Setup a call with the csr rep and we made an appointment fairly quickly. Richard who was the tech that helped me was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing as well as educated me on the materials. We had a fairly large job for scotch guarding and Richard handled it professionally and seamlessly. I highly recommend this company as they are probably the best in the game. I have also used them in the past at my home for upholstery cleaning as well. Thanks for the good work I can’t wait to work on future projects as well.

I have no words how amazing this company clean the carpet! Lucas came to our place and did such a great job! Very happy with the service. Super clean, got out many spots from our 13 yr old couch. Rick, whom I spoke with over the phone, was incredibly helpful and informative, answering all my questions and providing thorough explanations about rug materials and pricing with transparency. Richard, the technician, arrived promptly and even earlier than expected, notifying me beforehand. Initially I wanted to clean a sectional and one rug, I opted to add two more rugs, and Richard gave me a great bundle deal. I had forgotten to write a review and then my friend came over last night and asked if i got a new couch and it reminded me! My couch seriously looks like a brand new couch! Lucas did an amazing job cleaning the couch and carpet. There was a communication issue and I wasnt aware that they cant clean any carpet thats under a rug, and if I would have known that I would have put the rug away ahead of time. So Lucas came back a few days later and cleaned that part of the carpet at no charge. Also, if you live in an area without parking for a huge van make sure to make arrangements ahead of time to secure parking for them thats big enough and close enough that the hose can reach. After we worked the kinks out things went great and I will definitely use them again!

Great work by Lucas! Cleaned the carpets super fast. To be honest I was not sure but it Looks amazing after the work. We had some bad stains and it’s mostly gone now. He was very friendly and professional as well. Would definitely recommend. Came on time was completely honest abt wt was doable and not. Ours is a Appartnent so he used the portable cleaning machine, but if ur house has road access the have an inbuilt machine that is much more powerful and faster as well.

Do not get your couch cleaned here if you don’t want it ruined! Especially if it’s from Restoration Hardware as they claim to have experience with their products but only after they ruined our couch did they tell us they sometimes have this issue. They cleaned my 3 year old restoration hardware couch and left it with red streaks all over from the cleaning fluid. In order to rectify they took the couch and re-dyed it, which resulted in it looking completely worn and pilled.

Called the company because they had good Yelp reviews. I called later in the afternoon after they were closed and left a message. First thing the next day, I received a call back, and they went out of the way to schedule my appointment the same day. Richard showed up as scheduled and on time. Richard was very professional. Looked at my carpet and presented all my options, and explained the difference between them. I opted for the pretreatment as my carpet was pretty bad. Great experience. I had a 6 month old cream couch that had been trashed to a grimey grey by our 4 dogs. Id tried regular vacuuming, baking soda, and even the living spaces specialized cleaning product. Richard was able to get the couch looking brand new again and also spot cleaned a second hand couch I thought was ready to go out to the curb. I watched some of the process and it was as satisfying as a pressure washing video. Plus - no surprises with the price, stuck with the quote and was in and out in about 2 hours.

Richard cleaned 3 of area rugs, showed up on time, really nice guy, did great work. Made sure my newly painted entry door and staircase were protected by his equipment which I really appreciated. I call them every 6 months or so since I have 2 young kids and a dog. Call them!

We had originally considered doing a cheap carpet cleaning ($65 for 2 bedroom condo + loft) through someone off Groupon, but upon reading the Yelp reviews of those places, realized they used only WATER (and no actual cleaning agents), did an incomplete job, and tried to do a bait-and-switch upset to a much more expensive service. Searched on Yelp and found these guys, with a pretty much perfect Yelp rating. I called and immediately spoke with Gary, who was very friendly/helpful, offered a GREAT price not much more than Yelp, included all the bells and whistles, and was very flexible on timing. We had a tough job -- there was a kids urine stain that had set in for 2 years, shoe marks, other challenging food and traffic stains. But they sent 2 guys with a portable unit, even managed to get it up a terrifying flight of spiral stairs, and got out all the stains, including the urine stain. The service was fast and courteous, and the quality was exceptional! Worth every cent! I

I just had my carpet cleaned for the second time by this company. Amazing guys from the Gary at the main office to Brian who actually cleaned my carpet. Brian was sooooo polite and did such a good job! I’m never using anothe company. They showed up on time and they were friendly. However, I was quoted $85 to clean a 9x12 rug with new stains from my dog. When they got there SURPRISE! its really $500. I feel like the guy knew I was in a bind and took advantage of me. I was prepared to let that go. I ask if the stains would for sure come out and I was told, One thousand million percent. After the cleaning my rug was all wavy along the edges (warped). I was assured that would go down as the rug dried. It of course didnt. Then, as the rug dried and the nap was pushed back to regular, all the stains were there. So now I not only have stains but a rug thats ruined. I called to discuss this with them and was told I would get a call back. I didnt. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and the credit card company told me they were going to call the merchant themselves. After a hold the credit card company rep came back and told me the merchant hung up on her. I have no idea how a company like this got any good reviews.

These guys absolutely rock both from a work quality perspective as well as professionalism. There was a slight mix-up between the back office and the technicians, we were expecting them between 10-12, but the techs had been told 12-2. A quick call to Gary solved that and he immediately remediated the inconvenience. Richard who did the main part in the apartment was very thorough in explaining the work that would be undertaken, and where the dog urine stains were. Very polite, patient in answering all questions. Extremely please with the work they did, give them a try. Ive tried many companies before and they always try to add something here and something there. Not this one, very impressed, thanks Richard, see you again for the next treatment.
