I recently got my phone fixed here. The person working was Chris. He was really nice and respectful. Didn’t give me too much problems because I’m not the tackiest person and had a fast repair time for my phone and it wasn’t too expensive either. Would come again.

My iPhone 14 Pro wasnt charging and went to other places and they wanted 120 and 110 to fix it but I took it to Chris and he looked at it and told me in mins that my port was dirty. I do work in construction so explains a lot. He only charged me 40$ what thats less than half of what the other guys were charging. Totally recommend

I had to Surface Pros with cracked screens. I brought them here to be repaired. Both computers failed within months, and microsoft would repair them because this guys is not an authorized dealer. I would not recommend using this place.

My MacBook pro was having issues. I went to Apple first, they told me it was completely damaged so I looked for a place in LB, since I live in LB, and a very nice gentlemen took my laptop, and diagnosed it. Found out it was my had drive. Fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. I was happy that my laptop was fixed quick since I use it every day at work!

I dreaded the cost and time of what it was going to take to get my MacBook repaired. I found Long Beach Computer Repair, fairly close to my house. I went and he changed my perspective on a computer repair. He is a must go to, if you need to have a computer repaired. I have a MacBook Pro and I didnt realize how special it was. The first thing Chris says to me when he sees my laptop, this is a limited edition MacBook. Its not going to be cheap. Being a Mac, I already knew it wasnt going to be cheap. I needed it fixed, so I will willing to pay the price. He texted me within 30 minutes to let me know my computer was fixed. WHAT?!?!? He was nice enough to give me a keyboard cover. I like it, it keeps all the debris out of the keys.GO SEE CHRIS!!!!! He was friendly and he knows his stuff! His price is reasonable too!! He has an inventory too, if youre in the market for a computer too. Our next MacBook purchase will be from Chris!!

I got my screen fixed here last year. Called them several times upon getting my computer back because the screen they replaced my broken screen with is filthy. It pisses me off every time I use my computer! Do not get your screen replaced here! Every white spec is something between the screen they installed and my computer screen. Its aweful!I called and called and texted and called and left messages and NO ONE reached out to contact me back.

I called and asked if they could replace my ipad screen. they quoted me a reasonable price, but not any cheaper than other places around. the guy on the phone was super rude. he was short with me and kind of raised his voice. i just asked 2 reasonable questions, can u replace my 4th generation ipad screen and can i get a quote for that. i can just tell from the phone call that i’m going to have to pass on that whole situation.

Came in to have my computer looked at because it wasn’t charging. Turns out that it was a faulty charger. The owner or the person who runs the business literally tried to charge me $40 for a used secondhand charger for my Apple laptop pretty insulting considering on Amazon you could buy brand new ones for $18. In addition to that I had bought this computer from this place over a year ago. Instead of getting your computer repair from secondhand places, buy a new one . You save more money and headache in the end.

I give it 3 stars. Before, it was 1 star, however I got my computer back today and its running great now! But I honesty dont understand the amazing reviews. It took me two and a half weeks to get my computer back and they told me it would take only a week. Customer Service was terrible. I then received my computer, came home and apparently my computer didnt turn on. My fiance and I had to go back to the shop the next day, turns out it was an easy fix which was an error on their part. I just wish customer service was a little more efficient :) overall though, the price wasnt bad. I wont go to them again though just because of my most recent experience.

Took my computer in a few weeks ago, I had trouble installing Windows. They found out what the problem was and fixed within 12 hours and that includes service and a new faster hard drive!! Do not go here, not even if youre desperate. I went in with a cracked iPhone 5s screen, a pretty moderate crack at that, while they installed my new screen they broke my camera on accident. I had to go back into the shop 3x, once to work on the camera, once bc a stripe was down the right side of my phone which prevented me to type. Eventually I had enough and they offered a refund. I wasnt happy but I wouldnt have took the time out to write this review until the next part of my experience. One day later after the refund, after he reinstalled an old cracked screen to my phone my screen turn black and wouldnt work. I go to find out the problem and the guy tells me he cant do anything about it.I took it to one last repair place on 2700 and cherry and the guy could tell that it was a sloppy job and that they put the wrong screw in it punctured the motherboard. I ended up spender close to $600 for a new phone! Learn from my mistake go to 2700 and cherry

I dont imagine I will return again. iMac hard drive failed. saw reviews and was told by store they do many Mac repairs. got comp back but was unable to do time machine restore. he put in a hard drive half the size as the original. took comp back, got original size drive, did restore, but during restore fan was screaming. after restore same. called store back. they said yea, Mac owners always complain about loud fans after hard drive replacement. if it bothers you too much just being it back and I will fix it. I tried to press on how but he was not forthcoming. I did not get a feeling of confidence from our last conversation.I then did research on my own and found out that my Mac hard drive comes with an internal sensor and should be replaced like for like. upon further research I found an external sensor on amazon and bought that for a easy fix instead. It took 15 min to add, and now the fan operation is normal. I dont know what would have happened had I tried the store again. perhaps they would have done the same, or added software, or done nothing. dont really know, and dont really care. I feel the first cust with issues should have generated an internal review, in the hopes of preventing a repeat of the issue, but I dont get the feeling the store shares the customers concerns in this regard.

I got my i phone 6 screen replaced on short notice here while I was in town for the weekend. Ill just list what I didnt like about the transaction...1. My phone battery goes down about 2-4x as fast as before I had the screen replaced.2. My screen wont shut off when I am on a call so my cheek ends up hitting end or mute or speaker.3. There is a black dot at the top of the screen that looks like the result of a pressure crack or a factory blemish.4. Most recently, the screen was flashing in and out after only a week of use.It is a real bummer of a situation because I live far away and cant just come in and get it changed again. They said they would change it because its got a 30 day warranty and thats cool but still doesnt help me because I live 4 hours away and was hoping it wouldve been done right the first time.

I have a high end gaming desktop that I purchased a few months back online with a gtx 780 graphics card which I used primarily for gaming and for my photoshop creations. One day I got a blue screen of death and wiped out my harddrive. Once I had that issue resolved with a fresh harddrive, my computer would not start and I did not have the time to figure out what was wrong with it. I took it to Computer Repair & Data Recovery along with my old harddrive and they were able to reinstall my old harddrive into my new harddrive and identify what issues were causing my computer to not boot up. They gave me a great quote and went ahead with them. A few days went by and I got my computer, its running as perfectly as it was before. I highly recommend them to anyone whos computer has issues or needs their data recovered. Thank you guys!

So I have a Apple Mac Pro and my laptop basically ate crap a couple days ago right when the warranty decides to end. Searched around for a shop to take to instead of apple to try to save some bucks, one of my friends referred me to these guys, a lil bit of a drive but turned out to be worth itApple guys told me I had to replace my hard drive, which would cost me about $150, these guys took the computer for two days and got back to me telling me that they rebooted the hard drive and did some programming and that the hard drive was on the verge of failing. They do not back up there service or parts. They use faulty replacement parts, poor service, and Money$$ is the first concern, not the customer. Very poor experience and offered them to help resolve the issue. They did not want to resolve anything other than to charge for a full repair again.DO NOT USE SERVICE
