Lori is a high quality professional and also a great human being. This is evident in everyone of her interactions as she always demonstrated care, excellence, and compassion consistently throughout our 6 months working together. She was with me literally every step of the way and made me feel secure and supported. She was able to convey this safety and support to me through her actions and her words. She made sure that I always felt guided and supported in navigating my own home buying process and encouraged me to explore my options until I found a place of my own. Everytime I felt discouraged by the competitive housing market, she would encourage me to keep looking and would reassure me that my place was out there waiting for us to find it. She assured me that through strategic planning and perseverance I’d be able to weed out those places that were not meant for me anyway and would lead me one step closer to my own home.Lori is excellent at her job and this is evident in the way in which she always does her research. For 6 months, we spent just about every weekend looking at different properties together. Each time she would show up with a list of the places we were going to see that day. The list included a description of the property’s most significant details that would allow me to make an informed assessment, and ultimately form my own opinion of the place. Each time she would ask questions to guide my decision on whether or not I’d have any interest in pursuing the purchase of the property. She also taught me how to form an unbiased opinion of each condo unit we saw and to base my decision on solely the facts, so that I would not make a hasty transaction. Lori would take notes through each of our walkthroughs about our observations. She would later call me to discuss any additional findings and cross off any properties that would show any sign of a risky purchase. This detailed and systematic approach is what reassured me that no matter how long it took, we would find my home at the right time. Or as I always said: “In divine timing!”Lori supported my ultimate vision for my home and made recommendations to guide me toward the right direction. She provided all the resources and tools I needed to complete my home buying process successfully. The use of the online portal OneHome made it easy for me to navigate the inventory available in the market. I was able to save my favorite condo units and compare them side by side. This was a valuable tool in deciding which unit was better suited to be my home in terms of price, value, and preferences. Because Lori was able to see the properties I favorited, this allowed us to always be on the same page about my likes and dislikes, which made it easy for us to communicate effortlessly. After some challenges with my own loan officer, Lori also was also able to refer me to a trustworthy loan officer, Kevin. He was able to qualify me for a larger loan than my first loan officer could. This expedited my home buying process significantly and I’ll always be grateful to both Lori and Kevin for their tremendous help, support, and guidance in getting my home.Lori has always been very personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. If I ever had a new idea, a question or concern, I felt comfortable calling, texting, or emailing her at any time of the day, even late in the evening. Lori was always very responsive and never made me feel like there was a bad time to reach out. She would always respond promptly and in detail and would check for understanding. She always made sure I was well informed with the facts, and that all my questions were answered.I am the most lucky home owner for having had the honor and privilege of having Lori Loucks and her team represent me as my Real Estate team. She is a great real estate agent and I will recommend her and her team to any and all my family and friends. Lori is AMAZING! We have had the pleasure of working with her both on the buyer and seller side. Lori knows real estate in and out. Her professionalism and knowledge are invaluable. She is patient, kind, and makes both the buying and selling processes as easy as possible. On the seller side, Lori goes above and beyond her realtor duties by staging and making sure everything is perfect to attract the best buyer. On the buyers side, she is persistent and a tactful negotiator to get the property you want. Lori will always be our realtor for Southern California. I am extremely lucky to have found Lori Loucks. As I was a first time home buyer, she guided me through the often overwhelming process, explaining each step, and staying on top of things with the seller, escrow company, and inspectors. Her advice was always solid and clear. Lori is a problem solver. She is low-key, patient, knowledgeable, creative. I cannot sing her praises enough. I thank her and HIGHLY recommend her. Lori Loucks was my realtor when I bought my condo. My two previous homes were bought from the builder, so I had no previous experience with a buyer’s agent.But Lori was great. She understood what I was looking for and made the search easy. She was responsive to all my (many) questions and always available. Even after the purchase was complete, she has responded to my occasional questions about real estate, vendors, trusts, etc.Most importantly, Lori is completely honest and ethical. I would trust her with any financial dealings. And, should I ever decide to move, she will be my first call. I can recommend her without reservation.

Lori is the best! She has so much patience. We felt completely comfortable with her without any pressure at all!! She helped us get the home of our dreams. She went above and beyond by advocating for us to the sellers. She helped by writing letters and expressing our deep desire for the Home. There were several offers and she got it for us. I want to briefly share how happy we were with selecting Lori Loucks as our Realtor, and to also advise others about how choosing the right Realtor is everything when it comes to buying a house. We recently purchased a home in a sought after neighborhood, and of course we had to go up against a couple of other Realtors who also wanted the house and who also submitted offers. We made an offer on the house the very first day the house went on the market, but unfortunately so did a few other people. One of the other offers was a cash offer, and another offer was higher than our offer and over the asking price, but Lori was able to beat out the other Realtors and convince the Seller to go with us instead of the others! Negotiating is a huge part of buying a house and I seriously doubt that any other Realtors could have pulled that one off, similar to the competing Realtors who we beat out in this case. Lori is great A-Z, but if you don’t get the house you want, then nothing else really matters. Therefore, it’s very important that to choose the “right” Realtor to get the deal done at all costs, and that is exactly what Lori did for us. I was referred to Lori by my lender and she did not disappoint. I am a first time home buyer and although I did my research I still had a lot of questions & needed help during my home buying journey. From the beginning and throughout the process Lori was easy to communicate with & early on she reassured me that while it is a frustrating process... and might feel impossible... the home for me was out there somewhere and that we would find it. I had a lower budget with some high expectations and Lori did not give up and continued to stay positive throughout our house looking. She was always reliable and patient and really took the time to answer any questions that I had (and I had a lot!). When the time came for me to put an offer in on my dream home, Lori did her best for me. She communicated and worked with the sellers agent and filled me in every step of the way. She made recommendations to make my offer more appealing & I am happy to say that I will be moving into my dream home in the next two weeks! Even though I found my home, Lori was kind enough to let me know that she will still be here for any questions that I have. While home buying can be stressful and such a hectic time, Lori helped me enjoy the process!

Lori has been not only the most patient but quite possibly the easiest person we have ever worked with. The Best Real Estate Agent Ive hadIve bought and sold a dozen homes over my adult life and I cant say enough about Loris skills as a realtor. Anytime I needed her, she was there. She is accurate, speedy, professional and empathetic. I knew she was always on my side and made sure my needs and my concerns were addressed.
