2024-03-17 20:12:55Today I noticed a man complete his transaction and walk out with his purchase. Luke, a cashier, ran out after him because he hadnt inputed his email. He made the man come back while stating the whole time that he hadnt paid. Well the customer stated emphatically that he had paid. Well Luke decided to make the customer input his email which is not necessary to complete the purchase. Luke threatened to call security until the black man showed him proof of purchase from his phone---a digital receipt. The man and his purchase was VALID! This is NEVER required by anyone and the customer was very upset. This is why I will now go to Home Depot instead. At least the cashiers there know a completed purchase and how to treat people.

2024-06-20 02:27:45This store has the worst customer service. They dont answer their phone. They continue to make you call on to pick up the phobe tobimmrdiate put you back in the queI purcased an open box item and the had their delivery service deliver it only to find the further damaged it and tore my new vinly floor. They didnt take responsibility the told me that I would have to hold their delivery company responsible a they contact the delivries with them.Very Disappointed!

2024-03-30 08:00:34Very unorganized. It took over an hour to find my order. They can never find orders, each time it takes over an hour to find orders. Maybe the people that work there are not smart. Also refused to return an item we had the receipt for, it was just over 90 days. We had bought it about three months ago when were buying things for our remodel. It took us a while to have it checked out by our contractor and ralized we needed another size and they would not even give us store credit. It was not even out of the box or opened. Terrible customer service.

2023-12-19 19:53:16Needed a new washer...went in on Fri evening...was helped by a knowledgeable young man.It was a positive experience.Very competitive prices..and I bought both wash and dryer!Best part was they were able to deliver Sunday...a day and 1/2 after purchase! Del guys good as well!Lowes has made effort since last Spring to hire more help! This issue has annoyed me in past.I will say, nothing to do with this purchase but I really dislike getting a cart full of stuff...going to front and they dont have even 1 cashier!!!! You are forced to do self ck out! I hate it!Very poor service in that sense. My purchase was lovely as it occurred in The appliance dept!

2024-02-10 03:13:56I got scammed 400$ though self checkout. If youre a victim of fraud due to the negligence of the self checkout employee, you will not be supported by Lowes. Never got a call back after I reported the problem to customer service. Seeing as theres 6 self-checkouts and usually 1 manned register, procede at our own risk.

2023-08-19 20:24:28This review is more about the delivery company Lowes uses that brought my moms new refrigerator. The delivery guy was trying to do everything to get out of doing the job. First when informed that we paid to have the old refrigerator taken away he said they do not disconnect the water line for the ice maker and that someone else has to come and cap it off. Luckily we had already done that and I explained it to him. Then he said they do not reconnect the new refrigerator. I explained that was fine because the new one is a basic refrigerator with no ice maker. Then he tried saying the new refrigerator wouldnt fit through our doorway.... which I had to remind him the new refrigerator was actually smaller than the old one so it would definitely fit. The cherry on top is he then insisted I sign for the new refrigerator before he even brought it into the home and got mad when I refused to sign until the delivery was complete. Lowes needs to change delivery companies as it appears most bad reviews are about the delivery.

2023-05-11 02:00:09Purchased a $550 grill, and it was delivered with a missing part.Lets start with the time I had requested for the delivery via the purchasing process which was not the time when the deliverers delivered the grill. I was told they would call when on their way, and they did not call. The same day, I drove to the store to Customer Service to report the missing part, where I was misinformed on the return process several times by an uninterested customer service employee. She sent me back and forth to the grill dept and each time I returned to the Customer Service desk, I waited in a long line again. Finally, she begrudgingly and slowly offered a date for pick up without asking for my availability. Once we settled on a date when I was available due to my work schedule, I then had to ask how I would be refunded for the returned grill since I wasnt offered an exchange. She said once they pick up the grill on Sat, and once they get back to their warehouse, my card would be refunded. So, I wont receive confirmation of a refund and might have to go back to Lowes to get the refund.Because of the lack of customer service and shoddy experience including the time consuming return process due to Lowes errors, not to mention the poor attention to detail re. the equipment, I recommend customers go elsewhere for large purchases.

2021-08-07 16:54:41My girlfriend and I were meandering through our local Lowes when we saw a pretty amazing Memorial Day sale for window treatments. Since buying our house, our sheer curtains kept waking us up even on weekends when we wanted to sleep in.The 40% off sale was enough of an incentive to checkout some of the massive design books they have with different brands of window coverings. It costs you like $25 to take them home, but they refund it when you bring it back.We were working with a lovely person that I believe was named Rachel.. I couldnt track it down on the receipt. She walked us through dozens of our bookmarks and showed us anything relevant on the floor displays. We ended up buying Bali Shades for our Kitchen, Family Room, Master Bedroom and Master bathroom saving about $800 on the retail price + an additional 5% when I signed up for Lowes Credit. Was pretty surprised at the level of customer service, and wanted to make sure to go out of my way to spread the well-deserved reputation this store and department has in my inner circle now! They mentioned 40% off is the biggest sale they offer. So if youre thinking about window treatments or blinds -- shop the major holidays -- July 4th, Labor Day, Black Friday, Memorial Day -- you know anytime you start seeing those mattress commercials.

2021-01-03 06:34:57Never a line, friendly staff, and always have what I need. Good to get the big stuff. Wish they had more unique selections of Christmas decorations (seemed less this year hopefully just due to covid supply lines) because I had to go to one of their competitors. Great location and MUCH BETTER than the Long Beach Towne Center location.

2023-11-15 16:02:35This is my local Lowe’s, I’ve been here hundreds of times. Mostly it’s been good. The parking lot is big, clean, and easy to get to. The staff is nice, and friendly. The store is large, but sometimes things run out of stock. Overall good store in a nice location. I’ve had small problems in the past but nothing major. 4/5 stars!
