This is my first time coming here and I had a really good experience! The customer service was excellent! They were on time and very friendly! I am used to going through the hassle of scheduling an appointment and being seen after my scheduled time, however, I did not encounter this issue here. I got prescribed the correct medications and had an overall great medical experience. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is due to their lack of staff to get in contact via phone. I do commend and understand their situation; there was only one representative available and I can see she was trying her hardest and maintained positive customer service.

I was called back on time and seen very quickly. Every single person that I encountered was phenomenal. Brittany Bell was warm, kind, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable. I’m so happy that I found this wonderful practice.

Everyone is friendly, professional, and available. I was able to speak with a human to make the appointment instead of going through a remote answering service. Brittany Bell, PA-C is easy to talk with, answered all my questions, and provided exceptional care. I highly recommend this office!

So professional and my favorite part is that they have been right on time, if not early every time I have had an appointment. So refreshing to have a provider respect my time too! In and out, but not rushed at all, and have everything I need. The definition of professionalism! Not to mention they know their stuff too, diagnosed and started effective treatment right away for my skin issue. Thank you Luminous for having your system perfected, knowledgeable professionals and offering top notch care!

It was extremely happy with my appointment. I did not wait very long. I saw Britney and she asked my concerns and addressed them very quickly and efficiently and explained everything to me that I needed to know and I was very happy with my appointment I would recommend them to anyone

The staff us friendly and welcoming.Brittany answered all my questions. I felt I had plenty of time to discuss my treatment. I highly recommend Luminious Dermatology!

Had a concern. Squeezed me in same day I called to look at it. Turned out to be nothing major. Gave me peace of mind and kept me from Google searching all the terrifying things it “could” be. Really happy they took the time for me. Would have rated them the same even if it had been something more serious. When most doctor’s offices are months out, to have one willing to ease your concerns so quickly is a rare find.

I have been a patient for over 10 years and have always had good experiences and great care. The staff are so polite and helpful; I had issues with a change in my insurance, but they contacted them and worked through the issues for me, as well as insuring I had medication in the mean time, communicating with me throughout the processes to ensure I knew what was happening.

The doctor who treated me needs to be more considerate of his workers. I was able to see he does not know how to properly communicate to his workers. I was offered a translator and meanwhile was a bit rude. Same thing goes for patients a bit more patience and communication goes a long way. Not to mention they scheduled me for an appointment 3 times and cancelled all with no notice until I called to confirm.
