Worst customer service workers standing around not doing nothing waited for help for around 20 minutes and they never went. Me and my partner were excited to buy a new grill but this just killed our vibe not to buy anything, we will be taking our business somewhere else even though the grill we like was here.

The customer service here is abhorrent! They charged me twice for a single item and refused to just check and credit my card. Despite me living an hour away, Alyssa claimed it could only be done in person. I spent HOURS in multiple chats with corporate to finally have it reviewed and credited. A horrible way to treat paying customers. I’m going to be taking my future business to Home Depot. After my experience with this store and corporate, this is not a company committed to their customers.

Very friendly staff with so much knowledge. Helped me with my garden project and were very respectful. Huge selection to get through any home project. Definitely will keep coming back.

I have been very satisfied with this location. The store layout is a bit different than other Lowes stores that I have been to, it goes deep. PVC and other plumbing supplies a are at the back of the store. The times that I needed assistance I have been able to get knowledge help. My last visit the gardening department had a great variety of healthy looking plants to add to my landscaping at reasonable prices.

Its been a while since Ive been to Lowes.Dave in gardening department helped me with a few things. He was very helpful.The store seems well stocked and was buzzing with people.Good shopping experience.

One of the self check out lanes has a sign that says “CARD ONLY” which is intended to mean there are no cash transactions but is not 100% clear.The payment system still allows you to request cash back but the staff has hastily blocked out the cash dispenser with sheet metal and magnets.After inserting my card and going through the prompts on the screen I requested cash back because this was technically still a “card only” transaction and was still an option on the screen.However, I noticed the cash was dispensed behind this cover. I moved the sheet metal to get to my cash and it almost hit my feet (wearing sandals) as it fell so it wasn’t like it was secured safely.One of the staff approached me and kept saying “card only” when I tried to suggest that the sign wasn’t clear enough. Didn’t even care that the cover was unsafe. Didn’t try to listen when I said the sign wasn’t clear enough. Dismissed me when I said the system should have the cash back feature disabled. Maybe I am not smart enough to work at Lowes but safety is obviously not their top priority…or customer service apparently.I find it amazing that he had enough time to dismiss a customer that was able to bypass their “security” features but no time to open a register and actually help someone.

CAUTIONTHE MOST HORRIBLE customer service experience I’ve ever had.Just look at how many bad yelp reviews they get .I wish I check before coming here.We came to the store on 9/9 around 5pm to pick a refrigerator.We were interested in one of the Frigidaire fridges, but we found out the display fridge model number didn’t match with the label (countertop depth fridge but labeled as an standard depth)We pointed out the issue to a staff member named Ann, and asked if she can help us check the correct price.Without checking, she first said the label was correct but after found out the mistake she said the price will be the same.I was suspicious because counter depth usually costs more than standard depth.I asked Ann if she can double check.She appeared impatient and said she will get her manager.Then the manager Nichole arrived.The whole thing just turned into a joke.Nichole approached to me as if she’s trying to pick a fight.When I told her the fridge on display doesn’t match with the label, she replied to me “SO ???”I told her we just want to know what’s the correct price of the fridge.She unwilling checked the price with her handheld device, and of course, the price is way different than the label.Even after finding out the mistake, she went on and said “Yeah the price is different. Mistake happens. SO WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT ?? “I almost laughed.I just told her maybe she should change the price tag.I look a picture of the fridge after they removed the tag because I’m going somewhere else to buy this fridge.I don’t blame Ann because she looks like a youngster in her early 20’s.Her behavior is likely due to laziness and lack of training.But the department manager Nichole is obviously in her 40’s, acting like a high school teenager trying to pick a fight when customer brings a question to her.With this kind of management, go figure what kind of staff training they have.I’m actually glad this happened before we decided to buy any appliances here.There are so many bad reviews about how horrible their delivery services or if need to return a defect product.Not to mention multiple staff members being named on yelp due to their poor customer services.Save yourself a trip, buy your appliances somewhere else.And as for Nichole, please save all that attitude to yourself, you aren’t get anything I want.

Lowes is your one stop shop for home improvement, they actually have people in aisle willing to help,you dont have to chase workers down to get assistance like at Home Depot

I needed to cut a big acrylic but it was hard to put it into the cutter, Richard helped me with Angel and two other men (Im sorry I didnt remember their names) they were very patient and professional, then we talked about gluing the acrylic together, Mr. Richard took me to find some glue and tools, thank you very much because the other addresses lows didnt help me and just told me it couldnt fit into the cutter, they didnt even try, thank you again

Worst shopping experience ever, for such a nice city and beautiful store, the staff sure did a terrible job of profiling me and the loss prevention crew were like Smith agents out of a matrix movie. I noticed the same 3 guys on every other aisle, walking by all gung-ho style trying to intimidate me because of my tattoos or God knows whatever else they were basing their suspicions on. Not every shopper is trying to rob you, Lowes: Be good humans! Anyways, I am taking my business to The Home Depot where they welco the handyman, even if he looks at the pipe fittings 2 or 3 times to make sure the fittings are going to fit correctly! 😜 If I knew I could add photos to this review I would have put them on blast.
