I just have to give a huge shoutout to Elly! She was amazing. We’re moving into a brand new house and needed some temporary window shades. Elly not only helped us find those but also assisted us in getting a washer, an upgraded dryer, and a fridge when Home Depot didnt have them in stock. Plus, she got us some awesome discounts when we bought more items, including all the accessories and the upgraded model.Honestly, Elly was one of the most helpful team members Ive ever come across in any store. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Elly definitely deserves a promotion to upper management. Her dedication and customer service skills are top-notch.Thank you so much, Elly! Joseph the lot attendant and Cody, who works the pro desk, were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They assisted me with any of my lumber questions and volunteered to help me load up my truck afterwards. I highly recommend this store and these employees.

Worked on a home improvement project didn’t use all the lattice privacy fence and had to return them, Dave Jenkins Store Manager was kind enough to help me out with my return. He has outstanding people skills, is service oriented, kind, helpful, polite and will go out of his way, to help you out. He is “top notch” of what quality service is about. I love this store it’s always clean, well stocked, well organized and his employees are so nice and helpful. Lisa, head cashier is so wonderful so is Zach who helped me unload my truck.. it’s people like these who make Lowe’s Department store a great place to shop!!!

Bought a fridge ($3k) however when it was delivered the drawer doesn’t pull out unless your the Incredible Hulk. Called the store and they told me to call XDT. called them and told us would get a call in 24 hours. No call came. When back to store talked to manager Leif. Asked if I could return and would have to go through XDT! He gave me the number to, you guessed it XDT and again told I would get a call in 24 hours. No call came. Back to the store to speak to another manger, Kevin! He called XDT himself and spoke to the leaders promised a call in 24 hours. No call came. Called the store asked for manager. Kimbr gets on the phone to tell me she will call tomorrow when XDT is open and call me back. She is in at noon and I should hear from her. Well I call at 4pm. Kimbr gets on the line to tell me it’s been more than 48 hours and will have to go through manufacture warranty. When Kimbr is asked why no one from XDT ever called me back she didn’t know. Why did I have to call you Kimbr? You said you would call me?!? Why have I been working on this for a month?!? Why did I have to start writing everyone’s name down to right this review I knew was coming? Why can’t business do the right thing for the clients? Why did I just have to make another appointment for tech to come out from manufacturer? This should have been easy, you Lowe’s shipped a bad part fix it. Easy. Do better.Adding after owes response: I called the number given and was again told that i would get a call back. At this point I already had someone come and fix it and paid more for a brand new fridge. Buy from best buy is my opinion!

They profile their customers. Do not shop here if you want to have a pleasant shopping experience. They provided a stressful and nasty environment to be in. I hated every minute of being in this store and would rather drive to Temecula or menifee instead of shopping here again.

Very friendly employees, helpful with information on products and projects, and easy to complete returns which gives us the confidence in purchasing items without fear of losing money if we made a mistake on what was needed. The Murrieta store location is WAY better than the Temecula one, which is closer to us time wise but we prefer to come to Murrieta whenever possible.

If you go into the store, some of the employees are friendly and helpful, especially the older ones who understand customer service. The younger ones are hit and miss. The girl in appliances has the customer service personality of an amoeba. If you want to buy appliances, its like a drive thru. Know what you want and theyll SLOWLY process the sale. Buying appliances should be like a full service restaurant experience with understanding of merchandise and ability to articulate item differences. No such luck at this store.I bought my appliance with zero assistance and i had to track down the employee.

Never leave reviews but I walked in with a air hose walked straight to customer service to try to get a refund, I bought it about 2 weeks before but my dad ended up giving me an extra hose he had so I didnt need it. First time Ive ever tried returning something at Lowes and they wouldnt do it ( no receipt) I just took it as a loss and walked out and put it in my truck so they wouldnt think I was stealing it while looking at other items. I walked back in and looked at some lumber and insulation I was just looking at everything taking my time as I just purchased a house, while looking at spot lights they come up to me saying they saw me take an air hose and put it in my truck. They didnt want to listen to what I had to say and just kept telling me to leave, Ive never stolen anything in my life. Cant believe this place, also if I did take it wouldnt you want to get it from my truck instead of just kicking me out. Also why would I give me I.d and credit card trying to return something to customer service just to go back in 5 minutes later and steal from the store??? Manager here sucks, just because I didnt want help and wanted to look at stuff in peaceful places they lie to kick me out. Never been so embarrassed in my life. Loss prevention needs better training if they think a customer bringing something in to be returned is a thief. . Bought pressure washer, nailer, and my washer and dryer within the last month and a half. Should have just went to Home Depot. Managers a joke

The only reason why this review is getting two stars is because Micah was a huge help.Micah thank you for cutting the plywood for me, and being so kind . But Zack on the other hand was terrible. I come to Lowe’s all the time. I am always doing a project, but I have never asked them to cut wood for me except for today. I mean I get it it’s busy they’re shorthanded, but you still have to treat the customer as they’re the most important person because you are in the industry of service. Zach was rude not only to me, but also to an elderly customer. He told me that Lowes doesn’t do project cuts. Which is wrong because I looked it up and it literally says there that they’ll help us with any project even with cuts. He said that if I needed more than six cuts I had to leave my wood with them for them to do them later. Worst Lowe’s experience ever. Managers from this establishment please educate your workers on treating customers right. Up till now all my experiences were great.

I appreciate them helping me. I received a grill gazebo from the loads and Menifee and it arrived with the top ripped and tour. So the loads in Marietta agreed to just give me the top without me having to ship everything back and pack everything up. I really do appreciate that. Not sure the true dynamic of not having open registers at the store for customers to check-out with their digital Lowe’s credit card. Additionally, it seemed customer service reps were not really inclined to assist or help customers with simple stuff like “do you know the text number to do account look up from my phone”…from which the rep said “I have never heard of that” so, I enjoy going to Lowes and its products but I think the customer service area needs to be re-train and be better prepare to help customers out and understand the capabilities available to customers not wishing to use standard debit or credit cards for check out.

I had to ask for help to find the white globe bulb light bulbs I needed. They were about $10 for a pair. This seemed a little steep to me, so I cross-checked the price on Amazon. Ill be ordering the bulbs I need online. However, we also had a nice look around the garden section, and I remembered that I needed a new push broom. We made our way to the cleaning section and picked out an excellent broom, so I didnt leave empty-handed after all.

Man. The Murrieta location has gone downhill quick. Ordered a couple of beach chairs on the app for curbside pickup. Got the notification the order was ready and went to the marked area and clicked the button saying I was there. 40 minutes later I understood why people were parking there and just going in. After going to the desk it still took the clerks almost 10 minutes to find my order. My last mistake was trying to pickup a drill bit in the store. There was one person doing checkouts right at the self checkout aisle. The line was long and confusing because people were waiting on the sales rep while blocking the self checkout. Gonna stick with Home Depot since it’s right down the street.

The 1 star is for this nice gentleman that helped me in an aisle. The 0 stars Id give is for your lazy merch team...So it tells you on their website how many of an item is in stock (4 qty in this case), and it was a bracket for my pack-out that I ordered at 8:50 a m... After 2 hours and 15 min, I head there (Murrieta location)...as in wth is taking so long for them to pick my product? Because I havent received an update...Customer service calls merch/inventory and then tells me theyre picking it now...what?....NOW??!! After 2 hours??I go to grab something to eat and 30 minutes later get a notification that theyre out of stock.I worked at a large retail chain before, and they cracked down on us for online orders....so youre telling me with 4 of the item in stock, it took you 30 min to just say screw it, cant find it and hit out of stock ?Its not THAT popular of an item and all 4 didnt sell out, and your RSS inventory shows us, THE CUSTOMER, how many are available on hand.So far drove 36 miles because now, I have to go to their Temecula location.

The store has a couple of interesting offerings like the front locker-style pickup boxes in which you don’t have to interact too closely with anyone should you be mindful of COVID precautions. However, I’ve found it difficult on several occasions to get knowledgeable assistance in locating simple products within their store, often being pointed to very different sides of the store by different employees when after the same product. The store is usually clean and well stocked, at the very least.

Lowe’s has the worst customer service. We went in for an item looked on line for what isle it wasn’t on it wasn’t there. Ask 5 different people who also looked online and said it was on the same isle it was on. Continuing to tell them it wasn’t there. Not one person went to look just insisted it was the was there. One person said it was in plumbing. Finally the 5th person said it was outside with fencing. It was 7:00 in the morning not busy a lot of people standing around at returns desk. Huge store. Be prepared to walk. Good outdoors section. They have a reduced price section which often has great deals. Best around.Also, this is the only place I can get potassium salt tablets for my water softener. A big plus for me. Same with all these DIY stores, it can be a challenge to find what you are looking for and often a challenge to find staff.

Usually almost never go to Lowes. First time two months ago I went in to order an appliace.. I do have to agree with other peoples reviews on Customer service, its definitely lacking. I felt like I didnt look important enough for them to help. Almost felt it was because i just looked like some kid to them or even because of my race.. I could of taken my money somewhere else but I took a chance.. the installation company which is seperate from them is another story.. It was difficult to schedule with 5 hour time frames which is aweful because as a first responder I have a complicated schedule working long hours. I did not have time on my one day off to sit around my house for 5 hours just for a measurement. NOW il see how long it take them to call me to schedule now the installation. First time I waited one week for them to contact me.

Been going to this store for 9 years for both Home and Business and after this visit I can honestly say Lowes no longer seems to care about the Customer, Needed a simple key Cut (note: they cut the last two keys for the same lock one of them less than 30 days ago) and the Employee working became extremely rude when I explained the last two keys were done here, then he proceeded to tell me I was lying. Lowes not that it probably matters to you but you just lost a Customer. As a retail Business owner this is very surprising and probably why online sales are growing and retail big box stores are not. I should have took pictures for sure! 3/18/22 there is a sale that states the ego power blower & trimmer for 299.00. The items stocked below were the same brand and in the picture. The original pricing was 279.00 for the blower and 199.00 for the trimmer. Which would mean you get both for 299.00, or so you think. After speaking with 4 people (one was at the cash register with me the whole time) and waiting for about 10 minutes, they all decided that this was not the case and the excuse was; the ones listed for the sale are not these models; due to the theft issue they have placed lower grade models at the sign. SMH. On the weekly add...it posts either the blower or trimmer for 199.00 and int the store both are listed for 299.00. ridiculous. It is not my fault that there is a lack of supervision on their part.

Its 8:00 so I check closing. 10:00 plenty of time. Grab my 3 pieces of drywall, clips, batteries and shovel. I head to the register, one line open with self checkout. Im third in line finally moving up to the number two spot. More have filled in behind me, some that can hit self check do. I’ve been to the Murrieta Lowe’s many times, always with positive experiences, so I took my mom here on her birthday to choose a new custom vertical blind for her patio door. Tracey helped us and was so knowledgeable, I returned and ordered two additional blinds for my own home. We got extended size control wands (needed for tall windows) and perfect valances due to to her expertise, and we even caught a great sale! Thanks, Lowe’s! Store is always clean and well organized. I always find what I need but they have really added so much clutter to the aisles it can be difficult to navigate through parts of the store. If they did away with about 75% of the end caps and display pallets it would be a 5 star experience. As it is it just feels crowded if even 2 or 3 people are gathered in any part of the store.

Dont bother ordering online for a pickup in store. The inventory numbers online are not even close to being correct. When you recieve a email saying your order is ready for pick-up that is also incorrect because its not in stock. Then when you drive to the store wasting your time they will tell you what you should have done differently call to make sure they have itbecause it is your fault not theres. then because you paid with a gift card they wont be able to refund you and you will have to call customer service and wait on hold for 30 min. Then you get to wait for a new gift card to be mailed to you.

Dont buy a washer or dryer at Lowes. I purchased mine a month and a half ago. The installer hooked up the dryer and opened it for me and said see? Hot air. Then closed it and shut it off. Sure enough the first time we try it for laundry there is a loud cutting sound when you actually turn the dryer on. Ive had health issues so I didnt return it right away. I figured I had 90 days in the very least. I didnt buy it from a good company like Costco so I wasnt going to get an excellent warranty. But 90 days I figured was a standard even at Lowes. Well when I got there the first question they asked was, did you buy a warranty with us? Oh no. She said my lowes coverage was ONLY 30 DAYS! Now I was on my own to deal with the manufacturer whirlpool. It was a matching set! Only thirty days is miserably unacceptable! AVOID LOWES AT ALL COSTS!

He was personal and professional at the same time. He deserves to be recognized for this. Ive not run into a lot of young men that work in places such as Lowes that know how to conduct themselves as he did tonight. Talk about going the extra mile! I bought a pellet grill from lowes, and unfortunately it stopped working after 2 uses. The manufacturer sent me replacement parts, which did not solve the problem. Approximately 3 months after I purchased the grill (now dirty) lowes gave me a full refund. Not just store credit, but a refund! I’ll be a Lowes customer for life. Purchased washer and dryer that was in stock, (Because my washer broke we needed one ASAP) paid for set up delivery and installation for 2 days later. Delivery guys show up and decide they cant set up and install because it rained for 15 minutes and they didnt want to go upstairs for safety reasons so they drop off my washer and dryer in my garage and say we will call you and see you tomorrow. I check with Lowes and they said they had no idea that the washer and dryer wasnt installed, and they thought everything was completed since the delivery driver never said anything. Thats the problem when you deal with 3 party venders who dont care about customer service. Now we get put on the list for delivery again and try and be available for the 4 hour window. Probably going to shop at Home Depot next time.

I build a lot for my gym as well as for my home. It always amazes me how they are out of stock for the items I need when I go in. Ive lived very nearby for 13 years and the majority of the time I leave empty handed without the screws, nails or wood I would need. I hardly go any more to this location despite the conivnece of how close it is. I generally have better luck at the other Lowes is Murrieta or even Hanks Hardware in Temecula. Very rarely do I have issues finding what I need at Hanks. Finally, the customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes great, often times sour. Hopefully the store will get better in time.

Many thanks to the appliance manager, Kyle, who really stands apart, in the customer service arena. We ordered a Frigidaire appliance package online (stove, fridge, and dishwasher) and all 3 were to be delivered on Sunday, July 25th. We had an email confirmation for all 3 appliances, which stated all 3 would be delivered on the 25th. On the 25th, unfortunately, we received everything but the fridge and realized each appliance was being delivered from a different store. We had to call around to a few stores to figure out what had happened and we were eventually routed to Kyle, who helped us find a fridge in another store, and setup delivery just 24 hours later for Monday. He called us back a few times and talked to another store on our behalf. And he followed up the day of delivery - Monday- to make sure all was well. Folks, he easily could have just told us to wait another week until July 31 for the new fridge to be delivered, which is likely what another employee would have done. Instead he helped us rectify the situation very quickly, so we would not have to wait another week without a fridge (just moved into our new place and there was no fridge as the previous homeowner decided to take it with her). Kyle, you saved us from another week of ice and ice chests . . . Thank you! And you helped us restore our faith in Lowe’s. No one told us until the day of delivery, that the delivery would be a partial one AND we had no communication from Lowe’s, Letting us know one appliance would be one week later. In the heat of summer and when providing for elderly family members, a fridge is a necessity and not a luxury. Thanks for going the extra mile (or two!).

But no poster or anything was up on the registers to warn customer as I just came in prior a week ago and discount was authorized. Pretty disappointed with the customer service here. Came in on a Sunday with a broken Kobalt (Lowes brand) 3/8 in drive ratchet which has a hassle free lifetime warranty on it. When I explained the situation to the woman at the customer service counter she told me that she really couldnt do much for me, they didnt have any exact replacements for me so I asked if I could get a similar model that actually costs less than the model I purchased. They said they unfortunately couldnt doing anything for me and gave me a phone number that I could call to have the issue resolved. This is a bit of a hassle because I really dont feel like shipping a $20 ratchet to most likely receive the exact same one that I wanted it replaced with in the store. Anyways I called the number and it brought me through several automated messages that told me it could be taken care of at any Lowes location(which evidently it could not). I almost got through to a person when the automated machine to me that they were closed. Not really disappointed with the phone service since its Sunday and thats completely understandable but there in store customer service seemed to want nothing more than to take me off there hands. Example, since COVID, how many times is your drive-thru fast food order wrong in todays world. They dumped my toilet in my kitchen and Omar yelled at me on the phone told me he was not going to deal with it and told me they would not install it unless I give them more money. Had tile and baseboard installed by this store. They did a rushed terrible installation. Joints cut at bad angles, corners not aligned properly, nail holes not all filled an those they did fill had mounds of filler that I will have to sand and paint. Less than cooperative when I complained, not eager to fix the work and do it right.

Completely useless employees wouldnt even make an attempt to solve my problems with a prior purchase that was completely botched by another inept employee. Had to return $500. in prior merchandise and buy my window coverings elsewhere. The only thing these people did well was loudly argue with each other.

Bought a washer for $850, they delivered the item, price dropped to $739 on their website 2 days later, called in to do price adjustment and they said they could not do it, told me their policy has changed, as far as I am concerned they have lost a customer for life, good going Lowes, no wonder more people are flocking to Home Depot, they dont treat their customers badly.

They didnt have the PVC pipe fitting that I needed when the guy at the cash register asked me if I found everything I told him no and told him what I was looking for he said nothing at all. Not very helpful thanks for nothing. Bad part is this is my favorite Lowes. No customer service today!

We bounce between Lowes and Home Depot which are less than a mile from each other. HD seems to be more for contractors and heavy duty DIYers but Lowes has the 5/8 irrigation tubing so we get our irrigation stuff at Lowes.
