I never leave reviews, but I want to give a HUGE shout out to Isaiah!!! He went above and beyond to make sure I got my dream car and stay within my budget. His knowledge experience skills, communication and strive is unmatched. I had the pleasure of purchasing my first car with him. As a first time buyer I was very intimidated as I didn’t know what to expect, he was very patient thoughtful and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I’m not a review guy but Lusnak Motors made my car buying process so easy & smooth. Working with Isaiah has been by far the best experience I ever had when buying a brand new car. From our very first conversation he was never pushing me for a decision. On our very first call he asked what I was in the market for, my top three vehicles, color, interior, and trim. I first called on Monday 8/17 and he already had his partners lined up with the vehicles, colors, trims etc of my choice to test drive by 8/20. He also provided me with all the information regarding the best financing and never make any suggestions(unless I asked), he simply showed me what options there were and asked me which one would I like to choose. I will again stress the fact that Isaiah ALWAYS asked what I would like to do rather than tell me what to do. through the whole process he was very consistent in providing me with the best customer service possible from answering questions no matter the time of day.( If he didnt have the answers he made sure he was going to provide me with the answers I needed.) to making sure my overall experience working with his partners was top notch. on the day we test drove he also called to check in and see my thoughts and asked if there was anything else I needed.When we made our final decision he confirmed the trim, color, interior, and model/make we wanted and said he would take care of the rest (negotiation, financing options, dealing with sales/finance) all I had to do was sign.Thank you to Isaiah and Lusnak Motors for helping my wife and I find the vehicle we wanted with such ease!

First, I agree with every positive review written before me, they are all 100% true.I had a lot of hesitance around leasing a new car. Who enjoys negotiating with car salesmen? Not me. From the moment I first spoke with Isaiah, I received exemplary customer service. Our communications were efficient and straightforward, and it was only a few hours before he and his team had the info they needed to pull some strings, work some magic and get me the most amazing rate on a car that was initially out of my budget!I am now the proud driver of an Infiniti Q60 and couldnt be happier with my choice. Since September 2021, I have seen a few broker services to help me find a car with a good deal. I was looking to get a Chevy Equinox, but every broker I visited told me that GM Financial would not sell me a car—I was labeled as a fraud risk. This meant I would never be able to get a Chevy vehicle in the future. Luckily, I came across LUSNAK who is an old friend of mine. He ended up working his magic and removed the fraud risk thus getting me approved. He is the best of the best and handled everything very quickly. I didn’t even have to leave my work/home. He is the man and very committed to his job. he will go above and beyond to help you in whatever situation to get you approved. He is the best service/broker I have ever found. Never ever go to a auto dealership again, this is what I promised myself after I had my super easy experience with Isiah at lusnak motors. I have purchased and leased directly from the car dealerships in the past and have had to deal with annoying and pushy car salesman who think you dont know any better. I was referred to Lusnak Motors from my cousin and gave him a call. I had already shopped around and had gotten prices. When I called Isiah he got the best deal for me and was also able to get me 0% financing, which no other dealer could do. To top that all off he made the whole process so so easy. My transmission died a few months before my car was paid off, as my freelance gig was ending and I was stuck. After the stress of dealing with duplicitous dealerships and unethical salespeople meeting Isaiah was like an answer to a prayer. There were no games, no schemes, and most importantly 100% transparency. If youre looking at all these reviews and thinking theres no way these are real, let me tell you they are! I had my doubts but was blown away by the efficacy and expedience of Isaiah. Without even putting anything down I was able to get a lower interest rate than I was currently paying, and a car that I never thought Id get for the price. If you absolutely dread being sharked all over dealership lots by lying salesmen then this is where you should be. Ill never buy a car the old way again. Isaiah has my business for life.

Honestly, I was pretty hopeless when it came down to finding the perfect lease again. I spent a number of days doing my research and was terribly overwhelmed by the result. I felt like I wouldnt find what I was looking for and would have to settle for something far far far below my expectations. I’ve used so many broker services in the past to help find deals for me and family but half the time they can’t beat the deal I’m able to negotiate on my own. The other half the time the deal is ok but I feel like I’m just another client, following up driving out to them.Lusnak has now gotten both me and my sister insane deals...idk how, and I’m afraid to ask. The service is also so seamless. I just called them up and they handled everything. I didn’t even have to leave work at odd hours. I didn’t even know what I wanted, my car was just totaled and I had no idea what to get. They helped me pick the perfect car.
