Where do I begin! I recently within the last two months have been dealing with this Lowe’s from bad customer service inside the store with employees. To a HORRIBLE experience with some delivery team members for an entire brand new kitchen set of appliances. We just purchased our first home in April and aside from dealing with a few things regarding the home, we are also dealing with poor service from Lowe’s and the terrible delivery company they contract. I will be fair and say some delivery members have been great. But the ones for our fridge and range were terrible. Today we got the replacement from the first delivery that they scratched up and dented, today the fridge was ten times worse! And we still have a dented range we have to return! The supervisor on appliances has been great trying to help me get through this and one of his staff members. But today I had a run in with one of them, Rosa, she was terrible to me and hung up in my face twice! She screamed at me on the phone and when I told her that she can’t speak to me that way she thought she was in the right because I was calling frustrated wanting to speak to a manager. Now it has gone to the point I have written a long report and have added today’s experience including Rosa the employee who took matters in her own hands to send to cooperate. All the stress and mental stuff I’ve been through and time off work dealing with all of this, I am not done yet. I am just getting started! Someone at the very top is going to hear about this and someone from training needs to come down and teach the employees how to provide customer service and teach them how to problem solve and deescalate situations rather than ignite them. There are just some employees at this location who are not helpful, rude and lazy. Why are they even working in a place like this if you can’t take the time to listen to customers and help when they need it. It’s terrible! And Rosa is not the only one!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the curbside pickup at the Lowe’s in Antioch. I was instructed to call 30 minutes ahead of my arrival to ensure my order would be ready. I did exactly that, and an associate told me to simply check in at curbside when I arrived.When I got to the store and checked in, I ended up waiting over an hour before receiving my order. The lack of organization and efficiency was incredibly disappointing. This experience has left me questioning whether I will use this service again or even shop at this location in the future. I expected much better from Lowe’s and am thoroughly disappointed.

This is by far the worst Lowe’s that you will ever shop at in terms of customer service. They have everything you want but you’ll be ignored even after they attempt to page someone. I’ve been in appliances for over 20 minutes and nobody has attempted to help me. It’s awful.Many areas are a dump. Items not put away. Displays are in poor condition. Hazmat on the floor in paint isle 3.The store manager was giggling with an associate about how many grills they sold over the weekend while a lady waited in paint for 10 minutes for an associate to come there. Carts are astray on aisle 18 and not stored neatly. Various departments are being called multiple times. Fall and trip hazards all around the store. A magnet for safety lawsuits.No accountability or pride in their store.Parking - ample 5/5Quality - 4/5Return value - 3/5Customer Service - 1/5Just before I left, I ran into Jamie from the pro desk. Maybe I looked disgruntled but he helped me find a Bosch fridge online that I plan to order next month. I came in the store at 10:12 and left at 10:54 with only ONE associate speaking to me. Unacceptable!

Worst Garden Center that I have ever been to. You would have better luck finding a 4 leaf clover than getting help here. Walked past 2 supervisors about a dozen times looking for help. Let me add that these 2 supervisors did not have a vest or Lowes Badge. One of them said, I am tired of all these military asking for discounts. I never could have imagined that they were employees. Never asked if I needed assistance and definitely did not have any sort of filters. Another employee ended up telling me that they were the supervisors. Wow. I guess Home Depot is not that bad after all.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Lowes in Antioch. I purchased two vinyl transitions from the store, but when I got home, I realized the colors didnt match my floor. Since the packages were unopened, I decided to return them. Unfortunately, I had misplaced the receipt, but I was reassured by the stores policy that returns could be processed with the original card used for purchase.When I attempted to return the items, the staff claimed they couldnt find any transactions linked to my card, even though I provided the exact date and amount of the purchase. After much frustration, I had to request a manager to locate and reprint my receipt in their system. Throughout this process, the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Instead of assisting me, they asked me to step aside to help other customers, offering no apology for the inconvenience.My advice: if youre planning to return an item at Lowes Antioch, make sure you save your receipt. Their system seems unreliable, and the experience can be quite frustrating.

Staff at the Customer Service counter are generally indifferent. Other staff on the floor respond positively. The managerial staff can never be seen or contacted. They are always ‘not available’. The store should / can do better business if the management carries out a review of the working of the staff. Otherwise reasonably well stocked.

Carlos - Lowe’s Antioch - HelpfulI went to the Antioch Lowe’s to purchase some lumber. I had my diagram, gloves, tape measure, and my saw with me because I’m usually pretty efficient and had planned on cutting down my wood in the parking lot so that it would easily fit into my truck bed. I knew exactly what I needed and planned and being in and out quickly with no intentions on asking for any help. When I entered the lumber department Carlos greeted me with a smile and he asked if I needed help. I politely told him ‘no thanks’ and I spent about 20 minutes selecting 3 pieces of wood. On my way to checkout I asked Carlos about different wood types for outdoor applications. The ‘only’ reason I asked Carlos because he was active on the sales floor and visible during my entire visit. During the conversation Carlos examined my wood and offered to cut it. I told him I had my tools in my truck. Carlos explained he was not busy at the moment and he offered again in which I accepted. At the cutting machine, I showed Carlos my diagram and he quickly realized that I grabbed the correct wood type but the wrong size wood. Carlos even offered to put the lumber back on the rack for me while I went back to get the correct size. After I got the correct size Carlos cut the wood according to my plans. When I got home and worked on my project the cuts Carlos made were super accurate and I didn’t have to make any modifications. Thank you Carlos for helping me!! You were like the second set of eyes that I didn’t know I needed on that day! You saved me a lot of time, money, and headache. And you did it with a smile. Great job! I appreciate you Brother. Ordered online Sunday 6/2/24 through the Lowe’s app, and Instacart delivery was supposed to make the delivery the same day, but they delivered to the wrong address and sent me a picture of someone else’s house they delivered to. I contacted Lowe’s customer service that Sunday and they told me the store would call me within 24 hours. So no one called me Monday so today (Tuesday 6/4/24) I reached out again since I hadn’t heard anything from the store yet so I get on the Lowe’s website and chat with an agent. I was 10-15 minutes before an agent came in and then after about another 15 or so minutes of chatting towards the end, the agent ended the chats before coming to a resolution. So then I called Lowe’s customer service to get a refund on my order they delivered to the wrong house, I was on the phone with a lowes rep for 23 minutes for him to tell me I need to contact the store for a refund. I’d love to but the Lowe’s store didn’t reach out to me like they were supposed to and no one answered the store number when I called. I just want a refund on my dang order I didn’t get but paid for

This is by far the worst lowes to come to, All the employees are jerks and have no care in the world about any thing you may need. No wonder theres so many complaints about Lowes. They need to get all new personal and hire people that still care about there jobs. I asked an employee a question and her response was What do you need!!!! I was going on my break and now I had to stop, but I mean her face said it all. I went across the street and purchase a $500 security gate. Lowes is going down hill and has been for a while.
