I just bought a metal canopy at Lowe’s in Upland. I got a little problem when placing the order, their computer system was down 🥺, the order was not posted, I called back and Tom and Ramon helped me with the transaction, it took 2 days to solve the problem within the store and their credit card services, but thank God Tom was able to do it and honor the price online👌🏼👌🏼. Woohoo 🙌🏼 good job Tom, definitely recommend this store

I made a call to customer service to check if a product was in stock and was transfered to hardware. I wasnt being rude. I didnt have a item number on it. All I know is the specific name. The person helping me was being super aggressive, kept telling me what color, and I told him I dont care about the color, I just wanted to know if it was there or NOT. And he kept talking about colors and theres many and what am I looking for and onwards like he wants to pick a argument or something. I dont know what is this person issue.And because of this, I decided not to go.

Pretty store, bad service. Asking for help does nothing. Paint desk staff is non-existent. Wasted about 20 minutes waiting for someone to show up, asked other staff to call someone, pressed the assistance needed button, all to no avail. Probably the managers fault for being incompetent. 3 staff members in the corner giggling and doing absolutely nothing.

My mom and I went and bought a refrigerator for over 1,000 dollars. It was delivered on Sunday and everything was cool until we realized that the feature panel wasnt working and we couldnt adjust the temperature. So my mom went down to this location and explained what happened. They told my mom that they would come and get the refrigerator, however they wouldnt be bringing a replacement until the old one was received and that would take 48 hours. Tell me how that makes any freaking sense. $100 worth of groceries down the drain. My mom went back today because we were told someone would call us with the delivery timeframe only to find out they never logged that it was received and they dont deliver on Sundays (yet we got our first one on a Sunday) and oh the refrigerator didnt come from this location. They cannot return my moms money and we have to now wait for Monday for someone to call and possibly get the refrigerator delivered on Tuesday. Lets count this here so 4 days we have been without a refrigerator and all these people can do is apologize and no one can rush anything no one seems to care that we just have to get rid of $100 worth of food all because of Lowe incompetent process and staff. Calling them is a joke because you are placed on hold for hours and when you do get someone on the phone you get hung up on. This economy is bad enough and inflation is at a high yet this company doesnt care. Who is going to reimburse us for this food. This company is a joke and I would never recommend anyone to shop here.

AFor 20 years we have been happy purchasing all our appliances from Lowes for all our homes. Today purchasing a new free standing gas range was an unprofessional and an unfair ordeal on the stores dealing with our purchase. On Dec. 6th we got a quote for the price of the range, installation, installation kit, recycling the old appliance, and a 5 year protection plan. The delivery of the unit was free. The delivery was only approximately one mile anyways. We were also told we would receive a discount on the range if we were to open a Lowes charge account which we did. When purchasing the range we were told we could not get this discount because we were financing the range for one year. These things need to be explained to the customer prior to promising the discount.Although the price quote on the range was good until Dec. 9th we purchased the range the next day on Dec. 7th. At that time they told us the delivery fee of $29.95 would be added although our quote said it was free. They told us the delivery fee policy change went into effect that day. This change in policy should not effect quotes that are already given to customers. I can see this change affecting any quotes and purchases made after the policy change but not quotes and purchases prior to the change. This in many cases could effect the purchase at lowes when people like ourselves are comparing price quotes with other stores that may not be charging for delivery or other items. We are definitely unhappy not receiving the discount for opening the charge account but the charge of $29.95 for delivery is extremly unfair especially one day after the pricing quote was given. Home Depot and other near by stores have the same pricing except for their free delivery which is something we will consider with our next appliance purchase.If you check out Lowes response to this review you will see they really dont care about how we were treated unfairly while purchasing the new Free Standing range.

If Im going to a big box home improvement store, I prefer Lowes to the others. The store is laid out well and the self checkout is easy. The employees are usually friendly and helpful with my visit today being no exception. The indoor lumber yard is very nice.

A special thank you to Shonda today!! She went the extra mile for us as we were awaiting a sink delivery that showed a delay. We called the store hoping for good news. What we got was Shonda. She stopped what she was doing and went to the service desk to verify it was there, even though the computer said it was. She still offered to check. She swapped phones and walked up to the front. I smiled as I heard her kindly help customers along the way. Then she got to the front and BAM, saved the day!! Our contractors were grateful, too! Thank you, sweet lady! We purchased a rug . We wanted to make sure they would check the floor (since it is all brick) BEFORE we actually paid for it, and they came out and measured and checked the floor. We got the okay so we paid over $7000 cash and the rest debit. Our purchase was just over $10,000. Then the hiccups started. They started telling us that we would need to level the floor and rip out the brick before install. We told them that wasn’t part of the purchase agreement and install had approved so why the sudden change? We told them that we would just cancel because that would be a huge product and we weren’t ready for that. They told us to give them another few days to try and figure something out (now three weeks in from purchase). They had a manager call and said he would come out and check, again, to see if there was something else they could do but not to worry since they had our cash at the store and if it was a no go, we could go get our refund. Well, Friday came, he said no way to do it, to go in and get our cash back. Here we are one week later and still no refund. Their manager is avoiding calls, not returning calls, telling me our check (not cash) would be next day aired, and that hasn’t happened. The other manager said that corporate said up to 72 hours, which has also passed. I can’t understand how a corporation this large cannot refund my money, in cash, the way we paid for it… not even in a check one week later!! We have reached out to their corporate office and they were of no help! I would have loved to get my money back and spend a large chunk there since we have just had our pool and decking finished… we wanted to get outdoor furniture and large BBQ there but that is not going to be the case now. Awful!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Came for a Christmas tree. They helped other people before us even though we had a baby. Kept saying we’ll be right with you. They Gave me the wrong price tag 3 times. Terrible customer service. Inside the store, Michelle M. was the manager that day and she seemed like she just didn’t want to be bothered with helping us. What should have been 15 minutes ended up being an hour. Lowe’s get it together! It’s 2022 and customer service has never been more crucial to maintaining business.

This place had rude and clueless employees. They didnt know what a rolepin punch was. I approached one old boomer employee at the paint area. Before I even had a chance to say hi I got a yeah, what do you want? Thats a first...wont be going back here. The ones in San Dimas, Azusa, and the one in Covina all had friendly employees. Im not going to support a place with employees who act like they got better things to do than serve their customer base.

Went for an 8 black outdoor extension cord. They only carry green in the store. Could buy It online and wait several days and go back to pick it up or pay to have it shipped. Instead I found it at Target (same brand $2 less) and they had it in stock.

My wife and I ordered a washer and dryer on Sunday 11/20/22 for delivery and installation on Tuesday 11/22/22.On Tuesday 11/22/22, we received the dryer which had physical damage to it and the washer never showed up. I went to the store to inquire about the status of the washer and was told, Sorry, the sales associate who handled your order made a mistake and selected carry-out for the washer. I was beyond furious but figured I would give Lowes one more shot to deliver the new washer and replace the damaged dryer they sent me. Lowes promised they would take care of this on Friday 11/25/22 between 8AM - 12PM.On Friday 11/25/22, I called the delivery coordinator at 8:45AM as I found it strange that no one had called me or messaged me a status update the day before or that morning. I was told that the driver tried calling me through the gate at 8:23AM and that I did not pick up. I explained to the delivery coordinator at 8:45AM that I did not receive any calls on my cell phone and that I do not even know if the gate callout works which is why I provided my original cell phone # for them to call me as well as the gate code for them to enter. No one bothered knocking our door, calling my cell phone, texting or even leaving a voicemail. To make it worse, although it was still 8:45AM (20 minutes after they were supposedly there), they mentioned they had already left and there was nothing else they could do such as turn-around or other.At this point, I have given Lowes 2 chances and I am done with this terrible service and lack of professionalism with Lowes. How hard is it to come through and deliver when you say you are going to deliver? I went in and cancelled my order for the washer and dryer and parts (Approximately $1,700) and ended up going to Home Depot to buy the SAME appliances and parts for approximately $100 cheaper and with a reliable delivery and setup of my equipment. So glad I went to Home Depot after this.Thank you for nothing Lowes; will be the last time I ever shop in your store or order anything online. I dont usually do reviews of hardware stores but I was pleasantly surprised by this Lowes location.Im usually a shopper of Home Depot but stopped in here because it was close by.Was very pleased with my experience. This location is very nice inside! Extremely clean, well lit, and feels new.The staff was also very friendly. Much more in my opinion than Home Depot. I was greeted numerous times as I walked to my aisle destination and asked if I needed help. When I asked an associate a question regarding some copper fittings they knew the answer and didnt give me the usually let me look at the box and find the same information you did approach.Plus when checking out we were kindly treated to $5 off by an associate!Lastly, they offer free classes here on how to do various tasks. Such as installing floor tiles, changing ceiling fans, etc. Really cool!

This is a beautiful home improvement store. A little on the pricey side. Customer service people were nice and well informed. But my cashier was less than helpful. I had a coupon on my phone which was difficult to scan and that was the end of it...no other solution and no discount for 70.00 purchase. An email to the company yielded no results. This is an excellent Lowes home improvement location to visit. This store is very well maintained and is very well stocked. Every employee I had contact with were very professional, patient, and helpful. I appreciate that a lot. The only negative thing I noticed was that there werent very many employees around to help. At Home Depot there is literally an employee in every isle to offer assistance. During my visit I counted how many isles I had to pass before I found an employee. I counted seven isles before I found an employee to ask a question. That I didnt like. Other than that its a great location.

Im beginning to shop more and more at Lowes for two reasons, it is closer and more convenient for me to access at present but more importantly Lowes has been batting, 1.000 the last four times Ive been there looking for what I needed. The customer service has been on point and Ive found what I needed at a competitive price. When I asked for help if the salesperson I asked couldnt help they found someone who could. I believe that is how it should be. The garden department, especially the plants are on the expensive side but the variety is very good. Overall I have been very pleased with Lowes as a whole and the floor staff has been very helpful and pleasant.

Was on hold for 11 minutes, then the customer service gal picked up, didnt identify herself, quickly said cant hear you and hung up: took her 2 seconds.Went there and to check the inventory physically. I went to the self-check out and attempted to use my military discount, the check out screen did not offer military discount (all other Lowes I have gone to give you the military discount option). I requested assistance on the screen and in person, the cashier skipped me 3 times and left me hanging till she was done with customers who came after me. This is how they treat veterans.

Lowes is my go to place for all my yard and house needs. My husband and I were looking at flooring and the sales people were friendly and helpful as usual. I like Lowes because its less hectic than home depot and seems more open and brighter. They have a great selection and good prices. I always seem to be able to find what I need there. Best Lowes ever. This Lowes is not local for me, its about a 40 minute drive but it was the only one with what I needed. I ordered online the night before and picked it up the next day. And if course I had to walk the store. I love to garden soni went there 1st. And as my friends have nicknamed me the Clearance King, I found the clearance item in the garden section and throughout the store. Lots of great things to be purchased in these sections. They stole from me. Had an order for pickup, when I got there they said they couldnt find it but I already had been charged. Said there was a new system that leave my number they would call me back. Never called, went back into the store and they said I shouldnt have been charged, showed them the transaction, said call corporate they couldnt do anything. I went on 2 separate occasions looking for plumbing parts and nothing was ever organized, all the fittings are out of place and mixed in with other pieces, the selection was very limited and the employee in charge had no idea what I was talking about so he just walked away and went tohelp someone else. The visit was not favorable. Perhaps it was the time of day in which I was there, of course I dont know. However, the staff seemed very disinterested in providing service to me. After waiting an inordinate amount of time for assistance in outdoor furniture department, I approached the customer service desk. I was a happy customer of Lowes for years until today. Cashier Emilie helped me to buy a propane tank and i clearly asked I wanted a New Propane tank and instead rang it up as a refill. I asked her can I pay the difference and she told me I cant help you are going to have to get a refund to ring it up again. I asked to speak to a manager and she didnt not call a manager and proceeded to tell her colleagues that I said I wanted a refill. Not only did Emilie not care to fix the problem she proceeded to lie and say I wanted a refill. I will now take my business to home depot where I have never been treated this way.

What a waste of time!!! I bought a new fridge and explained to the salesperson that I would need my old fridge moved to the garage. He understood and said as long as I paid for delivery that it would not be a problem. First delivery date came and went with no fridge and no phone call. I had to call the store and they advised me of a new delivery date. New day of delivery, I explain to the delivery team that I need my old fridge moved as I am single and can not move myself. I explained that I paid for delivery and was told by the store that this would not be a problem. Nevertheless, they said they would not do it so I had to cancel my order. It took me 20 minutes to find a new fridge online at Costco and schedule delivery for 5 days later not two weeks. Lesson learned, I’ll stick to Costco from now on!

I have always shopped at Home Depot off of Campus. I decided to try Lowes in Upland recently and Im so glad I did. I have not seen such exceptional customer service in awhile. First, Rick, in windows and doors needs to be recognized. His attention to the personal needs of his customer, to the order details and just his fun, positive demeanor was over and beyond exceptional. Rick is extremely knowledgeable, quick and thorough.Second, Aaron in customer service... completely ditto!! He is amazing!! Poor customer service in the paint department. This is not my local Lowe’s but I drove there today because the paint I need was showing in stock only at this location. I looked for the paint and could not find it. I asked the employee at the paint department and showed her on my phone. She said she knows they don’t have it because people keep coming in and asking for it and she can’t find it. She said it’s probably somewhere on top of the of the tall shelves. This has happened to me at another Lowe’s and the employee got on a pallet jack and got up there to look for the item and found it. This lady didn’t offer she ended it with sorry we don’t have it. Mind you it was very slow with no other customers in that department. On my way out I asked another employee. He looked in his device and it showed 12 in stock. He walked over to the paint department and asked the same employee. She gave him the same quick answer that people keep coming to look for it and she hasn’t seen it. He told her it should have been updated in their inventory so it shows no longer in stock when customers search online. He went ahead and updated it in his handheld device because it showed me that they were out of stock online. My issue with the employee at the paint department is this girl knew that for the last few days other customers have came in asking for the same paint and did not bother to update it in their inventory as the guy just did. Like I said this is not my local store I had to drive out there to find out someone was too lazy to update it in their inventory and too lazy to get up there and look for the item.

The customer service at the Lowes store in Upland, CA is phenomenal. It was my first visit, so I looked around for the items I wanted. Lowes personnel were courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. One employee saw me searching around while she was assisting a customer on the phone. She briefly put her call on hold and told me the exact aisle and spot where I would find shower curtain hooks. The four employees that assisted me were all very nice, and obviously trained to make customers feel welcome and comfortable at the store. This is one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time. In fact, I was so impressed, I decided to write this review so that others may enjoy shopping at Lowes Upland store.

Excellent selection although it is difficult to get someone with much knowledge in sinks. Remember, the LOWER the gauge the thicker the steel. 16, 18 best, but will cost more. The two pix I posted I stay away from because it is difficult to keep the corners clean and this WILL rust regardless what ANYONE says. Youll want to stay with the beveled corners, its easier to clean. Also pay attention to the depth of each side of you go with a dual sink. One side might be less deep than the other by about 2.

While shopping in the plumbing dept. I asked 1 associate for help, kinda pointed me off. The next associate said they would send someone. 20 mins later nobody showed... I flagged a female associate and she said she would send help. I heard a page for plumbing but nobody showed. After 35 mins I went to self check out. Mia helped me out but was slowed down due to no plumbing associate available to assist in checking me out. Been in Lowes since 215pm and its currently 348pm as I stand and check out. To wrap things up I was unable to complete my full purchase due to no associate available to to measure and cut 1.5 in tubing. Mia is the only associate that attempted to assist with my issues. If it wasnt for her I would give 0stars

I ordered two items they told me it would be delivered 3 days after my purchase however they delayed it up to 2 weeks and only delivered one of my items. I keep calling they do not answer And when they do they can not explain what is happening with my order. Also they answer the phone and just leave me hearing their conversations and cellphones going off and then just hang up on me. THIS HAS BEEN THE WOSRE SERVICE ! I had the worst experience at this location. I bought a washer from this location and after four months the washing machine broke. I called the service dept and they came out to look at the machine. The came out to swap out the machine and thats when the nightmare happen. Not only did they have to come out to my home twice Once to pick up the old one and then again drop off the new one. Recently our microwave went out so we went Lowe’s because it was where we bought our last microwave. My dad paid an extra $100 for installation. It was the most ridiculous experience ever. It took them over aweek to come “measure” the space even though my dad had supplied the dimensions of the broken microwave. Then it took another week for them to install!! They called to tell us they would come and then called to say no they couldn’t come? At that point we complained and they came out on the original two weeks later date. Pretty horrible service. I went online to select curbside service only because it was offered. Once I recieved an email that they are currently running behind on curbside service orders. I arrived there after I received an email confirming my order was ready and parked in the area Lowes currently has marked as 15 minutes curbside service parking only and to contact them to recieve my order. I called back to back for 30 minutes after the automated line advised to to do so as I sat in the curbside service allowed parking area only to be finally advised that they no longer offer this curbside service. Lowes charged my card for my items...allowed me to sit in the marked parking area for curbside service for 30 minutes...lhad a sign posted in the parking lot advising me to press 2 to receive my preorder and with no one to service my call for 30 minutes. Finally someone answered and advised me that I am free to go into the store and pick up my item and to contact customer service for the refund charged to my card after I repurchased my item. Judge for yourself what type of people or person who runs this company or this location and drive in everyday to this location and not even think to rectify this from happening. All the bad reviews unfortunately I have to believe are true and the standard of this location and the jerk who leaves their underpaid defenseless employees to explain this nonsense they have no control over is heartless while he sits in his air conditioned office micromanaging the hell out of them. This is my favorite store always clean and super friendly and very professional employees with smiling faces. I can always find help without going through the store. The garden center has fresh plants and a large selection. We came into the store 2 weeks ago looking for a nut for my 90 year young mothers wheelchair handle. We were helped by Mr. Castro and Mr. Charlie the nut that holds the handle into place fell off was unavailable so they found a replacement nut and helped put it on too. My hands wouldnt be able to put it on ( you needed two tools to put it on). Thank goodness for these wonderful employees that went above and beyond to help us. I am literally their everyday customer. I am sure the two Mia, Heather, Donna and everyone there are just tired of seeing me at Lowe’s. These beautiful ladies are exceptional and very helpful. I took half star off because my last 10 encounters with Ruth were just not up to standard. This assistant manager is just not friendly and not helpful at all let alone not knowledgeable as an assistant manager. Michael Fox the general manager is just awesome.. he walks around and if he sees you pulling stuff from the shelves.. he just come over and offer to help. Down on his knees and pull it for you. This goes for all the men that work here. But man one more comment.. there is this blonde mid 50-60 yrs old cashier on the ProDesk she is not seems to happy with everyone. I tried to be friendly with her but no matter what I do she ain’t smile. One time I used a legitimate coupon and she said it’s illegal to get it online and she will talk to whoever gave me the coupon. Hard to find basic items. One item in cabinets with absolutely no signage telling where product was hidden (birdseed). Had a list of about 10 items. Asked friendly clerks where to find things, sometimes taking 3 clerks to get me an answer. It wasnt until checking out that this lady advised me that there was an app that would have shown me what aisle things were located in. This is very important as am arthritic and chasing all over a huge store with a cane is quite uncomfortable. At least now I know of app.

I went into Upland Lowe’s yesterday as I’m remodeling my bathroom and picked up a toilet, wet tile saw, tile nippers and a wheel barrow. Things I fortunately was able to find on my own. I did have an issue finding the wheel barrow and asked the lady at the entrance for some help but unfortunately she was on the phone and told me to wait and for 5 min ignored me till I asked the lady at the customer service desk and she directed me outside. Easy. Nothing that made me upset but I got a lil bugged. I returned today to pick up a Kohler cast iron tub and went to the tub section. I was a little confused trying to find the tub and sought out an associate for some assistance. After walking around for awhile I found a gentlemen and asked some questions about the tubs. He told me that he did not work in the area and didn’t know about the tubs, so I asked if he could page someone to the area that did to which he replied, “ummm I’m busy but I think the guy that works in that area is in appliances, just go find him over there and maybe he’ll know “. Haha hahahaha Hahaha sorry I don’t remember clocking in and doing my own research when I’m a customer who just has some questions. Whatever one bad egg doesn’t make me a unhappy camper I just figured I wasn’t of any importance to this guy. So we moved on and found another associate explained to her my situation and asked her if we could get someone to the tub section. She apologized for the bad service and said she would call someone over. We walked back waited for 10 min and no one came. There was no page for assistance over the intercom or no other assistance given to us. After all this just to get some info on a tub and delivery options I felt like this place didn’t care about their customers. I’ve never done it before but as I was walking out i spoke with the manager and informed him of his stores terrible customer service and explained my situation. He seemed reasonable and tried to answer my questions but i explained to him that I’m just a person who was just trying to buy a tub but the lack of service lost him a customer. Oh well. But I feel like this is why these stores are going out of business to amazon and what not. You enter this huge place trying to find things and no one is willing to help. They don’t even acknowledge you and when their employees see you they walk the other way. If you need something from this Lowe’s Upland store and you know where it is and what you’re looking for, go! There prices are good and you won’t have to ask a question. If you’re looking for service or customer service hahaha just keep driving to the next Lowe’s or Home Depot. This place had me laughing.

Terrible experience. I bought I washer and dryer on Monday 2/25 and specifically asked the sales representative if any deliveries were made after 5 p.m because of my work schedule. She said that they did deliver up until 9 p.m, and that they do install in garages unlike Home Depot. This was my main request for making the purchase, that my delivery would be after 5 p.m. Next day comes and I receive a call from a third party company saying that my delivery would be from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. on Wednesday 2/27. I call them back a bit confused because I wasnt aware that a third party company would be making my delivery. They tell me that because of the route schedule they would not be able to deliver after 5 p.m. After being assured by the customer service rep that deliveries were made until 9 p.m, this was a slap in the face. Now Im awaiting to see which day the third party company contracted by Lowes decides they have time to make my delivery. Very disappointing to have to lie to customers to make a sale, now you have a very angry customer that may cancel the entire transaction.

I just left Lowes at Upland. Was there at around 8:15 p.m. I asked the nearest associate for help, I was looking for a mosquito trap that shouldve been in bay 18 aisle RW according to the website. There was 5 left according to the website. Jon is the one who helped me out, at first he just ignored me then he said yeah I dont know if we have them he didnt even bother to check with someone else or if they had them somewhere else. He just left me to figure it out myself. His name tag said Jon. He was useless, he might as well not have been working. He had Gorrilaz (the band) tattooed on him for further reference. That is not good customer service. Never again.

I got some guy here who didnt know his business and sent me out. As I was leaving Emmanuel offered to assist me carry old paint cans out and I told him of my disappointment driving out of the way to come here with no help. He said I know the person who can help you and proceeded to get her. Thank you so much. Got my paint matched without further problem. I was getting ready to leave 1star, but now I am a satisfied customer. Yay! Give that guy a raise please!

When out total bill was $545 and we paid with 6 $100 dollars billsThey took all $600 and said the company will send you a credit back and nothing the manager could do they keep the money and wait a few weeks to get the money backSTOLEN THE MONEY FOR WEEKS...i guess they need to make money before they give it back!!!! Been going there since they opened. After a while you get to know a lot of the people that work there. Very nice, very helpful, very polite. Never had any problems returning anything, and they usually have what Im looking for.👍🏻

So I tried self-checkout with my ATM card with a chip. Unfortunately, you cant pay with your ATM even though it provides the option. You must pay via credit on the ATM. The employee told me this after trying three times. They explained that I could make a complaint with the store manager. I elected to express my view here.

Well, bought my not cheap Christmas lights last year, was done with them, and put them away, like everybody else does. The problem was, that I hanged them again this year, like I usually do, the difference was that this time around it rained, and guess what? The bulbs got filled up with water, all of them!! So went to Lowes and explained to them what had happened, and I was told by the store manager, sorry but I cant help you with that, being Lowes it was kind of a let down, since basically I do all my home improvement shoping there, and I belive the manager could had been more simpatheric. Well, since I cant afford to buy new lights, it will be a Christmas with out them this holiday season, we are all bummed out,

Lowes San Dimas is my go to spot for tools, supplies and gardening material.Theres been a few times I made late night runs to hardware or electrical for a last minute project snd theyve come through.During these special times (winter of 2022), getting an employee to help you can be challenging. But thats almost everywhere as business struggle with labor issues.But for now, im a regular in Lowes and generally receive courteous and efficient service.I have a few big projects coming so Ill be visiting several times a week for the next few months.Ill keep everyone updated on any unusual issues or challenges that I may encounter.For the time being, Lowes San Dimas is a five star outfit.

Went into the store to try to get a pump to recirculate the water in my swamp cooler ask an employee where the product was they take me to an aisle that sells electrical and I ask do you know where the product is at then takes her phone out and says must be on another aisle in meantime passes by another older male she asked him he has no name tag no uniform and I asked her he probably doesnt know either and then this gentleman got real upset and it almost went to a fist fight I told him I would leave the store and as I was leaving I asked to speak to a manager to tell them about this and guess what no manager would ever come up so I had to get all the information and I told him I would report this to corporate this store was located in upland on Benson and foothill let me tell you I think I will never go to Lowes again it seems they hire people that dont know what theyre doing and where their products or at sad State of affairs at Lowes
