Brought my ROG monitor in because I accidentally snapped my USB-B port on it, I was super worried about how much of a hassle this was going to be.Luckily I found Luxe! I never knew they were right here by the post office, I drive past this area basically everyday.For my particular case the turn around was around 3 hours and pricing is excellent, they do repairs in-house and not out-sourced like most of the other “shops” I’ve checked out before.I’m really glad a reliable and honest tech repair shop is right here serving the heart of Anaheim Hills.Don’t hesitate to check out this place for your tech damages if you’re near!

My Xbox Series X hdmi port was damaged and I didnt want to pay 300 dollars for microsoft to fix it and wait 2+ weeks. I called Luxe repair and told them what was wrong and they gave me a quote right away and the price was very reasonable. Mike was very helpful and finished the repair in an hour. I took my PS5 to this shop for the fan connector I broke while cleaning. I’m from Downey and after telling Mike I drove 50min due to bad traffic. He went ahead and started the repairs immediately. He finished in apx 30min and also put in new liquid metal which I didn’t even know I needed. If I’m ever in need of more repairs I’m definitely coming back here.

Highly recommend! I have used Luxe Tech Repairs twice and will definitely use again. The first time I brought my sons gaming computer taken apart after we unsuccessfully installed a new graphics card and power supply. It wasn’t working. Brought it Mike. He took it apart and reinstalled everything and had it back to us working perfectly the same day! The next time he installed a new water cooler and new motherboard. Same day service again. When it comes to tech repair shops, whether they be independently-owned or chain stores, LUXE Tech Repairs is SECOND TO NONE and that is due to one reason and one reason only - the owner/operator, Mike, is THE BEST!!! From his top-notch customer service to his ability to work with all types of tech devices (not just phones) to the excellent quality of his repair work, everything about my experience here has been first-rate.Without lining out the whole epic saga of the phone fiasco that Mike/LUXE saved me from, I will say that I got myself into a situation in which I was left with a dead phone that was so old that legitimate repair/replacement parts were no longer available for it from any repair shop and it did not have cloud storage so, basically, I lost all the contacts I had ever accumulated since first owning a cell phone. Just when I thought all hope was lost, Mike thought outside the box and figured out a way I could get the OEM replacement part needed to restore the phone and retrieve my contacts. Even though the replacement part came from outside the shop, he was still willing to work with it and, voilà, I had an old phone that worked like and looked like brand new all within a matter of less than an hour once he had the part in hand.Thank you Mike and thank you LUXE Tech Repairs!!

So glad I found Luxe. My cellphone went swimming and with multiple attempts by the tech doing CPR, we decided to pronounce it dead. Mike assisted me in getting a replacement because I did not want to buy a new I-Phone. We chose a used unlocked version I-Phone. Mike made sure it was in good working condition and transferred all my data. He even went so far as to get it completely set up and running. All through this whole process, Mike was calling me on an older phone to give me progress reports on what was happening with the CPR attempt and then the replacement. Knowledgeable and also does computer repairs which is good to know for the future. Costs were more than reasonable and I highly recommend.

Really fast and nice customer service! I had an overheating issue with my PS5 and took it to Luxe Tech Repairs and explained to Mike what the issues were. Within a couple hours Mike contacted me and resolved the issues and I was able to pick it up the same day! Came in with a broken HDMI port and the common liquid metal problem with PS5 consoles being stood up vertically (don’t do that) and he not only had my PS5 fixed within an hour but sent me text messages with updates and pictures as he did the work. Very professional, and extremely timely. Note: This is posted on behalf of my mom :)I can’t say enough good things about Mike at Luxe Tech Repairs. Mike was able to fix and recover my water damaged Android phone in no time while CPR Cell Phone Repair failed to do it when I first brought my phone there. I’ve also called around and most of the phone repair stores told me the chances of recovering a salt water damaged phone are very slim. They said it may be able to be repaired by someone who has very skillful hardware knowledge but that would cost me a lot of money.I first picked CPR Cell Phone Repair from the list I googled. I went there and was told to pay a fee for a diagnostic; the technician would dry it up, clean inside, and hoped the phone would come back up normal or be able to see the effects of water damage. I would have to pay more if a repair was needed.I left my phone there more than a week and every time I called, they would say they needed more time and eventually said there was nothing they could do about the phone. They firmly said it was unrepairable and suggested I could try some shop like DriveSavers, but it would be costly to recover my data from a dead phone. I was very disappointed upon receiving the bad news. After picking up my phone, I went directly to an AT&T store nearby to get a new phone. I still didn’t want to give up on my damaged phone, so I mentioned the issue with the staff there. They quickly recommended Mike at Luxe Tech Repair as they had good experiences with him.I brought my phone to Mike right away. Mike didn’t charge me any diagnostic or clean up fee until he knew he could fix it. I left my phone there and thought I wouldn’t hear from him until the next day or so since it was the holiday season. To my surprise, he called me just a few hours later and said confidently he could fix my phone and gave me a very reasonable price. When I got to his store, he showed me the internals of the phone that still had all the corrosion and even missing parts that CPR said they’d opened and cleaned up. Not only did Mike clean the phone internals nicely, but he also repaired it and brought it back up as if it had never been damaged.I have years long background in the IT field and am not easily impressed. His hardware knowledge and the ability to fix a wide range of phone and computer problems are very impressive. You could tell how much he took his job seriously. I really appreciate his work ethic and knowledge, and that is why he can fix phone and computer problems that most phone stores can’t. Most phone repair store technicians can only change simple and surface-level hardware issues but don’t have the skill to repair damaged internal hardware like motherboards, power supply, and memory units. Mike not only possesses both skills in depth but also has a more reasonable fee than most stores. I strongly recommend Luxe Tech Repair for any phone, computer, or hardware repairs. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent work done on my Lenovo thinkpad. I called 8 other workshops to fix my laptop but they said they won’t be able to fix it. Have had my PS5 for two years and I hadn’t taken the most diligent care of it, so when Hogwart’s Legacy came out and my PS5 needed all the power it could muster, it fell short. Mike is a miracle worker. After going to two other places, I was referred to Luxe and I’m so happy I went. I needed a new battery for my phone but when it was installed, a very tiny (no bigger than a grain of salt) broke off. Mike not only was able to find the part ( still in the phone ), but was able to reattach it to the circuit board and get my phone working again. Had he not been able to do this, I was looking at having to buy a new phone. I highly recommend Luxe Tech for your cell phone repairs!

GO HERE! If youre looking at reviews it means youre on the fence. Are they trustworthy and professional? Can they diagnose my problem? I was considering these factors after other repair shops would either never answer the call, not contact me back, or otherwise sounded shady and/or uncaring on the phone. My PlayStation 4 would not eject disc. Within the hour Luxe was able to diagnose the problem and replace the motor part. Price was fair and staff was extremely friendly and open. They actually showed me the sample parts for the possible issues it could have been. You can tell they know their stuff! I couldnt guarantee that your situation would be as fast as mine, but at the very least you will get the honesty this type of business should have! 100% coming back here if I ever need a fix.

This place is awesome! I needed the HDMI port on my xbox replaced and i couldn’t find anybody capable of doing it. Luxe was immediately helpful and offered to let me bring in my console the same day. It only took a day for it to be fixed and they even cleaned out my entire system! I was given before and after photos, overall the experience was easily better than ones i’ve had with other tech repair companies and if i need any other repairs this is where i’ll be going.

Brought in my ps4 when a other company messed things up so i came to this man mike, this man cleaned my entire ps4 inside and out put high quality thermal pads and thermal pastegames like horizon forbidden west and tom clancys wild lands would run at like 15-20 fps with alot of hiccups and dear god did this ps4 sound like a jet engine on the main menu of the ps4he also repaired one of my usb drives now i can have a controller plugged in and my headset connected thanks to his expertise in repairing a ps4, now it runs silent and now my party wont hear a jet engine in the background lmaohighly recommend mike he is quick with his work and with affordable and he had it ready within an hourthank you again mike!

I needed the cracked back glass on the back of my iPhone 11 fixed so i could trade my phone in for the iPhone 13, AT&T across the street recommended me to luxe tech repairs with high recommendations. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and I love the range of things that can be handled here. I had difficulty finding a place that would do a microsoldering job for me (long story, had to reattach the battery connector to an iPod) and he was able to do it no problem for only $25 (which I think is a pretty good price when a new motherboard costs ~$80). Even if you dont need soldering done, consider Luxe Tech for whatever comes up, the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with and does a great job.

I reached out on Yelp and got an immediate response. My Xbox One X had a faulty retimer, which was determined after replacing the HDD and the HDMI port.Not only did Mike come to the same conclusion, but he fixed the HDMI port that was “repaired” incorrectly by the other repair shop I went to originally. Make him your go to tech guy. Took in my brothers switch which I had previously taken somewhere else to get repaired which took 5 weeks to get back and got scammed. I brought it into the office, dropped the speaker off and in days, I was told he received the part, fixed it and I was able to pick it back up. The fee was nominal and the service was superior. Fast service my phone had a crack screen like it shattered and had broken off the corner too. And the charger port was also going bad befor the screen damage happened. Its a Samsung note 10s plus. The gentleman in the store was very nice and informative. He told me he didnt have the parts in stock but a local supplier did so he ordered and got it fast. Called me on my back up phone to tell it was in. Had it fixed in a few hours. Would highly recommend using there services.

Luxe Tech Repairs is the tech shop to go to, I had an issue with my phone not charging. Took it to a few local shops and they all tried charging ports and new batteries and with my luck that didnt fix my problem. I called Luxe tech repairs and right away they knew what the issue was. They explained it was a chip on the logic board and they could have it done same day. A few other shops told me that they would need to send it out and it could take about a week. Not here they do all the repairs in-house and even explained the cause of the problem and showed me pictures of the repair once I came to pick up the phone. Glad I came across them and am happy to learn they also fix computers cracked screens and other electronics like game consoles.

Came in to fix my Ps4 (PlayStation 4), the HDMI port was either broken or not working. I had this location check it out and immediately they knew what the problem was. I was scared about pricing and then the came back with a quote. I was blown away with how inexpensive it was compared to other places who did not even know how long it would take to diagnose. Mike is literally the best! I’ve gone to him four times already. I personally don’t write reviews but this man is different. I had a blue screen on my pc and I tried to reset my desktop to factory setting but the resolution came out stretched and the internet stopped working. I took my pc over to mike and he finished and fixed it within the same day. He’s a super fast and hard worker. His prices are the best in the industry. I called other places to give me an estimate. Two places near him gave me an estimate of $95 and $80 to reset my pc. Mike only charged me $35.
