Adriana was exceptionally helpful with my Audi R8 purchase. They received it on trade and she sent me a video of the car before it had even gone through their intake process. This enabled me to move fast and secure a screaming deal on a V10 with a 6 speed MT. Truly professional and pleasant experience!! Hector was awesome- he sent me so many videos of the Aventador and gave honest answers to my questions. I have been on the hunt for a Mercedes E Amg wagon for years. I found one posted on their site and emailed if the vehicle was available. Though I live hundreds of miles away, this transaction was as effortless as a car purchase can be. With the initial contact, Irena was a very helpful, walking to the car to providing me snapshots of the interior in different lighting, to make sure I was happy. Paint protection was verified by a tech, as well as service/maintenance documents, without hesitation. They sent me the original window sticker too. This is one of the very best high end store I’ve been. 5 months ago, I email them to express interest on a Lamborghini Urus. My sales associate Teddy Pham took no time to respond my email with estimated cost of the car I built on the configurator. Explained the process of ordering and eta in details. Since I wanted to make sure my wife likes the car. He arranged a car for us to test drive.4 months later. Teddy emailed me that my turn comes up. So I went the next day to finalize my options. Teddy introduced me to their finance manager Darren to answer all my finance questions. All of us had so much fun talking about the options of my build. How the exhaust of the Urus is not as loud as the other models. Whether I should op for the exhaust now and save $15k than change it later. While Teddy had a little problem entering the options into the system. Now the expert Adam showed up. He knows the system and options inside out. Didn’t give me much recommendations cause he thought my build was perfect except for one thing. He recommended changing the privacy glass option, and use the money toward the ventilation seats. I appreciate his honesty by not up selling and put himself into his customers position. I ended up keeping my privacy glass and added the ventilation seats. The whole process was very smooth. Everything was as promised. Everyone is super nice, professional, responsive, customer oriented, and enthusiastic. Also a welcome email from their general sales manager Chris Blank offering if I need any additional help. They truly value their customers from their hearts and they’re always there to help.Highly recommended!

The service of repairing the A/C system required alot of time, money, and patience from Marc Lebas, the service advisor and his staff of mechanics. I understand how hard it was to diagnosis and fix the problem, but the shop never give up. After months of waiting for parts from Italy: and their best their top mechanic to repair the wiring problem, as well as a new compressor, the Gallardo got fixed. Although the cost was quite expensive, I believe Marc reduced alot of repair hours to lower the bill as best as he could.Thank you Marc Lebas, and your staff for helping repair my Gallardo.

Adriana was amazing! I had contacted the dealership earlier in the morning and was able to get in touch immediately with Adriana. By midday, I was at the dealership. I was able to test drive the only inventory of Tesla that they had since they usually only sell Bentleys and Rolls Royces.Adriana had helped me through the process and I was able to drive off with my new car out of the dealership. Terrible customer service with terrible communication. The salesman and managers have a “I don’t care about anything” attitude. I found my dream car which took months to locate. Submitted my application and everything was going great.The salesmen then had an angry customer come in whose car apparently had broken down and demanded that they buy it back and give him a new one. Guess which car out of the dozens they sell him to make him happy? MINE! They stopped my application and gave the guy the car for a few hours to drive. All managers and sales people just shrugged their shoulders and gave us the we’ll look into it and call you back excuses. Never received a call back from anyone.This is a terrible place to buy. They will be nice to you until someone they like better come along.

In April I went to Los Gatos Luxury Cars to see my dream car. Sebastian was my sales person. I had called previously and spoken to Sebastian, so I had an appointment to test drive the car. The car was fantastic and I ended up purchasing it. But this review is about Sebastian and the excellent service I received. Sebastian was warm and friendly, and always professional. He is at the top of his game. When Sebastian felt me hesitating just a bit, he knew exactly how to handle that with a gentle nudge, no pressure at all. When I asked for something to be added into the deal, he had no problem with it. And, I could not be happier. Sebastian is your man when looking for your dream car. Los Gatos Luxury Cars is a great place to shop for a car...but even better with Sebastian there.

We did love the dealership and the owner when we first bought our luxury car, everyone was nice until most of the team that worked there were gone last year. Around that time, our car had a problem with the battery and we were stuck 40 miles from the dealership. We used Lamborghini roadside assistance, they found us a tow and delivered it to this dealership. We made the mistake of not going to the dealership after it was towed and before it was shipped to us to make sure there was no damage. Our car arrived with some damage from towing or maybe at the dealership, we dont know but no pictures were taken, they said their IPAD was filled up and I guess no one had a camera phone. You would expect more at this very high end dealership but funny thing is, they take no blame. They put 15 miles on the car while fixing the car (which they say is normal) and we are supposed to believe nothing happened at the dealership. When you rent a car at Hertz, they go around the whole car before and after to make sure everything is good but to expect this here, was asking too much.Theres no friendships at Los Gatos Luxury Cars or this brand, you may think at first but when the purchase is over, so are the friendships and the customer service, find another place. Also the response from the Dealership on Google is just an internet person, no one has reached out to me, I’ve reached out 100 times!

Bought a Aston Martin dbx brand new model, the car was delivered with a faulty ac. We had to send the car back to them the same day to repair it, and leave without any loaner cars because apparently none are available. We had to ask multiple times before getting a loaner. From the beginning Adam the sales manager was helping me get all the information I needed for the car, like how the previous owner took care of it and what reason he traded this vehicle in. He was very knowledgeable about the condition of the vehicle. This is what car buying should be (I think I stole that from somewhere not sure where). Definitely will come back to do business again in the future. Oh didnt want to leave out that I live on the other side of the Country in Georgia, but they made it very simple throughout the whole transaction. Highly recommended!!

If you are an OUT OF STATE BUYER, don’t even bother coming here! We talked to two different salesmen, (over the course of a few hours, not multiple days), did an application, started arranging our flights, then they pulled our app, without even informing us, because an in-state buyer they valued more than us wanted the car. Let me also add that the car the other guy bought from them broke down so they had to take it back and sell him another. So if you don’t live in Cali, and you’re just a regular ole person with dreams of owning your first luxury car, probably don’t come here ‘cause they’ll sell the car you want to whatever wealthy Joe walks in the door. My husband is a disabled Marine Corps Veteran who has been saving for years to buy the one car he’s always wanted and never thought he could buy. And now his dream car is sold to some guy who hops from luxury car to luxury car on a whim. Thanks Los Gatos Luxury Cars for the horrible customer service, complete lack of communication and disappointing car buying experience.(Side note, Adam is awesome.)

I have acquired two cars here, first a new Aston Martin Vantage Roadster that I bought and and then a new McLaren 570S Spider that I leased. The buying experience that I had with the Aston Martin was the best purchasing experience I have ever had and the McLaren experience was wonderful as well . . . sadly, those days of customer focus seem to be in the past.This year I have had a few issues with routine service for the McLaren and when I went in recently to see about next steps with the 570s with the Salesman (now a Sales Mgr it seems?) that I had bought the AM from (my McLaren salesman moved to the East Coast), he literally blew me off . . . this was after we spoke on the phone to set up the appointment.I showed up and he was literally nowhere to be found - depsite my calling and texting to reconfirm. When another rep tracked him down, he was too busy to meet me as planned. OK, thats fine, I decided I would wait for ~30 minutes.Nothing.OK . . . I was still gracious and asked that he give me a call later that day (it was around 11am at this point). It has now been a couple of days and I have not heard a thing.In frustration, I decided to call another salesman in Palo Alto and I got the equivalent of a shrug.Wow. I guess that the supercar market has really picked up because these guys no longer care about repeat customers. Good for them but I will NEVER chase a vendor to give them MY money.Oh well, plenty of fish in the sea and Ill be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

So hearing this, the next time u was going to LA, (that next week) i made sure to stop by and asked if i could see it. They had a big snile on their face as they said yes and i freaked out. They brought me to the back and there it was. A koenigsegg CCRX, grey, sitting in the backroom. Only 8 are road alowed im American, so seeing one in person was amazing!

Annalisa is stellar! Scheduled an appointment with her to test drive the Lotus Emira. She greeted me warmly upon I parked my car and went out, then made sure everything is smooth during the entire test drive. She even guided me for a tour around the property so that I can admire the many exotic cars! I felt fully content when I left.
