Dang happy about this place. I had a cracked screen over my camera lens (and truthfully, I dropped my phone in the parking lot and shattered the back before arriving). They fixed it in less than 2 hours for less than $200. Soooooooo awesome! Also, they’re #petfriendly!!!! Really nice guys!

Had a busted screen on a Surface Pro 6. The repairman was transparent with the price and time, and was quick and efficient with the repair! It took less than a day for the screen replacement itself. My Surface Pro is back to its healthy normal self. Also cute doggies!

Its very unfortunate I did not get to do business here but I must say the customer service and how much that I was helped was priceless I would definitely recommend this place. I bought my phone off of Facebook Marketplace was a Mothers Day gift to myself and turns out the phone was a complete fake 😥 I hope this helps others but dont ever buy a cell phone off of Facebook Marketplace or any other platform like that because theres a high percentage that you will get ripped off like I did on Mothers Day.

I got my iPad fixed here for ~$300. The screen was very cracked and I was happy he was able to fix it. I was a little nervous about just handing over my iPad without getting any kind of ticket or guarantee of anything. He took down my name and number and gave me a call when it was ready and fixed! They take card (with a fee) also Zelle. Hoping not to break anything else, but will come here if I need something fixed.

Went to take a phone repaired and the owner was yapping away with a buddy and said it would take between 30 to an hour and he took about and hour and thirty minutes while talking and getting distracted along with that I have dirt/dust in my front camera... I dont think Ill be going here again

My experience at LB iRepair began when I fell off and onto a ladder with my Samsung Galaxy S8 in my back pocket! It was a month before I realized not only did I crack the screen but crushed/shattered the back of the phone as well. It worked fine for a month and then the touchscreen stopped responding so I took the phone case off and made the heart crushing discovery. I have had this phone for years and use it for EVERYTHING! Im not a person that likes change and I HATE if/when I have to get a new phone. I thought for sure my phone was a gonner. The SIM card holder was broken in 3 places as well. I read really good reviews about the shop and the owner Josh. I was preparing myelf for the worst and at the very least I figured I would be without my phone for days. I walked in and immediately felt good vibes (it didnt hurt that Josh had his cute dog, Molly, on his lap!) Not only did Josh have my phone fixed in an hour, when I realized the next day there was a photo file missing that contained ...wait for it....15,000 photos! All of my other photo/screenshot/download files containing thousands of images were there but not my main camera roll. Josh went above and beyond to diagnose, fix and recover 15,000 memories! It would be nice to never have to go back again but unless I wrap myself and my phone in bubble wrap it is highly likely that I will need his services again. It is comforting knowing I have the best phone hospital and phone doc to take care of my cyber child! I would recommend this place to anyone that needs quick, honest and fairly priced work done on their phone....Six star review.......the extra star is for Molly!)

If I could leave 0 stars I would, you mean top tell me people pay 400$ for original iPhone parts and they only give you 60 day warranty? Ridiculous! I would not recommend this place and if you do end up going please get the cheap screens clearly their “original ones” do no work, don’t spend your money, they are a scam. They said I did this 10 months ago and claim my water could’ve come in contact with water or any other liquids, I know how I take care of my phones and I have every single iPhone I had ever purchase. I’ve never had an screen problem before I’ve only cracked one and I had the bad luck to choose this place to fix it. Hi absolutely destroyed my phone in the pool and had to spend a lot of time here and these guys did everything they could to fix my phone for me. They have the ability to do very technical repairs unlike most every other repair shop in the area, even more than Apple and Best Buy which I think is really really cool. While sitting there for three or four hours because I just needed to stay until my repair was done I was able to hear a lot of other people come through and how they do business never changed and I could hear that they are very fair with people. I have use these guys about three or four times now and I’ve always come away with a good experience.

Josh did an excellent job of fixing my phone battery. Before I brought it in it was draining extremely fast. He worked his magic and within 10 minutes, voila! I have a phone battery that lasts about 24 hours with frequent use before needing a charge.He goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy and satisfied in every way.He also happens to have the cutest puppies to hang out with while he fixes your devices!He is easy to talk to, very straight forward, and fantastic with his hands and his repairs are nothing short of miraculous.I even witnessed him tell a potential customer that getting a new phone would be the cheaper route due to the damage on that particular device. He had cost himself a customer but did so knowing he had told the customer what was truly in his best interest. I left impressed with the integrity that he uses to run this business.The quality of work that is done here speaks for itself. Great personable service. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and 2 people were already ahead of me, so I asked Josh if he would like me to leave the phone with him or come back tomorrow. He kindly asked me to stay. He ended up staying 30 minutes past closing time to repair my broken phone. On top of that, I forgot my wallet and Josh allowed me to come back the next day to pay him. His prices are super fair and the best in Long Beach. Even when he is closed he will still answer his phone to take any questions about your broken phone. I first visited them last year when my iPhone 5s power button went on the blink. The owner, Josh, was able to fix it the same day for $50. I thought Josh was very personable and reliable and I was happy with the repair. I was hoping to never have to use them again, but what was I to do when my iPhone 6 decided to bungee jump out of my pocket and onto a cold hard tile floor, shattering its face (and, lets face it, my heart)? Welp, good thing LB iRepair is so close and convenient! Josh was able to replace my screen in about 30 minutes while I waited, total cost being $187 (still CASH ONLY). Now that its as good as new, Im crossing my fingers that I dont have to use iRepair again any time soon, but just in case life has other plans, Im so glad a reasonable and reliable repair shop is just a short drive away.

1st i Pay $130. the guy said i have 6 days warranty if same problem exists bring it back. After i get the pc, the next day the problem still exists gaming pc wont turn on. So i bring it back to check them. So i pay “another” $100 because they said they did a little extra work (what happened to 6 days warranty)??? I shouldn’t pay if i have warranty!!! And also again the next day the problem “STILL EXISTS” gaming pc wont turn on. If you want a phone fixed right come here, if you want to be overcharged at apple or somewhere else be my guest. I will continue to come here for any cellphone repairs that I might need. On Thursday May the 23rd I dropped an iPhone 8 that had a broken camera came back the next day around 5 and it was fixed mind you it was ready earlier that day just had work and couldn’t pick it up. Today May 27th I go in for a broken screen different iPhone of course and in 15 minutes or less I’m out of there with a brand new screen. Josh is efficient and won’t overcharge you. I brought in an iPod from 2005 to have its select button replaced. It couldnt be done in house and needed to be sent out to a specialist. After a few weeks, I called to check on it. Instead of telling me hed get back to me (like Ive come to expect from repair shops), he called the specialist then and there for me and let me know that the specialist just had to drop it off. I was able to pick it up today. Before he charged me, he had me make sure the iPod was working to my satisfaction. I brought out my card to pay, but he saved me the card fee by first asking if I had Venmo. Very friendly guy. I think a lot of the people who thought he was rude were people who didnt explain their issues/didnt understand the issues and thought they were getting ripped off when the total was more than the estimate.

Long story short: called in looking for advice for busted IPad Pro screen, and the cool guy that answered gave excellent feedback & insight -- essentially indicating that, in this case, I might as well wait for a time to get this fixed for a variety of reasons. This guy could have made a few bucks off of me -- an easy mark -- but he took the best interest of the consumer in mind. Next time I need help, I will most definitely go to Long Beach iRepair

My iPhone 6 Plus had sound issues. For whatever reason the phone would vibrate but not ring. Took the phone to Josh he figured out the problem in like 30 seconds. He offered me two solutions one to actually fix it and another to work around the problem. I chose the second one...well cuz it was free and worked just as good. Never hit the ground or anything just the pressure of my finger obviously he uses very cheap parts stay away from this business especially since he charges a premium For substandard quality parts. My iphone 5s was freaking out after i took it to another repair shop. After going back there the guy said that i dropped my phone again and thats why it was going crazy. I had only picked it up two days before and not once did i drop it. I took it to Josh at long beach irepair and opened up and showed that the parts used were low grade aftermarket parts. He put in one his screens and i could immediately tell that long beach irepairs parrs were better quality from the touch response to the colors of the screen. This place has gone down hill. Took a Samsung phone in for a cracked screen. He had defective screen which he tried to put on and didnt work. He tried to place a next day order on more screens from a different supplier and have me pay for half of the shipping. So not only was I going to pay to get it fixed at full cost plus shipping for his other order of screens...thats just ridiculous. I shouldnt have to pay more for his order of screens. After a waste of time. I went to Best Cell Phone Repair on Broadway in Long Beach this guy fixed it in 10 mins and costed $10 less than what this guy was charging and threw in a screen protector. I never got to meet Josh, but he took care of me. My 14 year old is travelling with camp in California and we live in New York. His very used iphone broke on the first day of this trip...which is a big deal for him. He was pretty devastated...no pictures, no memories to keep. My first course of action was to find a used phone in NY and fedex it to him. I quickly learned that the price for used phones are pretty much the same in NY as they are in California. I Cracked my Screen on my galaxy Note Edge, a while back :( When this happened my phone was considered new, I called around looking for a place who could fix it, but everywhere I called didnt carrying it and didnt know if they could even get the part? I was becoming stressed and getting ready to go to AT&T and have to buy a new phone FULL PRICE since the one i had was my newest upgrade, And I needed the phone for work ASAP! When I called Josh, He also said that he did not have the part, however he would do some research and see if he could get it in as soon as possible as I was very stressed out. He told me to come in so he could verify the phone I had. Which I did,when I arrived His office was full, While he helped others, and fixed their phones he was able to still talk to me. I couldnt help but to notice he fixed it all right in front of you, while talking to his customers, if they had questions he would even explain what he was doing to their phone, I thought ok Im in the right place, as well as addressing me and my questions. He was able to clear out the people that were there in front of me in 30 min. if I remember correctly that was 3 phones, before me!!! very fast . He said he had done some research before I even arrived and if the phone i had was indeed the note edge he could get the part in, that week and I could come in on the weekend for the repair. All I had to do was leave the phone with him or a deposit and he would order it. Since I couldnt use the phone I left it. but the best part is this, after meeting with him face to face, and having a conversation telling him how important it was that I needed my phone back, He let me put a deposit down and gave me a loaner phone he had on hand, until I came in that weekend for the repair, It wasnt my note edge but still it got me thru the rest of the week. I came in that weekend picked up my phone, the deposit I had made on the loaner was put towards the repair, and i paid the balance which was very reasonable considering, I almost had to pay full price on a new phone. I will forever be grateful for the kindness he showed me, helping me come up with options until my phone was available. I have seen other Yelpers mention this place is messing, His desk is a complete mess for sure, The rest of the office is a office, chairs and desk. A waiting area / lobby, All the mess is on his work stations, which to be honest Is where the mess should be. There are a couple dog toys on the floor, but obviously thats for the two adorable greeters. Wouldnt think people care how messy or clean a work station is as long as the job was done and the quality good. In my state of stress walking in on a messing desk, was the least of my concerns, I am just so happy I was able to walk out of there with a solution instead of a now what?
