Dr. Kenjiya is a wonderful doctor and hes not bad to look at either. Seriously though he is very nice and will answer any question you have and did wonderful work on my husbands totally hip replacement. The scar is one of the nicest Ive seen.

I have been coming here for approximately 4 months, the staff is friendly and professional. This place is clean and comfortable. My doctor is outstanding from all aspects! I definitely recommend this place.

Dr.botts and the nurses are good but I have a lot of trouble when it comes to filings. Whether it’s forms or prescriptions they dropped the ball a few times. You have to keep on them and remind them if you need anything done.

Front desk was fine, was greeted, signed in and was told to wait. After 30 min, I was taken to a room to wait, for another 20/30 min. The intake nurse came in without greeting or an introduction, I actually had to ask her who she was and her position. She gathered some info in regards to my injury & pain (none of which the doctor read btw). After she left I waited another 20 min before the doctor came in, he was pleasant but didn’t have any interest in gathering any info or looking at the nurses notes, he just took a quick look and said I needed a boot! Left unsure if I had a broken bone or a sprain, as he relied on the urgent care X-RAY, that was questionable, even to him. No new XRays, no touching or testing my mobility. Just a boot and a recommendation to elevate and ice. After he rushed out, I waited another 10/15 min to get my prescription for the boot. Not really worth my time and co-pay. I spent about 1 1/2 hours there, mostly waiting.

I met Dr. Sisto when I was at wits end with the care I was receiving from my doctor. I was referred to Dr. Sisto and I have never left his care. I would recommend Dr. Sisto to anyone seeking excellent care and a brilliantly skilled surgeon. The staff are caring and effective in the delivery of services. From the moment you enter the office suite you feel safe knowing that you can trust that your care is in the very best hands.

After 16 months of my hand surgery, still still suffering from severe pain.In my last appointment, Dr. Sisto did not stay in the office to discuss and answer all questions I have to get my life back.In my previous appointments, Dr. Sisto reacted to the word came out of my mouth and made a decision, like therapy, injection, pain management and so on. No action or interest to find the cause, so I can get to the bottom of my painful situation. He seem to get defensive when I ask question.I do not understand where dozens of great Reviews come, knowing this doctor personally.He seems not to care at all.

Recommended by insurance group for 2nd opinion. Very little wait- didnt have paperwork done before we went back to see the Dr. Spent more than enough time with me to answer my questions. I believe he gave the best plan yet. Friendly staff, very nice experience. Recommend without hesitation.

I am very pleased with Dr Nussband. He performed surgery on my back four years ago and it went very well. I have some back pain again and I returned back to him yesterday and I am confident he will help me again. He is very nice and listens without rushing and his staff is very pleasant also. I recommend him to everyone I know that has back pain.

Dr. Botts was very attentive and answered all my questions.Making an appointment was easy, however trying to have my Medical Release Form was rather frustrating due to the lack to one of the staff members who did not follow up, I had to be persistent to ensure my medical records were received otherwise it would have been a waste of time.Ms. M Flores was professional, communicated to me when I had to re-sent the Medical Release Form.Support staff should wear their name stags and/or introduce themselves.

I would rate this 0 if I could. His office staff is horrible. They didn’t send what my insurance required to get an MRI approved. I called them numerous times and said “there’s no notes in the computer that we had to send anything to be approved.” Haven’t they ever tried to get an MRI approved? Other times I called they had no idea what was happening They always asked me if I knew who I previously talked to. This office isn’t that big. There is NO communication between the staff. They never sent xrays they took to my insurance. I drove about 40 miles to see this doctor. The second time I saw him I brought my MRI (that I paid for) in. I left that day still not knowing what was wrong with me. The doctor was in a huge hurry and barely talked to me. To make matters worse, the office staff forgot to give me my $400 MRI disc back to me. Then when I called, they said I forgot to ask for it! THEY took it from me, and took it somewhere else in the office. THEY should have given it back to me. I’m waiting to get it back. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY I might even complain to my insurance company. I don’t want them paying this doctor. He did nothing for me. I’ve never had such a bad experience. I could have gone to someone closer to my house, and I probably would know what’s wrong with me by now

I am fresh out of surgery Not even 90 days yet.I still have a high level of surgical pain And very very Limited mobility. Dr. Gregg Sobeck Insist On sending me back to work In the poor condition that I am in. I expressed to him that I need more time to heal And I would not be able to handle going back to work At this time. I asked him to please extend my work note he would not do it.He went on to insult me Saying the pain was in my head And I had to have mind Control over it.This is the worst Dr. I ever encountered. He’s arrogant and has no bedside manner and he does not care about my issues And concerns.He was talking down to me like I was a child.It makes me wonder if he was talking down to me because I’m a person of color. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this doctor.

I like Dr Soback, but every time I visit the office, I feel rushed in and out. He comes in for few minutes and then he is gone. The staff could use a smile and a little more bedside manner. Hardly anyone greets you with “hello, how are you doing today Ms so and so, or good to see you again!” They ask you what your name is when you sign in, call you in, walk you to your room, and that’s it. I would like to see a personal touch added to their patient/staff interaction.I know they are busy, but as a patient who is in pain, I like to feel welcomed and cared about.

Dr. Richard Nussbaum was so amazing to me and for me. He took all the fear out by answering any questions, encouraging my husbands participation in all aspects and his honesty. I am so very grateful to him and his staff. They are all professional and kind. Because of Dr. Nussbaum, I can walk and move with less pain.

I came in with hip and shoulder pain, pretty convinced it was a soft tissue injury from working out intensely. The doctor did not examine me, did not touch me or maneuver me at all, just looked at an X-ray, asked a few questions, told me it wasn’t a joint issue, told me to take alleve, and wrote an order for PT. I left feeling disappointed... didn’t get a diagnosis, wasn’t told what the name of the injured area was, and expected some kind of exam, at least. The whole appointment lasted about 5 minutes.

Great surgeon and MD. So far my shoulder surgery is outstanding. I only wish that right after my accident he referred me to a orthopedic surgeon, that their specialty was feet, podiatry. Ill never be able to walk right again this way, but thats the way workers comp cases are handled. Your own company that you work for, and their insurance company.

Its nice to have a Dr. that listens to your bodies needs as well as what you want. Dr. Nussbaum is that Dr. He tells you what your body needs and then works with you to make the current and long term decisions that will work for both. For me, I want to put off another operation as long as I can.

Dr, Berkowitz is a gentleman, I was having trouble walking the first visit to his office, my left leg kept trying to buckle on me. Dr B put his arm around me and took my left arm to assist me to the exam room. I like his personality, his knowledge and the way he has of comforting you through a painful procedure.
