Dr. Park is the most brilliant, kind, sweet, caring doctor I have ever met. He has the knowledge of a seasoned doctor and the forward thinking of a young brilliant doctor. I was really nervous about this appointment, Glaucoma is definitely a scary thought. Dr Park was so comprehensive in his testing, all of the support staff were absolutely lovely and I left feeling at ease that confident the care plan in place will ensure my symptoms are monitored and care implemented accordingly. Highly recommend coming here if youre wanting a comprehensive solution.

He’s attentive, knowledgeable, informative and an extremely skilled surgeon. Subsequent to me being diagnosed with glaucoma, Dr. Park performed a MIGS surgery procedure. I have been fortunate to have met Dr. Daniel Krivoy at the LA Glaucoma Group almost 10 years ago and I’ve never looked back. I cannot say enough about his expertise and endearing personality. There is no better physician than one that takes the time to patiently answer questions, provide detailed explanations, and knowledgeable advice. That has held true in all of my many visits to see both Dr. Krivoy and Dr. Daniel Park. The lead technician, Rob, as well as all of the technicians, have been very knowledgeable and they all take the same care and consideration with patients. The staff and doctors are great. Besides both Dr. Krivoy and Dr. Besser, who are both kind and very competent I would like to mention Gaby, Bob and especially Stacy and Sonia for their caring attitudes. However, the office is VERY busy. In my visits w Dr. Krivoy I have waited upwards of 2 hours after my appointment time to see him, and have never waited less than an hour. In my two visits w Dr. Besser the wait was shorter.

I arrived 35 minutes early for my appointment as I was very nervous. I didn’t have to wait too long for the series of things to be done until I was put into a private room for the laser experience. I waited for quite a while in that room until finally 2 people came in to start up the laser. It was very noisy and a bit scary for me as they left right away. I sat in that room for almost an hour before one of the techs came back to put numbing drops in my eye, and before Dr. Krivoy came in. The laser was very painful and uncomfortable, and quite different than I thought it would be. I thought there would be just one laser shot into my eye, and instead there were numerous laser shots all over my eye. I was really glad for it to be over and not looking forward to having my other eye lasered.
