Los Defensores as a controversial progressive corporate based judicial program doesn’t assist any concerned clients, especially Latinx-Americans they’re disrespecting and charging them unfair practices that insult and insolvent clients into many problems at a time when political and economic issues in The US worsen by the day.I’m Peruvian living in the state of Ohio that’s needing assistance with this controversial program I suspect wasn’t any better, regarding the case I wanted resolution immediately as much as possible but who’s to blame regarding the issue? We know the answer for the Peruvian community and for the rest of the Latinx-American community cannot tolerate their actions as unjust, prejudice and discriminate, especially to people of disability I currently possess with evidence as proven.Please, be careful with this program, they’re gonna establish problems I fear it’s to come.

My friend gave me their number after a car rear ended the car I was driving. They were so extremely polite and gentle and thorough with me. My situation was a very tiny rear end hit with almost no damage so they said there was likely not a case in that situation which I understood. I just wanted to know if there was anything there in terms of legal action. They were super friendly though and careful with the way the spoke and asked questions. I really appreciated how friendly they were.

Dont waste your time. I call and gave alot of personal info. And it was a hit and run case. They couldnt help because, police report was not ready. Even though I had the license plate #... they want for me to investigate everything thing. They gave me another # for lawyers. In that case I called the other other person insurance.

My partner got into an accident, the other insurance company didnt want to pay so we contact them. Its been impossible to have them do anything. The assigned lawyer is never available to give us any updates. And the person who answers just says the same thing, that she is not a stand there is no updates. Its been 3 months.

They referred our case to a lawyer that was a waste of time. Things got so bad even Los Defensores dropped him from thier service. When I contacted them about the issues, they said he was no longer associated with him and that there was nothing they could do. They are a refferal service! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

You only have one consolation, of course. Yet, the attorney they had called me just asked about my case and hung on me. So that was a waste and they cannot have another attorney connect with me. The lawyer that took my case never called me. He took my money and never let me know anything about an offer. He disappeared, I never had any document from the settlement. Be aware of this firm. My advice: meet your lawyer and his office. After this experience Ive done it and, way, way better.

Never call this company, We hired them for a case. They called and said we didn’t have to appear in court because they will be representing us. Paid almost $3000 just to get pulled over by a LAPD and said there was an arrest warrant for failure to appear. They didn’t show up to represent me!! Now I have court again and I’ve been calling this company with no response! They robbed my money and didn’t go to court to represent me. They don’t return phone calls. Very unprofessional, will be reporting this and taking further action. They need to fix their mistake

Dont waste your time, my mom got in a bad car accident 2 years ago and the lawyers are still beatings around the bush with a bunch of non sense. They even hung up on here when she called for a status on her case and still waiting. They are just money hungry, making you wait so you can pay them more . Please be aware, do not recommend ! It shouldnt take 2 years.

Dont waste your time . At be beginning they help just to take your case and then they ignore you whenever you call them. My case is still pending since August of 2018. Its been 1 year already. I understand that some cases take to long to resolve but it shouldnt be my case. I will go somewhere else . Dont believe what advertisements say on radio or tv . Its not worth it. Waste of time. Los defenses are not a law office firm that take care of their clients. They assign clients to different law offices located near to client home address. They do not follow up on the service nor care if they recommended you to a good or bad law office. They recommended me to a law office called Rulsky Law Group. This Law group is the worst nightmare I could ever encounter. They provided horrible customer service, they never follow up with my case unless I call them a million times. It use to take me months of follow up calls for them to call back with updates. On top of everything, the agent constantly provided wrong estimates and continuously change information about my case process. Information was super contraindicated. I spoke with other law firm offices and they couldnt take my case because it was almost to the end, and I had no other choice that to continue with them. I also had a fourth minor involve in my accident that only her parent could obtain information or follow up with her case, however, did never kept him informed nor they ever follow her case with the insurance. It wasnt until I was settling my case until I asked him if was going to settle his too when I knew that they had not kept him informed. When he called, they had forgotten about the minors case. Off course they did not say they forgot, but they couldnt find her information nor had any updates, that means they forgot to follow up on her case. Do not go use this method to get a lawyer, instead search for a good lawyer.

You never think your going to be injured in an accident, and you think that only happens to the other guy. Well, I became the other guy when a van and Uhaul trailer crossed over into my lane. I had a car accident on 05/18/2020 I hired Ameer as the lawyer to represent my case due to the person that hit me did not have any insurance and I thought it would be a good decision. At first everyone was very nice to me, they even came to my home to meet me and see the car damage however, shorty after they took my case, they no longer took any of my calls and advised me not to call their office and that they would call me. The office also encouraged me to seek medical and dental treatment from providers that they have previously worked with which they did not help me at all and in fact the dental provider billed me for a retainer that I did not even need all I needed was bridge work and had already told Anna that I was already seeing a dentist to fix my tooth. The orthodontist she sent me to treated me very badly and in addition mocked and made fun of my English since I am primarily Spanish speaking. When I attempted to complain or get assistance from my attorney office and spoke with Anna she did not express any sympathy or understanding of my situation. I had to request to speak to her supervisor Jose Cortez, he was less disrespectful however, he was no help and did not follow through with my case. It is now 11/01/2020 and my case has not been resolved, nor have I received any updates or phone calIs on status from my attorneys office. I still have not fixed my missing tooth which is causing issues with my confidence as well as infections in my mouth. I currently have over $39,128.51 in medical and dental bills with no calls from my attorneys office. TO REITERATE, my attorney helped file a claim with my auto insurance carrier in which my attorney received a claim settlement check for 25,000.00 however I still have not received the dental or medical treatment I need while they keep the payment. Keep in mind that the $25,000.00 doesnt include attorneys fees which it started with 30% and now was increased to 50% with office deduction. I feel that the attorney has not been honest or truthful and has cheated and taken advantage of my good trustingly nature, and now im stuck with extensive bills and still require dental work which will need to be paid out of my pocket.If someone can please give me advise on how I can resolve these issues please let me know.

I came to them, about a month ago, regarding a car accident I was involved in. In the beginning, they seem devoted and helpful with my case. They assigned me to a pain management and therapy right away, therefore, me concluding that they cared for it. However, when I was placed at fault in the police report, they showed no effort to assist me to appeal the report. In addition, I was cut from receiving medical treatment, even though my pain persisted. I felt, not believed nor backed up. To add, I never was told my attorney’s name. The legal assistant, (Anna Blancarte) whom kept up with me, continuously questioned my statement. The assistant would often leave me with feeling that she believed that the other driver was in the right. The assistant was in my legal team, however it felt otherwise. They dropped the case. Ultimately, I was left with the feeling that they are only looking for cases they can win and not fight for.I would never recommend this law firm. For a law firm who’s name is “Los Defensores” they don’t do much defending what so ever.

I got reared ended so I called Los Defensore which after that I got contacted by Rulsky Law Group. Rulsky Law Group took over the case, in the beginning everything seemed good, they kept me updated, but later as the months went by they stopped communicating with me. I tried calling them several time, I left voicemails and they never return my phone calls. Last time I was successful and got a hold of someone they said that my case was still pending because of the holidays everything was backed up, that they would contact me as soon as they had everything figured out. That was in January 2020, were in April now and havent heard a word from them, next month will be a year since the accident. I really hope this review helps in some way, specially on not trusting Rulsky Law Group

The lawyer they provided to me was very unprofessional. On the first day of court not only was he a no show, he also took out his frustration on me, the client, by yelling and cursing at me. He not only cost me additional expenses by moving the case for continuation which cost me days of work. Additionally, he did not communicate my options and it in all honestly he seemed lost half the time. I could had represented myself more professionally and efficiently without Los Defensores lawyers. The lawyers lack organization, knowledge, but lost importantly they lack respect for their client. The lawyer they provided me actually has many complaints against him for being unethical and immoral with his clients which is a BAR violation. Don’t waste your time or money here.

On June 19 I was involved in a car accident, a drunk man crashed into me and I had to go to the hospital that night, I made the BIG mistake of #Los_Defensores, they only gave my case to another firm of lawyers; to those who gave my case the only thing they did was send me to a chiropractor who did NOT help at all and charge #progressiveinsurance the compensation for my medical expenses, expenses that they have not paid, they never have an answer; everything is a DECEIT a LIE, there is no compensation or help one with the case, I now stayed with a hernia and unable to work. I am not well satisfied with their customer service. #1. I have been calling and leaving voicemails, text messages to YAJAIRA havent recieved a respond from her since 2 weeks ago. #2. At the Chiropractor is no pain relief been sitting down on a massage chair for 15min. And a hand massage 1 x week, and every 2 weeks pay management Dr. at the Hesperia Ca. Location. #3. I feel so stuck with the medical bills..and from their end no positive respond because I was told to apply for health ins. . Dont waste your time with these people. They are sell outs. My mother fell at a market and busted several discs. Yeah they got her medical attention but when it came down to her compensation. Well, there was none. A legitimate case that any other lawyer would have gotten a decent compensation. They failed miserably to do. They simply disappeared. No phone calls and when we called no one knew what was going on. Ive grown up seeing their ads on tv and when you think that they might be a solution to your problem. BEWARE AND CUATIOUS!!!. Ask as many questions as you can when speaking with representatives. All they are is like a referral agency for actual law firms. I got rear ended by a pickup truck and granted I was uninsured at the time of the accident. It was not my fault. I was forthcoming from beginning and never hid the fact that I was uninsured. The law firm that they referred me to decided to take the case despite the fact that I was uninsured and sent me to therapy. After three weeks of therapy sessions the attorney decides to drop the case, because the opposing insurance denied liability. And from what I understand I may be stuck with the bills. The ad says you pay nothing if they dont win your case. The lawyer just gave up.

Los defensores refer me to a nother lawyer Samuel ceballo. Which I hire on there behalf and it was a bad mistake to have hire them. Samuel ceballo firm havent returned my calls or contact me regarding my case or an update. I made one payment which I had ask for a refund and that I didnt want there services no more since they havent done anything then I get charged a second after I had ask that Im done with there service with out my authorization. Im still waiting. For being Los defensores this give them a really bad reputation.

Upsetting . A friend was involved in an accident and in their glendale office . I felt they discriminated us, and Im not sure what to call it,but once they asked if the third party were Armenian they decided not to take our case.. The Senior Man even asked the younger attorney what is the third party last name.. at this point, I tell my friend let leave and not continue the conversation.
