I don’t usually like going to the dentist, but everyone here is very professional, friendly, and willing to accommodate you every step of the way. They aren’t pushy with treatment or judgmental either. Just got work done today and Dr Pham and her assistant were so kind. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Pham is an amazing dentist and Lumi Dental as a whole were very professional. They were very accommodating to my schedule and were great with communication through email, text, and phone calls. Dr. Pham was very clear and detailed in explaining the work that was being done. Would 100% recommend Lumi Dental Studio to everyone.

I historically am very uncomfortable getting any dental work done including cleanings. Dr. Pham has really helped me overcome my anxiety and fears. Their office is easy to get to and easy to park.Communication: They are easily reachable by phone and text. Appointment reminders are great and a care plan is sent for your review before scheduling so you can pick/choose what care you want. Plus it gives time to ask any questions.Care: In the past year Ive had 1 root canal, 2 cavities, and 2 cleanings, and repaired chipped teeth. I am in a lot less pain and and procedures all went smoothly. Their whole team is always checking in with me if I am okay or experiencing any pain/discomfort. Endodontist I was referred to by Dr. Pham did a great job and the permanent crown had an excellent fit.Teeth Cleaning: Dr. Pham performs my cleanings and there is very little pain as opposed to other experiences where I would have very sore gums.Financial Considerations: Our insurance was accepted and their office does a good job to work through what is covered and what isnt. She also has a membership program that I think is more for uninsured/under insured.Scheduling: I have had every appointment accommodate my work schedule either in the morning or the afternoons. It motivates me to make sure I reschedule early if needed since it is so easy.

I moved to the area in June 2023 and needed to find a new dentist. I searched for a dentist who was honest and wasnt going to charge me for services that I didnt need. Dr. Pham was extremely thorough on cleanings and dental work. She identified early cavities (that my previous dentists didnt treat), and the whole process of getting fillings was so easy. She showed me before/after pictures which put my mind at ease knowing that Dr. Pham is a very honest and experienced/capable dentist.

I was discriminated against and urged to find a periodontist because I have bipolar (AKA they don’t want to work on someone with bipolar because they think it’s beneath them) They sent me an email saying this otherwise no one would know how bad they messed up.They kept trying to make it an issue of price. That being said, they were accurate in their prognosis in saying I had periodontal disease so they can have their 1 star.These people are ugly on the inside!

Been going the last month and a half or so now and been more on top of my dental health with Dr. Pham’s help. She’s been communicative of what I’ve needed to do and so helpful and reassuring. The entire team has been amazing and the clinic is nice, clean and very up to date. I actually don’t feel nervous going to the dentist anymore!

I just started coming to Lumi Dental about a month ago. I see Dr. Pham and she has been so pleasant along with her staff. Every visit I’ve had (about 4 visits so far) have been great. She answers all my questions and reassures me to feel more comfortable. I am someone that struggles with anxiety so she has been very sensitive and patient with me. I haven’t been the best with my oral care in the past but now I feel well taken care of here at Lumi Dental and can’t wait to see all the progress I make here. Thank you again Dr. Pham and staff! I am glad I chose Dr Pham as my new dentist. She’s very professional, friendly and caring. She explains each step she’s doing. Shows me the pictures before and after the procedure. She takes time to answer whatever questions I have. I don’t feel hurried. I highly recommend her.

I had an appointment with Dr. Pham at Lumi Dental for the first time. She is honest and professional. The office has friendly staff, is clean and modern. She explained my current condition while showing me the x-ray images. Asking related medical and oral treatment history and gave suggestions to improve my oral health. They are absolutely for the health of the patients. I moved to this area last year and went to another dentist called himself ‘your favorite dentist’ who was so obviously just for his own profit. Lumi dental is my go to dentist for my dental health. I’m so glad to find them.

Dr. Pham and her staff has been professional and communicates her recommendations and descriptions of dental work and issues very clearly. Though I am a fairly new patient of hers, I have only positive things to say about Lumi Dental. So far, I’ve had some fillings and a crown done by her (my first).That was my first experience with Dr. Pham. Since then I’ve had several fillings, and am still pleased with Dr. Pham and her staff!

Amazing service! I came for a check up and cleaning and Dr. Pham took great care of me. She and her assistant made sure to check if I was comfortable throughout the cleaning, guided me through every step of the process, and well informed me on my oral health. The office was also very nicely decorated which was a plus. Highly recommend Lumi Dental and Ill definitely be coming back for more check ups!

I went to see Dr. Pham for a chipped filling. Dr. Pham showed a level of warmth and professionalism that is quite frankly rare in the medical world today. Her attention to detail and her approachability made the visit a pleasant experience. I know many associate dentist visits with anxiety and dread. Lumi Dental Studio shatters that norm.

Dr. Pham was thorough with her evaluation from my initial appointment. After cleaning my teeth, she explained the condition of my teeth from x-rays & made recommendations for 2 small cavities. Upon receiving the treatment estimate, an immediate appointment was accommodated as I was traveling in a few days. Dr. Phams services are professional & efficient. I experienced no discomfort during the procedure. A very good experience for me.The office staff is informative & hospitable.

After being dissatisfied with my previous dentist, I didn’t want to get another crown there. That led me to find Dr. Pham at Lumi Dental.She’s fantastic!!! Im so happy, I found Lumi Dental. Thanks to Dr Chung he was so gentle and made me feel really comfortable! My best dental experience so far, I love how he educates you about everything he is doing and is so thorough. After retiring, I was forced to change dentists. Hadn’t looked for one in years and years. Chose this office blindly because of its location. It’s a new practice, the dentists are working hard to get their practice established. They are doing the right things and I hope they succeed. Dr. Pham is thorough, kind and explains procedures and options. I am very happy with her as my dentist.

Dr. Pham was amazing! She has a very gentle hand for those who are nervous about going to the dentist or dental pain. They are super professional. The best part is when they show you the before and after pictures so you can see what a difference it makes. They don’t pressure you into doing additional treatments if you’re not comfortable yet. Their office and all their equipment is brand new so you can assure they are using all the latest techniques. During the cleaning, they do a very thorough exam. The best part is they are very punctual, I hate having to wait around but they always get me in right away and I never feel rushed during the appointment. I would highly recommend Lumi dental studio!

I went to this office for an emergency treatment due to tooth pain. Unfortunately I needed to get a root canal on a molar tooth which they dont do in this office. However, Dr. Pham was very friendly when explaining what was wrong with my tooth, she calmed down my anxiety from needing a root canal, and they were able to give me emergency treatment which got me out of pain and gave me time to make an appointment for a specialist.It looks like this office is newly opened and they have a really good new patient deal, so Ill probably come back for a more thorough check up and cleaning.Pros:- paperless, so I was able to fill out the forms beforehand and was quickly seen once in the office- friendly and professional, clean and modern office- good new patient dealCons:- the location was a little difficult to find

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Dr. Pham is a highly exceptional dentist. I came to her for xrays and cleaning. She took the time to explain my xrays and was very thorough with my cleaning. She also took the time to educate me in proper methods in how to better maintain the health of my teeth. Going to the dentist is one of those experiences that you kind of dread, but Dr. Pham made the process painless and comfortable. The office itself is newly renovated and gives the appearance of a spa-like atmosphere. For anyone looking for a new dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Pham!

I havent had my teeth checked since the pandemic so I wanted to finally get them checked. I was able to make an appointment early Saturday. When I got there I was greeted by the receptionist. After filling in some paper work, Leon started performing my check up. He was very thorough with the process. He explained every step and made sure I was not hurt or anything. After that Thy helped with my x-ray. Both are very professional.Overall I felt Leon and Thy did a really good taking care of me during my visit. Will highly recommend them to anything who needs a dentist in the Pleasanton/Dublin area.

I was on vacation visiting relatives in Pleasanton when I started having tooth pain Friday night. I realized I would probably need a root canal. Luckily, I discovered Lumi Dental Studio which was open on Saturday. Dr. Chung was able to relieve my pain so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation until I returned to Florida for a root canal. Their accounting person sucked. They submit the double claim to the dental insurance with the wrong insurance charge codes. They didnt look at what kind of dental insurance we had. Just be aware of the charges.
