I really like this theater. Every screen is a good size, particularly the PX. Audio is great. Theyve been playing older, classic movies from the 70s, 80s, and beyond, which I really appreciate! Friendly staff, especially Henriette, who works the ticket sales up front. Shes always in a good mood, helpful, and saying, Enjoy your movie! From what I understand, she has been working here before it was even the Look, so makes sense shes a pro at her job. Check this theater out, you wont regret it!

Henriette is the reason this I choose this theater over AMC. Her expertise and kindness is an asset to the Look Cinema chain. Also the management Sergio and service person Miranda. I came to see the strangers chapter 1. It was an empty day but overall the experience was good. Seats were comfortable & clean. What was cool about the theater is that there was a QR code to order food & drinks & they deliver it right to your seat. I got a watermelon Margarita which was delicious. I also ordered Mac & cheese bites which was okay. The service was great, the staff is super friendly. Restroom were very clean & stocked. I briefly met the GM while buying tickets & he was friendly & welcoming. Definitely recommend to check out this theater. From what I seen they have happy hour during the week.

Great place to take the little ones to watch a movie! Customer service is at an all time high thanks to the new management staff that’s taken over. Clean, fun atmosphere with great food and pricing. Make sure to get a time before 6-7 to get a great seat because it will fill up! Will definitely be going again!

Love being able to see a movie and have actually delicious food and cocktails delivered to me--way better than dinner and a movie... give this place a try and have it all at once!The team was absolutely awesome - they were so friendly, welcoming, and made great suggestions on their new menu. Tried their mozzarella sticks which they said they make in-house and their hot honey bacon chicken sandwich--seriously restaurant quality.I cant wait to go back and see another movie there soon!

LOOK Cinema is my go to theatre. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The menu has recently been updated and now provide a selection of popcorn combos, kid combos and tasty new cocktails. The food has always arrived hot and fresh for my family and I. I recommend trying their fried Oreos; its my go to dessert!Overall, great place to go catch a movie and or to pop in for food and drinks. Excellent service & friendly staff!

Theater was clean in this heat they kept the AC blasting which was perfect for a person that runs hot like me. The bartender Rosa was a cutie she was friendly had a nice smile, made good drinks didnt skimp on the alcohol like other bars. Didnt taste watered down. The appetizers came out in a timely matter. It was a good vibe would definitely come back to the bar for some food and more drinks.

I went in there yesterday for an early Mother’s Day and I had a wonderful experience! It was the cleanest theater I have ever been to and the service was great. The food was phenomenal and I definitely recommend the pizza. I talked to Sergio (the manager) about my experience before I left. He was so sweet to set aside time to talk and listen to me. Will definitely be going back!

BIG CHANGES happening at this theater! Last night I hosted a movie event at this venue for 130 ladies. I’ve had previous events at LOOK Monrovia and I ways ran into issues: poor service, slow service and dirty restrooms. But a NEW manager has turned it all around. The place was spotless, broken items were repairs and there were tons of attentive staff. I can’t wait to plan my 18th event there in 2024!

This theater is a classic example of dont judge a book by its cover. I was pleasantly surprised by its modern features despite its classic look. The servers provided great customer service. I really appreciated the patience they had with my kids and the food was delicious (not your typical basic theater food). I loved the small town vibe especially since Sergio the Manger was really present and engaged with the customers and made us feel welcomed. This is also a perfect datenight theater since it is located in the downtown area so you can make a night out of it.

Comfortable seats. Food was decent but not worth the price. Took 45min for them to serve it to us. We ordered it 30min before the movie started and they brought it to us in about 15 minutes into the movie. I asked for ranch didn’t get the ranch. Drinks took over an hour was served after the meal. Overall nice place to watch movies but the service and food needs to be improved.

Every time we visit this theater, Henriette and the team have exceeded our expectations. The service, the quality of the food, and the friendliness of the staff is amazing. Recently, I accidentally booked the wrong seats and Henriette was so friendly and eager to help us. She resolved our mishap in only a couple minutes! This is our favorite theater and we will continue to go back!

A huge improvement over the previous owner (kirkorian). Epic screen size (at least 2 to 3 times larger than ipic), Food and drinks ordered right from your seat via their app was brought out quickly and accurately. All seats recline and the aisles are super wide so no need to get up to let people walk by and no stepping on toes either.

Coming to Look in Cinemas in Monrovia has to be the best movie experience I have ever had. The theater itself is on par with competing theaters, however it is the AMAZING service and attitude of the greeter Henriette that puts this experience over the top. She always lightens up my day with great recommendations and entertaining conversations. She also did an amazing job with selling us on joining the infinity club, which is already saving me and my boyfriend lots of money on our movie habits! 10/10 recommend any avid movie fans to check out this theater !

Second time coming to Look Cinemas in Monrovia and will probably visit more frequently instead of AMC. We saw the new Planet of the Apes movie and enjoyed our visit. The staff was friendly and service was pretty quick overall. The bartender was really friendly and easy to communicate with about new movies and recommendations for beers and drinks. I believe he was the GM - manager in the suit helped out for a minute while i asked about food options. Ended up getting the Meat Lovers pizza and it was great. Probably going to see Bad Boys 4 or the new Deadpool movie next.

I truly enjoy look cinema! I am apart of the infinity membership where i can watch 1 movie a day for a whole calendar year and I only paid $99. In addition, I just want to say that I often have the pleasure of experiencing employee Henriettes genuine, positive, helpful service. Good customer service is few and far between but Henriette goes above and beyond every time to make sure my partner & I feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of. It’s reasonably clean (considering that we usually go after a particular theater has been through several shows that day), the food and drinks are reasonably priced, and the staff friendly. The new team here appears to be trying hard and we are rooting for them to succeed.This is our favorite theater and we drive past multiple other theaters to get to it, visiting at least 1-2 times a month.The Impossible Cheese Burgers they create are so good I and others thought they were actually meat. Its funny that the best veggie burger weve had is at this movie theater.The rum punch drink (Bob Marley) and ice cream sundae is also usually really good.Things arent running perfectly smooth yet, and ordering food and drinks and waiting for service is still too painful an experience, but the managers are very receptive to feedback, and excepts for once or twice when the theater wasnt cleaned correctly, we always enjoy the actual movie experience.

I have been here 3 times in the last two months and I just dont love it. I plan on coming more due to having the year movie pass but I wish the experience the Monrovia location offered was a bit better.First visit - it was hot. Wheres the AC? Neither of our seats had the QR code and the menu doesnt list meal deals. Our food arrived cold and the cheese was already solidifying. Ok fine. We know not to order food.Second visit - ordered popcorn and Butterfingers. The popcorn tasted great on top but the middle had this weird plastic taste. Ok forget it. The butterfingers tasted old and stale but werent expired. Ok again. Now we eat beforehand .Third visit - played it safe and just got drinks. Boy, were we mistaken. It took about 17 minutes to get two drinks. 1 employee was working. But working and talking in a corner with I think management who was on break. It took forever.Then it came time to pay. Well theres no tablet. Movie starts at 8pm. Its 8pm. They have to call someone to get a tablet. I dont know why theres not a way to pay at all times but here we are.Someone comes and asks for my card and SWIPES it before 1. Showing me the amount of confirming anything and 2. Asking for a tip. It happened so fast I didnt even realize she made a payment on my behalf without a single word.I give up.Also, fake 5 star reviews? About 10 people, with this place being their only review, have rated this place 5 stars. And two weeks ago the same thing! A large group of people all at the same time leaving the same rating??

I went on 8/22/23 to see talk to us. Movie theater was completely trashed. They didn’t clean up before the next screening so we had to sit in a trash theater and watch the movie. Multiple people including myself told the manager and he didn’t do anything about it he just said a cleaner would be in and the cleaner never came. The pictures are from my row left and right side of me. All the other rows were also completely trashed

The theaters are small with large screens and spacious comfy seating. The cocktails were tasty but a bit weak, and I did not enjoy my burger or loaded fries. The popcorn was a bit too salty. However, there was no seasoning on the regular fries. My husband enjoyed the chicken tenders, and my daughter enjoyed the chocolate shake.

I love the experience at LOOK theaters! Its so relaxing 🧘‍♀️to have a drink 🍻 and some high quality food 🍤🥘🍨 before or DURING ur movie. And those big recliner chairs are so plush! The LOOK in Monrovia has events like live music 🎶 🎸🥁👩‍🎤 or a dj 🎧 certain evenings of the weekends to gain more patrons! Who does that? Freaking awesome! I remember when the theater use to be the Studio Movie Grill. The updates to the theater gives it a swanky feel. There is a large bar/lounge area. This area is good for dates or if people want to hang out. The rooms are small. The food is expensive. This is good for adults, not necessarily families.

Looks like the theatre staff has improved by 80%. They hired new staff, and they are quick to serve food now. Only, I wish they would pay attn to the orders a bit more. In the long run it was a good experience. Hadn’t been there before so it took a few minutes to catch on to the everything being done through phone (mostly). Ordered tickets for the wrong seats but that was quickly taken care of for us by Tatiana (thank you for your assistance). Then I wasn’t able to verify my phone number (I swear I’m not a robot, but the internet wasn’t having it) so I couldn’t get food ordered. Eventually a nice young man was able to get our food order in. Enjoyed the movie without any other issues and the overall experience was good.

The best movie theater ever!!!! The inside is so epic, I was surprised at how beautiful everything was. There’s a photo op area when you first walk in with a huge ceiling to floor portrait of Frankenstein. So kool, and ticket ordering was simply and done online. We ordered drinks and quesadillas with popcorn and candy which was delicious, we had the best time. Also, found seating for our group which consisted of 8 ppl. Hard to find that when reserving seats at other spots. This place will not disappoint .

This once was a really nice clean, well staffed and busy place. It is really sad, as Monrovia is a nice town and this place is a horrible reflection. I am not one to complain, it takes alot.... I was seated in theater 11 seat D3 on Monday Jul 24. I ordered the popcorn combo (popcorn and Lg coke), along with chicken tenders and a vanilla shake. The coke arrived late and the server started to walk away so I mentioned my popcorn and he looked confused. He then said he would look into it. A little while later another sever walked by with 2 bags of popcorn, asked if I got my popcorn and I said no, he then just walked away. I used the need assistance option on the app, and about 15 minutes later a staffer showed up and I asked about my popcorn. he then said the kitchen was closed and couldnt get me my popcorn. he then asked if there was anything else he could help me with. Are you kidding??? he didnt even offer to refund my purchase for something I DID NOT GET. I asked for a refund and he said he would have to talk to the manager. He never returned and I was not given a refund. A little while later I received a text message with my receipt. Not only was the combo NOT refunded, i was also charged a 20% tip, not something I approved, and certainly not deserved.When the movie was over I tried to find the manager, but literally all of the lights were off and I couldnt find a single person. NOT A SOUL IN SIGHT. I hollered, but didnt get a response. So I left and decided I would call back.I called early Wednesday July 26 and my call went straight to voicemail, so i left a message. I did not expect a call back, because Why would someone bother to call me back? its clear no one there cares. I called again later that evening, and no answer. So now Im taking to this method hoping for some satisfaction. I have no problem contacting my credit card company and initiating a charge back.Im very disappointed in the lousy service, and even lousier response to customer service issues. This theater should hold a lot of potential, but the apathetic attitude is going to drive customers away. I should also point out that the theater was NOT cleaned after the previous showing. When I walked in for my movie (before trailers, lights still on) there was left over food at various seats. What if it had been my seat? Am I expected to bus my own seat? I should also add that the serve staff seems really confused, you can see them walking back and forth with food trying to find who ordered the food. It took 3 visits to get my entire order, well, minus the popcorn.

Honestly I used to love this place until a few days ago. My boyfriend and I ordered two drinks and a popcorn. I never received my drink and they ID’d my boyfriend numerous times when they didn’t do that to anyone else. Also his drank came back so strong it tasted like just pure alcohol. The women who served us was very nice but the guy who brought his drink was very unprofessional and rude. Went to see the new Super Mario Bros movie here for my adult sons birthday. 🤗Walking towards the staff checking tickets at the end of the hall, they were amidst a few tables of theater snacks either for sale or as samples for ordering. Either way, it was sheer chaos, to the point of trying to figure out who was in charge of these staff? There was no organization.Finally got through the madness and found our seats and placed our order. They got my order wrong, attempted to fix it, twice, but I still left having paid for items not received. But not enough to want to spend the time to explain, request a refund, etc. As I stated above, there wasn’t any management seen in that general area.It wasn’t like that under the previous ownership. This place is dirty. When I tasted the fried food, it tasted like the grease was reused. The chairs we sat at were missing the QR codes to order drinks so we needed to use other chairs to get staff to come take our order. The outside of the theater was very inviting. The inside of the theater seemed a little cold and more like a bowling alley. Ordering food through the website could be better with drop-down tabs rather than having to scroll endlessly for items. The popcorn and water were already at our seats when we entered the auditorium. Menu stated that loaded fries came with ranch dressing but were told differently at our seats. Ranch dip was brought after our fries were finished. We brought this up to an employee only to be brushed off for incoming guests. I am willing to try another location.

We always enjoy our movie but we’ve encountered two system errors with the cinema. First was with the Super Mario movie, the time in my online booking said 12pm but the movie actually starts at another time. 11-ish and no one can confirm what time our tickets actually were. We got free drinks for the inconvenience. For our Barbie movie, we picked seats 16-18 in the same row and found when we got there that there was no seat 18 in that row. The associate was very helpful and figured out a solution right away. They moved us to another row but one of our seats was for ADA seating so we were down one reclining seat so my 6yo ended up sitting on my lap.

Ive been coming to this theater since it was the Krikorian, was very happy to support when SMG took over, and have continued to support since the pandemic restrictions have been lifted with Look Cinema taking the reigns.Just a year ago, I feel like everything about the theater was still a good experience. However, in the last few months the menu has changed, the service has gotten worse, the experience of ordering from the seat has not worked for me since last year probably. The swap from sliders to burgers has not been great in my opinion, its a lot harder to snack on while the movie is playing. Meanwhile, its not like its any cheaper to enjoy a meal and a movie here. On one of my visits, somehow my order was placed twice (thankfully was not billed for 2 meals), but the point still stands.Ever since Quantumania dropped, I have been ever more so hesitant about placing an order to dine in at the dine-in theater, which should be the opposite reaction.15 years ago I saw Iron Man here for the first time, 8 years ago I waited literally all day in the theater to get good seats to see Star Wars Episode 7 opening night.Id like to say I still love coming here to see movies and enjoy a meal, but I dont think I can.

As a movie theater this place is an A because the prices are comparable to major cinemas but with the option to dine in and a bar.I just couldnt stretch to give it five stars.The bar is nice, the pool table and arcade games are popular with the kids. Look cinema is definitely a more pricey theater which typically would be no problem if you think about what you’re paying for. The issues only came when I got into my theater. Upon arrival I was told the theater was in progress of being cleaned which is no problem, the problem happened when I was allowed into the theater with my family only to find our seats looked and felt extremely sticky! Ontop of this the floor of our theater appeared to have been poorly swept as there was bits of popcorn everywhere. Frankly when you spend more than 50-$60 on movie tickets for three people you’d expect your seats to at least not be sticky and riddled with popcorn! The only positive to this situation was an extremely nice older lady who assisted me and my family when we first came in! She not only was friendly but assisted my family with anything we needed help with so huge thank you to her. I try not to hate to much on this theater as I’ve gone here for years even when it was the studio movie grill, but frankly this situation upset me but I will be returning as I know mistakes happen. I hope their cleaning issues get resolved soon.

This place has really gone downhill over last few years. As others have said, its filthy. I thought I was paying more to have a nice movie-going experience and wanted to avoid AMC because that place is run down too. But this place is so so much worse now. Literally the worst movie theater experience ever. As others have said the app is hard to use and glitches out often. I ordered the Barbi martini pictured in an elegant martini glass and got an overly sweet punch in an old-fashioned tumbler my grandfather would use. It was inappropriately masculine. Even an orange juice glass would have been better. Then, 20 minutes after the movie started finally the popcorn comes. We did not order any extra salt, but this thing was like a salt lick. The coke was super watered down, couldnt even taste the syrup. So $50 bucks for trash drinks & terrible food. At AMC I can season my own popcorn, get my own drinks and have both before the movie starts. If you dont close out the tab on the glitchy app :30 mins before the movie ends, they add 20% tip to their over-priced foods. This is also not a thing at AMC. The app doesnt save your CC info (even when you enable & ask it to save) so paying the tab is a hassle & takes away from the movie. 3 of 6 stalls in womens room were broken. The Mens has graffiti & broken stalls too. No toilet paper, no napkins, no soap. Gross. Movie was blurry in parts. Ridiculous. So $100 for 2 people and thats why we will NEVER ever come back. Plus, the first 3 rows are so close to the screen you literally cant enjoy the movie. Screen needs to be much smaller if youre going to sell seats that close.

I love this theater but... I am starting to get bothered by the amount of bad service Ive had expirenced while going to watch a movie. Its almost every single time I go my food gets there late and super cold. Today is the first time Im complaining because I actually got annoyed. I realized my food was late so I pressed the call server button and nothing... 20 minutes later I pressed it again and nothing. What is the point of having that button then if nobody is going to come. Meanwhile i see people in the room getting there drinks/food. It completely pissed me off to say the least. I told the worker and they gave it to me and it was completely cold and unedible since the buns were soggy and cheese for my nachos were stale... Its sad because Im going to explore new cinema options but that was the theater I attended as a kid before it became Look Cinemas.

Do not eat the chicken nachos! I got awful food poisoning from them. But honestly besides that, the theater is run down. Head rests are worn, bathrooms are sad and run down and overall picture and audio was low quality. My boyfriend who works in AV noted that the picture was particularly blurry in theater 8. As a newer local resident of Monrovia, I have been looking forward to trying the theater, but after this experience I doubt I will be back.

Really good experience for date night with the wife. The food was pretty good. The popcorn was semi-hot. The drinks were great.The app, for us, was a bust. I couldnt figure it out. My wife figured it out, but it didnt work, so we flagged down a server. She was pleasant and apologetic for the issues with the app. It took a while to get our food, but it was worth it.The room temperature was good. The volume was good.The theater is located in a nice area.. .felt safe.

Very disappointing.A friend won free movie passes so we decided to use them. We arrived at the theater and were told what room the movie was playing in. The second we walked in we were both struck by how hot it was. I went out to ask if they could turn on the AC, and the manager, Mario, told me that hes very sorry, and that that particular room was supposed to be closed because the AC is broken, and offered to refund our tickets. When I asked why nobody told us, or why it wasnt on their website, Mario just apologized again, with no explanation, and offered again to replace our tickets. When I asked if maybe they could give my friend and I a free drink at the bar, so we could stay and at least enjoy trivia night, to make up for the ruined evening, he asked if I wanted that instead of the tickets. When I suggested both, since the tickets didnt cost anything, he replied that since we didnt pay for the tickets, it shouldnt be a big deal to us. I suggested that our experience was disrupted, which is really what they are selling, an experience, and he said he didnt have enough tenure to make a decision like that, and gave me the number to the General Manager. He also said the General Manager, Chris, would take the same position, as he is the one training Mario.Commentary - This is why movie theaters are failing. With todays technology, a movie can be watched at home with the same, sometimes better, picture that you get at a theater. I was looking forward to hanging out with a friend at the movies. I was looking forward to an experience. Clearly, no one there was trained to provide that experience. Their training was centered on selling tickets, at all costs, which is why the theater that was supposed to be closed, was actually open and generating revenue. It was not cleaned either, with popcorn everywhere, indicating it was not, indeed, meant to be closed. Im willing to wager, based on the lack of empathy and the generic responses we got to our situation, that we werent the first ones to complain.This theater has changed ownership at least three times in the last four years. Clearly we can see why.

It was ok. The seats were comfortable and they adjusted. But that was the only plus. I wanted to order food and after entering my card, there was a save my card option that didnt let me decline saving my card information. A glitch? After hesitation, I order my food any way. After 40 minutes there was so no sign or updates on my order. I tried to use the press for service button on my seat, but still no one came to assist. My boyfriend had to leave his seat in the middle of the movie to check on our food and they didnt even know what we ordered meaning our order never went through? We finally got our food 20 minutes before the movie ended. Whats the point of dine-in if its going to take so long? I couldve gone to a normal theater and got my food before hand. I couldnt even enjoy my self to the fullest because of this. Very irritating.

We love to watch movies at Look Monrovia. The seats are so comfortable and the sound is terrific. The only issue we have is that it takes so long to receive our popcorn and drinks once we order. This occurred several times. We would love to give a 5 star rating if there was improvement with this. The staff is very courteous and the theaters are very clean.

Very disappointed in the service, especially at the bar. We went there to be able to order some drinks and food before watching the movie. The bartender saw us sit down, but did not approach us, we were looking at the menu, and never came to take our order. Other people came and were taken care of but not us. When we asked if she could take our order, her response was, I was not sure if you wanted to order or just wait for the movie to start! Still, 10 minutes went by and she still didnt come to our table. We decided to leave and opted to complain to the manager. The manager was dismissive and only offered free passes for the next time which was not our reason for bringing to his attention the lack of customer service. Inside the theater, the reclining chairs were uncomfortable, and cannot adjust since you can only recline its manually.

The theater it’s self is OK. The reclining chairs are nice but they aren’t automated and a little firm.My gripe is that you can only order through the app. Make sure you close out your account before you leave otherwise they charge you 20% gratuity.I ordered a large Coke and a large popcorn. I’m at the movies I went to enjoy my popcorn. They bring me this bag that is no bigger than a microwave popcorn bag, the popcorn is cold, stale, no butter and they brought me the wrong drink. Couldn’t find anyone to help me to get the order correct. I won’t be going back.I don’t see that place staying open much longer. This is the second time I’ve been there with the same issue and it’s always empty

It was a hot 97° summer day and I decided to see the 3D release of Avatar. The whole theater complexes beautiful, modern and sleek. Apparently extensive food services available but I didnt check it out. Only a total of four of us watching the movie so it was like a private showing. Wonderful experience. Except..There were three separate technical glitches with the 3D projector so we were delayed by 30 minutes before we could start really watching the movie. The ushers were very helpful and polite and offered refund or free tickets, so we took the free tickets, enjoyed the movie thoroughly and will return again next time. Knowing the location in Monrovia and how slammed with crowds it gets on the weekend Im sure the theater gets packed to capacity. But its a very nice theater so I will return nevertheless.

In the last year or so we have gone to LOOK to see 4 movies, On 3 of those occasions the movie did not start at the scheduled time. The first time this happened we sat in the theater at least half an hour and were considering leaving when the movie finally started. While waiting, we were told they were having projector problems. On the second occasion, we were told the projector in the theater in which we were supposed to see the movie wasnt working, but the same movie was being shown in a second theater in about 45 minutes. We sat in the lobby and waited. The third time was yesterday. We wanted to see Oppenheimer at the 2:00 showing but were told there would be a 45 minute delay. Projector problems! We left. What kind of broken-down equipment do you have, and why hasnt the problem been addressed and eliminated over the past year? It would appear from our experiences over time that this must happen a lot in your theater and will continue to happen. Weve had enough of it. While we prefer seeing movies in Monrovia because of the convenience in parking, Pasadena is now our destination of choice for seeing movies. Three strikes and youre out!

Me and my daughter always have a date night, We enjoyed everything!!! The food, customer service, margaritas were delicious 😋 I hade to have (2), seats are very comfortable! Only thing wrong, was we were not given napkins to wipe food off our face and hands, I just happened to have napkins in my purse. This is the only place that has recliners without paying for premium in SGV proximity. I enjoyed the themed drink and food, ordered through the app from my seat, very easy to use, and no more waiting in line! I visited two times this year and plan to continue going to this theater for my future movie watching experience. I cant see myself going to other theaters unless they can offer comparable experience.

I came here with my family in the evening on 1/6. We ordered our tickets online and walked in like we normally do. No one was there to check our tickets and tell us what theater we were in so we had to find it ourselves. We sat down and scanned the qr code to order food and it kept saying user not checked in so we couldn’t order. We were finally able to order with a staff member and our food never came! I love this theater but I am extremely disappointed with the service and will be taking my money elsewhere. Please do better!!

Totally fine dine-in theater for the local area. Service was friendly and prompt, theater itself was clean. Seats are very well spaced out and large. Nobody in the rows in front of you can block your view. Food is alright, if you gotta eat, but strictly that.Well still come back for sure, but definitely could be improved for now, hopefully this new ownership can do so over timeedit: We went again for Spider Man and one of the staff members had an extremely loud conversation with a customer about a candy order mix-up. Second time coming here and both times my experience has been bad. Food not good. This time only got regular theater nachos because of my bad experience with food last time, well nachos very bad as well. Chips are super hard and stale i was scared of breaking a tooth and just stopped eating them, cheese is not nachos cheese, popcorn very cold.

So basically I over paid for food and drink to sit in a restaurant where everyone is facing the same direction. The food did come quickly and was good. I was impressed they brought the drinks first.

Would rate it a 0 if I could. Went with my grandma and mom to see a movie a few days ago and we paid for three bottle water pretzel bites and popcorn. It took 30 min for then to bring the pretzel bites without drinks. An additional 10 min and they brought us three cups of water even though I paid for bottles and the popcorn were in bags and stale beyond anything Ive ever had. My grandma loves the moves and because of that so do we. We used to go to the krikorian growing up but since its changed Im glad we havent been back. We will never return to Look cinema again. You try calling they dont answer. The automatic gratuity which is Im sure illigal should be removed their service is atrocious and what a shame to such a wonderful town. All in all horrible experience.

It nice and very comfortable since they have reclining seats. It’s convenient to order your food from the app and then they bring it to your seat that are equipped with lil tables. But, to be honest I saw many people get distracted by all the employees walking in like every 5 min to bring customers orders.

Theater was nice but don’t expect food. First in the theater and ordered 20min before the movie started for a 7:45pm showing expecting this to be dinner. Well almost two hours into the movie later and trying to use the request assistance I have to leave my movie and track someone down to talk to a manager who they kept saying was in a meeting. Almost twenty minutes of my movie missed and the manager trying to offer me gift cards (so I can not get food again?!?!) and telling me they are under staffed and 2 plus hours behind on food I was credited the $50 plus I spent on food that looked like it was being brought in AFTER the credits were finishing. Was also told I would be refunded my ticket price but seeing as that hasn’t happened yet I do not expect it.TL:DR - Theater is nice, don’t show up hungry because of two plus hour wait for food if it shows up at all.

Good theatre with affordable prices. I’d come back for movie watching but not to eat. Here were my issues:1) The wait time doesn’t bother me, but when we checked with a server about our order because the people next to us all got their orders even though we placed our order before they even sat down - he was super rude and was like “I’m the only server for this entire theatre - so you’ll just have to wait” and I was like “I get that, but I just want to make sure it was t lost in the shuffle” and they were like “I know, you just have to wait”. PS - I saw 2 other servers in the theatre delivering food, at the time when he said he’s the only one. We got our order an hour after ordering - after others.2) My order was also wrong… but I couldn’t find anyone to help. There’s not a button or piece of paper you can raise to ask for help. You are literally at the mercy of hoping someone passes by you. I just ate what I got.Next time we would either eat before or after the movie. It’s a shame because we love dine in theatres and our favorite one is too far and we were hoping this would be our new go to
