The staff was courteous and thorough, comfortable atmosphere. This is the default input that it gave me, which I agree with but Ill also add that these folks are awesome. Made me feel like a good friend!! Thank you all!!

I appreciate Dr. Yasmehs extensive expertise. His bedside manner is excellent. Additionally, I would want to express my gratitude to Sal for assisting me when I contacted to arrange an appointment. I required an urgent visit and Sal promptly assisted me within a matter of minutes. Also Sam is so nice he took my information prior seeing the doctor.Generally, I am content with my visit.

It was my 1st visit with Dr. Pickrell but he was already familiar with my situation. He knew the Drs. I had already seen. And knew of their views of my situation. He was attentive. I felt he was really listening to my explanation of my injury story. He asked the appropriate questions and not once did he rebuke, or otherwise make me feel like He is right and I know nothing of my body because Im not a doctor. I hate when doctors do that. HE TOOK TIME WITH ME!!!! It wasnt the usual ask me a question, dont care about my answer, and hes done. We had a pleasant, two way discussion and that matters. His recommendations met my expectations. I felt He was honest with me even when it was something I didnt like to hear-- I deeply appreciate that. His staff was professional and also knowledgeable of my condition before I sat down. I knew all involved had read my charts and were ready to receive me---THAT IS SUCH A NICE BONUS these days

Dr.Yasmeh is amazing! He is so sweet and caring. He answered all my questions and concerns. He didn’t rush me and made sure I was all good before I left. Thank you Dr.Yasmeh and your amazing team.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Lu who helped explain my injury and the healing process every step of the way. I also appreciate the entire staff here and highly recommend this team!

I had to take my mom for a fracture in her arm, I cannot describe how professional and friendly they were all.The receptionist, and nurse were so helpful, and we were admitted in right on time.The doctor was so comforting and patient with my mom.It is a blessing after the trauma of he falling.

2 hour wait for scheduled appointment . Once in I had a great visit with Dr. Had quick X-ray, quick review of injury and quick office visit. Professional and personable. Nice.

I am 50 years young, worked in the medical field with many positions for over 30 years. unfortunately I have also been a patient with many serious conditions. My very first visit here surpassed all expectations. From the front to back they were phenomenal. Just the next morning after my visit and already feel 80% better with intent to have my other problems addressed next visit.

So far, so good the help there was very polite and cordial.This was my first visit, so it’s hard to gauge. I’ll know more once time goes on.
