Im working with them on a large case. So far were about half way through but Im very happy with how they have managed everything so far. I havent worked with a more assertive, efficient and organized lawyer or law firm. Nancy Lanard is particularly sharp, assertive and correct. She will not waste a moment of your time. I wish she would run for president.

This Attorney and the entire team is everything we hope an attorney is. We worked with Erin. Kristine and Nancy were on calls for support but Erin was our main contact. I was blown away at how thorough she was. She walked us through the entire FDD and explained what everything meant highlighting red flags. Then gave us ideas on how to approach each point. She listened to us (yes, you read that right.) and allowed our concerns to drive her priorities in the negotiation. When negotiating, she was knowledgeable, composed, extremely professional and polite. I really couldn’t recommend this team and their process enough. We are so much more at ease moving forward with the franchise purchase because we feel as protected as we can be. Incredible people! Thank you!

I worked with this firm, with Erin Pallas Gray specifically, to negotiate my commercial lease. This was my first time signing a commercial lease and thanks to Erin, it was a smooth and streamlined process. I felt comfortable that I understood what I was signing, and she went to bat for me when I wanted additional concessions from the landlord. She kept the process moving, encouraging the landlord to respond in a timely matter, so the negotiations were not dragged out, and I was able to sign my lease in a reasonable time from start of negotiations to signing. I will be using this firm again for any legal needs I have related to franchising.
