Not just knee deep, these guys will definitely take care of you. Whether its a fender bender or needing work done to enhance, upgrade and change the look of your car. This body shop provides excellent work and they guarantee their services. Parking isnt the best, because its a busy shopping center; however they treat you like royalty and family. I have uses this body shop for years, on all my cars. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Highly recommend. My crashed his car and we only had liability insurance so all costs came out of pocket. I new I didnt want to deal with the big corporate places and we were lucky enough to find this place. Their communication was excellent. Everything they said they stuck to and they got the car fixed super quick as far as Im concerned. They even told me how to save some money by getting some of the parts on Amazon and dropping off with the car. I have been working on cars for 20 years and hate to take any car to a shop but there are some things I cant do. For me to leave any kind of car shop 5 stars is a big deal and this place earns it without question. If you need body work done stop looking around and stop here.

I was looking for a shop to paint my Prerunner. When I was referred to Elíseo. After meeting with him, we made a plan, and he immediately got to work. He constantly updated me, and sent me progress videos. In the end, my truck came out better than expected, I couldn’t be happier, check these guys out for all your paint and body work.

Most shops were not willing or was booked at least 4 month in advance. They got my car in the very next day after the insurance was approved and had it ready within 2 weeks. Smooth experience through and through. After struggling with the body shop my insurance company sent me to, I reached out to Los De Santiagos Auto Body Shop for help. Not only did they help, they went above and beyond to ensure a full inspection was completed so they could order the correct parts. I was in and out with a fresh bumper and best of all they didn’t have me leave my truck in the shop for a ridiculous amount of time, like other body shops in the area. Happy to say I’ve found my go to body shop here in Menifee. Shoutout Elizeo for efficiency, accuracy, and customer service. Will return and recommend!

I came to Los De Santiagos Auto Body last year to repair my car after an accident. I needed it done ASAP and had a limited amount of money to spend, they were willing to work with me and got it done quickly. Fast forward a year later, I went to roll down my window and the glass fell down. This is no longer my primary car, it is not used often and I hardly ever roll down the windows in the first place so It took me almost a year to even realize this was an issue.I called in, expecting they wouldnt do much but might fix it for an affordable price, but was so surprised that they were so quick and willing to cover it under the 4 year warranty they guaranteed on the work they did.Lots of places have warranties but those warranties usually have endless loopholes IMO, and never seem to be very simple.They told me to bring in my car whenever, and even after another week+ later when I dropped it off unannounced mid-day, they gladly took the keys with a smile and said they would try to get it back by the end of the day.Surely enough, an hour later they called that it was ready. And it was as simple as grabbing my keys and getting in my car. There were no additional fees, no additional loopholes and they did a wonderful prompt job. I was so extremely happy with the work they did initially- but to add on the service a year later is incomparable to any other shop I have been to in the past.Thank you all so much!! I will never go somewhere else for body work.

Absolutely amazing customer service and even better work! They gave me a quote/estimate right away for my 2013 Kia Optima that had a dent, some paint missing near the dent, and a broken tail light. They were nice with very reasonable prices and quick fix. All of it was done in three days. I will not go any other place.

This place is great. My daughter had her car worked on after someone hit her car in a parking lot. They did a fantastic job and had the car ready as schedule. Their prices are fair and gave a discount since the services were paid in cash. I would recommend them in a heart beat. The only reason I did not give them the full 5 stars is because they did not fix the belly pan but once it was brought to their attention they fixed it without delay.

I went to a couple other shops to get quotes for some fender, hood and bumper damage on my new Tacoma. The other shops were quoting outrageous prices for the repair, $3k to $5k. Ive driven by Los De Santiagos Auto Body a few times and decided to check them out. They quoted $900 out the door and it would be done in a week. I looked around the shop and liked the work they did on other cars so I dropped off my truck the following Monday. It was done by Saturday but I was going to be working late that day and wouldnt be able to pick it up. The manager said he could meet me at the shop Sunday morning even though they are closed that day so I could pick my truck up. I appreciate him taking the time to help me out once he knew I really needed the truck for work on Monday. Anyway, when I saw my truck I was pleasantly surprised at how good it looked. You could not tell it ever had any damage to the front-end and the paint matched perfectly. That was six months ago and my Tacoma still looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I went to this location back at the start of this year. My car was hit while I was at work and right when I called I got a very helpful man who asked if I was okay.They had the cheapest pricing and decided to paint my car door for free (trying to match the paint the best) while giving me a discount. I would 100% recommend them as everyone in store was nice and helpful! :)

Everyone was helpful and professional. I got a fast low estimate which beat other body shops. They replaced my bumper panel and buffed out a very dull, old paint job on my 2009 Camry. I also requested my foggy headlights be fixed. I was EXTREMELY happy with the results. My car looks brand new and feels like silk. My headlights look amazingly clear! l I HIGHLY recommend them. When I went too fast around a corner and wrecked my car, I took my car to these guys. They went above and beyond, gave me an affordable price and made sure I was happy throughout the whole process. If I ever wreck my Forte again (dear God I hope I wont) Ill be taking it to them.They also provided a free rental car because they knew I was in a bind! while giving us a coupon for 200 off! I could not be more pleased with the repair to my 370Z Convertible. I had found a long scrape down the passenger door ending in a fist sized dent in the front fender which had occurred without my knowledge. I took my car to four local repair shops for quotes and Los De Santiagos had the best price by far of the four. I then checked their reviews and found the vast majority to be very positive so, I decided to give them my business. They told me it would take three to four days so I did not call them until the forth day which was, cloudy and cold. I was told my car was completed but, due to the cold turn in the weather they had not done the final polish and would like to keep the car another day. I agreed to this and the following day I called and asked if I could pick up my car. I was informed the car was being polished and I could pick it up about 11:30. About 11:15 I received a call telling me the car would be readyfor pickup at noon. I appreciated the call as otherwise I would have arrived and had to wait.Anyway, my car looks PERFECT! I am totally pleased with their work and would happily refer them to any friend or family member as a lower cost alternative to the ridiculously priced buisness of auto body repair! I’ll recommend this shop to everyone. My daughter pulled into a parking space a little too far and when backing out, the guard got caught on the cement bumper and dislodged one side of it, so it was hanging there. I brought my car in on a Saturday, and I was out of there in ten minutes for a very small fee. Being a female who knows nothing about cars, it’s a given that I’ll be overcharged and/or lied to, taken advantage of. Not this time. These people were quick, polite and very honest. I’m so impressed with this place!

I took my 98 Lincoln Mark VIII in as I needed my front suspension replaced. I talked to Omar about some of the difficulties replacing the suspension especially the lt front upper control arm. Omar assured me they would take care of those problems and the job would be done right. Im happy I brought the car to him he did an excellent job. Hes a good man and has excellent mechanics working there. I highly recommend Los De Santiagos Auto body and will use their services again. BEWARE OF SCAM ARTIST!!! VERY SHADY BUSINESS OWNERS. They asked for money up front to paint my vehicle. Then they took 2.5 months to 1/2 way paint a vehicle that had no dents or any other issues.Several conversations with both Omar and Jr. De Santiago, it seems they both were lying about even starting on the vehicle. For 6 weeks they expressed how hard it was to do and they had to sand the car down to the metal. I have pictures and recommendations from 2 other shops on the damage that occurred during this time. Evidently these guys lack any experience of doing the job correctly.Los De Santiagos Auto Body sanded all the chrome trim on my car. scratching it beyond repair. The side window was all scratched up from their sander. The inside of my limousine had bondo dust all inside. dried up bondo on the drivers seat. Which is strange because there was very little sanding done on my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle the side emblem fell off when I closed the door. Granted these were not the emblem that came with the car. Omar had broken the original ones and put some from a different vehicle on mine. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE.These guys asked for money and never performed the work agreed on.To make thinks worse in 3 areas were they did sand and prep for paint, THE PAINT PEELED OFF 60 DAYS AFTER APPLIED.When I took the car to show him he used some super glue as a temporary fix. ZERO customer service and the super glue he applied was 2 months ago. Its still there.There are plenty of honest body and paint shops out there.LOS DE SANTIAGOS AUTO BODY IS NOT ONE OF THEM.THESE GUYS PROVIDE POOR QUALITY ALONG WITH MISREPRESENTATION AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
