This was my Puppies first groom, I thought he would do terribly, but it turned out very well. I am very pleased. I will continue to go to Lucky dog or have Lucky dog come to me. I really love that part.

$100 for my Labrador retriever, not a bad price at all! I needed my dog groomed really badly and they were a lifesaver for me, when Petco couldn’t groom my dog because she’s 14 years old.Carlos was amazing and came right on time! He gave me tips & tricks on how to keep her shedding low and showed me how to properly pick my baby up. He let me watch and even though I live in an apartment (my balcony, faces the parking lot) we made it work! I can’t wait to bring her back!Her coat feels so much softer now & she doesn’t stink

I loved this place I took my 3 chihuahuas I usually dont like leaving my babies because they have a separation anxiety but I saw the way the ladies and gents were handling my babies like they really enjoyed the job and the interaction with the doggies it made me comfortable leaving them. When I got them back they smelled really good they were nice and soft

I decided to change dog groomers after my little Toby got an eye infection from a groomer I was taking him to in Woodland Hills. My brother recommended Lucky Dog to me (his dog Benji is a loyal customer). They did an excellent job. Toby looks super adorable (I mean just look at him…he’s just the cutest dog ever) and is a happy camper. No complaints and mind you, Toby is extremely picky. He can be such a diva. Toby told me that he wants to go back so we shall return for a second haircut in a couple of months. Thank you for the great service! PS. Pricing is also super reasonable. Two paws up!

I do not know how they do it.. but my Nana always comes out looking so great. Robert and his team does a wonderful job.. They take their time and make sure that my pup is treated as best as possible. I wouldn’t dare going elsewhere. Check them out and you wouldn’t be disappointed.

This place is amazing! We have a large Husky who hates to be groomed. We recently went through a house fire and she was absolutely filthy and the fur on her hind end was matted. I picked her up about 3 hours later and she looked like a new dog. I wont take my dog anywhere else. Oh and they charged me $10 less than initially quoted. Thank you to everyone at Lucky dog pet groomer you guys are amazing!

Be careful bringing your dog here. I just brought my husky in for an express wash the day after her yearly exams / bloodwork / dental cleaning at the vet. She was in perfect health. After the groom she developed a horrific skin infection. Open sores and all. In all 8 years having her she’s never ever had a skin issue. I believe she got the infection at this business as it was the only thing we did outside of her normal routine. Very sad and disappointed to see her going through this. Not to mention the additional 300 dollars at the vet the week after receiving a perfect bill of health from the doc. She has never looked more uncomfortable 😣

My pitty hates the groomers and the staff here are so understanding when she is nervous. They carry a 80lb dog for me so she won’t run. No one ever gets upset when she has an accident on the floor. All around great place and amazing staff!!

Been coming here for years. They are a small mom and pop shop with some very nice staff. I come here specifically for some higher end dog food that you cant get anywhere else. The pricing is decent for it and I occasionally get hooked up with a discount every so often. 👌The grooming is fairly priced as well and they always take good care of my dog whenever I bring her in. They keep her looking like a million bucks! The groomers are also friendly and treat dogs well. You will notice by how calm these dogs are when they are grooming them.I would highly recommend anyone thats in the San Fernando Valley area to come take their dog here or get some good quality dog food and support local small business!

This was Bellas first groom (8 month old Maltipoo). From the minute we got there they were great they answered all my questions they took my dog and made her beautiful. Bella didnt even mind that her mama was leaving her she was more interested in giving the staff kisses. I thought she might have issues with the dryer or the kennel but she had no issues with anything. She actually loved it and looks really cute. Affordable too. We will definitely be back and would recommend Lucky Dog Groom to other pet parents. Bella gives it a five-star ⭐ Woof

I honestly DID NOT wanted to leave a review because I would hate for lucky groomer to get beyond busy, and never see my girl on my availability. This is by far deserves an award for being amazing, the staff are truly dog lovers. My dog can sense evil from afar, yet she loves them like a lot! If it wasnt for my parents to tell me about Lucky groomers. My 2.5 year old baby girl would be in the hands of strangers. These are truly amazing, friendly, patient, run facility!! ♥️🌞 It took me almost 2 years to leave this review. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have been bringing my little guy Bailey here for over two years. They are amazing, friendly and they do a great job. Once we moved to Simi I thought about finding a new groomer but I just couldn’t do it. This place is worth the drive.

I came in for a very last minute bath for my two large dogs. They groomed them extremely well and even took off almost all the dead hair. I was genuinely surprised and happy with my experience here. Im glad I found them and will definitely use them again.They also have a wide variety of treats, food, toys, accessories, etc. for your fur babies. :) Its a one stop shop for all your needs.

I used to love this place and started going since it first opened and the actual owners were there but now with time, it takes months to get my dog in there. I call and they never answer and it has actually been 2 months of me trying maybe they Just ignore my calls lol but I wish they were adults and just honest. Finally now moving on because I realize theyre not the same anymore.

Been bringing my pups, Trixie & Ginger, here for a couple of years now since I moved to the neighborhood. Love how caring the staff is with all the furbabies. Ive gone to other groomers before and half of the time they leave cuts on Gingers belly or Trix comes home with her tail down.I bring my girls here to Lucky Dog about once a month and they always do a great job everytime. Im happy they come home with their tails wagging. They definitely make your dogs feel pampered here.They take walk-ins but call ahead because they usually get booked up especially during the weekends.

Really like this place. It is true what they say third try is the charm. Had to take my dog to two other groomers and upon seeing she was always cut in her under her armpits and nails cut to short I came upon this groomer. Really nice staff and love how my dog always comes out. The staff really likes my dog so it is a great place

This place is the best to take your babies, we would take our two babies our mastiff Odin and our teacup chihuahua Lady. They were both very well taken care of the staff is absolutely amazing love them all for taking care of our babies and a shout out for Robert Im bad at making on time appointments and he would always fit them in. Sadly they have both passed 3 months apart from each other for different illnesses that couldnt be prevented, but we have a new bullmastiff puppy that as soon as she is old enough she will be goinb there as well.

Lucky Dog has been my go to groomer since they’ve opened their doors in my neighborhood. I’ve lived here all my life and tried various groomers but none have reached lucky dog’s quality and treatment of my animals as well as their human customers. They’ve taken care of my Zuko like no other.. even when he lost his hearing, lucky dog made sure to make zuko’s and my experience were amazing (as always). They are top notch to say the least.

After 2 years of various groomers I finally found a great place. Been bringing my shih-tzu Frankie here for 6 years now. They not only know how to cut a shih-tzus hair but they are super friendly, affordable and efficient. Frankie hates getting groomed and is always super nervous at first but when I pick her up from here she’s always happy and playful. I can tell she wasn’t stressed out. Highly recommend Lucky Dog. Especially if you have a nervous or scared dog. They know how to keep them calm and happy. And they definitely know how to cut hair.During quarantine I was forced to cut her hair myself. Took me hours. And it was so dang stressful for the both of us! So now I have a whole new appreciation for dog groomers. Bless their hearts!

This was my fourth groomer for my Maltipoo and they won!!!! Great place, clean and welcoming. Friendly staff who ask you what you want and they listen and record your preferences. Im almost afraid to post this, dont want too many people knowing my secret.

I took my dog for a bath and a cut, and they actually cut the inside of my dogs ear and put some iodine on the area and called it a day... And they did not even bother to tell me about it, I found out a few minutes later when i was looking her over, I know my dog very well and she is very mad about this...... I will not take her there again, not even if they paid me the $45.00....I do not recommend this place to anyone......Be careful if you do take your dog there, and be prepared to have a angry dog afterward!!!!

It takes almost 6 hours to groom the dog and the groomer cuts the lashes of my dog. I called a weeks before but no appointment was made. i instructed him not to cut it but the groomer did it. Never bring back my dog for grooming services.
