’t need to end up hiring them to fix the issue. Was very fortunate to have found them!

Craig and Jerome were super helpful with my son’s laptop that we thought was no longer usable. So glad I brought it in to them. They were quick and responsive (even when I said no hurry it’s been out of commission for a while) and good communicators. Craig gave me written notes of everything done, for future reference. Nice guys and great work!

Mac PC Medics are the TOP DOGS, when it comes to MAC PC repairs. I was down in San Clemente for a few weeks and needed to get my MacBook Pro running at top speed again... Mac PC Medics took my computer in right on the spot and had me up in running to lighting speed in no time. The guys at Mac PC Medics have always helped me out in a pinch. You never really plan for things to go wrong with your machine, so when they do, and you sensitive data to recover it always feels like the world is about to end. Jerome and Craig approach the situation calmly and do what they can to get everything working again. Knowledgeable, confident, and friendly would be the 3 top things i could say. Definitely recommend. If i only had the discipline to use them BEFORE things break... haha, that may never happen, but i am glad they are there when they do.

I actually needed them both. I have a Mac laptop and desktop at home. One that stopped working and the other about to crash. He fixed them both and somehow without losing any info, files, music, etc.Craig helped me set up my PC’s for my business. Cleaned them up, loaded them up and was ready to do work on them in no time.They are both extremely knowledgeable on these machines. And pricing was beyond fair for what they did. Definitely will go back for any of my computer needs!

They were miracle workers had a broken phone smashed screen somehow Craig and Jerome Mac PC Medics Jerome able to salvage all my contact numbers and all my important emails onto a terabyte drive. They worked tell the candle can no longer be burnt trying to salvage all my important documents once again miracle workers. I would recommend them to my family and of course my friends.

I have been having many issues with my PC from freezing up, running extremely slow to programs not opening. The Mac PC Medics had a quick look and knew exactly what was necessary for my PC to make it run faster and efficiently as well as updates that made the programs run proper again. I am extremely satisfied with the fast and friendly service but the best thing for me is my PC works better than when it was new. Thank you Mac PC Medics!!
