Lance and the Lux Team were extremely helpful in assisting my family and I in purchasing a home. We moved across country and he went above and beyond outside the normal scope of a realtor. As an example (prior to officially arriving in CA), he went to showings and provided in depth video feeds of the proprieties we hand interest in. More importantly, his post sale attitude is the true hall mark. Knowing you have someone who’s still willing to bestow knowledge and assist where he can after the sale has been made is definitively refreshing; considering we live in a time of greed and insincerity. If you’re looking to purchase or sell, the Lux Team is a must to have.

The entire Lux Team made our home selling process smooth and easy. Lance was our Agent and I cant recommend him enough to anyone in the Southern California area looking to either purchase or sell their property. Integrity, transparency and commitment to results is how I would best define Lance and his team over at Lux.Through the entire process, my Wife and I never felt we had to compromise in order to get our house sold. While I felt nervous throughout the process with interest rates climbing in July, Lance and his team worked hard to get our house sold with all of our conditions met. I highly recommend Lance and his team because they are phenomenal! I contacted Lance and within a few minutes I received a response. Lance is extremely knowledgeable and has been super supportive and dedicated to assisting and giving guidance to my husband and I during our home selling process. I reached out to Lance via his website and was contacted directly by him the same day, despite it being a Sunday. From our initial conversation all the way to post closing Lance was an absolute professional. We were nervous getting into the North County market from out of state and unable to physically view properties but Lance made the entire process seamless and as stress free as home buying can be. Lance was available at all times for any questions we had despite the three hour time difference. Lance always had our best interest in mind and was not reluctant to advise us against properties we liked but he felt would not be a good fit for our family. Lance’s true expertise became evident when it came time to strategize and make offers. Because of Lance’s tireless efforts in the negotiation process we found ourselves under contract on the first home we offered on, which is practically unheard of in today’s market especially when financing through the VA like we did! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and I will recommend Lance to anyone looking for a home in North County.

I had been looking for a property to purchase for a while, but hadn’t found the right one. Lance was completely receptive and understanding to precisely what I wanted in a property. He worked with me for months knowing this was my first home purchase, and spend a lot of time educating me on the process. Once we found a place, he was able to beat a cash offer on the property for me. 25 days later, I had the keys in my hand. Lance is remarkably responsive at any point before, during and after the home buying process. My family has made home purchases outside of the state of California and have referred to Lance if we do not understand something. Currently under contract with another property with Lance as our buyers agent. The whole process was made incredibly easy with him. There is no one else I would recommend using, as with Lance, you receive the transparency and honesty that is so essential to any large commitment.

Lance helped me & my girlfriend purchase our first home, I can not stress enough on how amazing and accommodating he was throughout the entire process! He scheduled multiple home showings for us that had everything we were looking for and ultimately gave us the perfect advice and put together the perfect offer that was accepted and within our budget! He went extremely out of his way to ensure that we were constantly informed throughout the entire process and handled some very out of the ordinary situations with things like low appraisal, lease back agreement, counter offers, and repairs at no cost to us! I can not thank Lance enough for his work ethic and due diligence on everything and especially for keeping us informed on everything!
