I have been working off and on with IT people for 20 years and M24 Technologies is by far the most knowledgeable and fair IT firm I have ever employed. If you’re looking for someone to be there when you need them, they are your IT team. They installed a new computer for me and worked until 2:30 in the morning to be sure I could open my business the next day. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else in the future.

With the ever evolving technology, it can get very overwhelming, especially when you are trying to keep up with the latest trends and how to make work easier. Im often travelling or working remotely and need to stay connected to certain elements/files from my office. Thanks to M24 Technologies, I dont have to deal with all that headache on how to set that up. Lester, who has helped me tremendously with all my IT and connection issues goes above and beyond. Hes always available, easy to talk to and understand. Recently, I upgraded to Windows 10 and quickly noticed a reduction in performance of my laptop, and the critical applications I use to run my business on a day to day basis. Everything from the initial boot time to opening/closing applications was taking substantially longer than when I first purchased my laptop two years earlier. After a few weeks of growing frustration, I contacted Lester at M24 Technologies. I was impressed with his knowledge and approach; he made me feel confident that they would be able to help address my problems and reduced any concerns about allowing them access to my computer. By phone and remote access software they walked me through each step as they uninstalled programs that weren’t necessary, configured java and windows updates, and tuned several performance settings, which provided immediate positive results. Over the next few weeks, M24 Technologies went above and beyond with several follow up calls to ensure my issues were resolved and I was satisfied with his services. When computer problems arise in the future, I won’t hesitate to call M24 Technologies.
