I came to look at a used vehicle, just look, maybe test drive as I had beach plans with my kids. I inquired about a vehicle online, the return phone call was courteous and the hand off at the dealership was received with friendly expedited service. The staff were all friendly. I could even tell it seems like a great work environment as they were even courteous to their own coworkers including EVS. The vehicle was in great condition and the dealership even made some repairs to ensure quality. My kids enjoyed the delicious hot chocolate. Needless to say, the deal was great and I ended up purchasing the vehicle without my husband there. They let me park my car there as I drove to the beach in my new car with my kids. I hope to return and buy a BMW 5 series one day. Thank you for a great car buying experience.

Went to the Long Beach as the first dealership to shop for an BMW iX thinking might not be lucky for them to have any in stock so when i went in the sales told me it wasnt available but i was being persistent about it and asked him to double check for me. To my surprise, he found one and its a white colored one (my fav color). My sales rep’s name was Sami and i think its fate that he was assigned to me as my sales rep. He made the transaction happen and i was extremely happy because i didnt have to go around to shop at other dealerships. Great customer service!!!

I just bought a BMW 750i at BMW Long Beach last month and I was happy and impressed by the service and attentive care from Pik Lee. During the test drive, Pik found out there was an issue with the AC since the car was cool enough when it was hot outside. Even we decided to buy the car that day but Pik told us he needed to have the car fixed properly with OEM part before the final delivery. We have waited for 2 weeks before we came to drive the car but Pik kept updating me the status almost daily. I am really happy with the car and enjoy driving it every day. I would recommend Pik to any new customer with your future BMW purchase.

I bought a car from this dealership back in March. I believed I got a working car, felt great during the test drive, they gave me a good deal. The car was missing a couple parts that the dealer promised to supply me with a week later, they never reach back to me about the missing car parts, the next day the car started making a weird engine noise. I told the dealership but they didn’t seem to care much about the customer, I took the car up to San Francisco for a family trip about one month later, keep in mind the car was rarely used after the purchase. The car left me stranded with a check engine light and a harsh engine noise. Please be careful with this type of dealer and business. Take a mechanic to check your car before you purchase, no honesty here. Just a dealer looking to take your money. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.

Over the holiday weekend my boyfriend and I drove from San Diego to Long Beach BMW where we met Jorge Solis. Unfortunately, the car I had originally inquired about had sold, but luckily Jorge was able to find a similar vehicle for me. When negotiating our agreement, they were patient and understanding of my situation. Jorge and his team, which also included Xavier and Ali, worked diligently with a bank to get me financed, and exceeded our expectations by furthermore giving us the VIP treatment of proposing to follow us back to San Diego to pick up our trade in spare key and deposit check so we wouldn’t need to drive back to Long Beach a second time. Ali was meticulous and combed through the final paperwork and was able to get me an even lower monthly payment than originally discussed, gave me 2 additional years extended warranty on top the Certified Pre Own warranty, and at no extra cost gave us 10 days temporary insurance on my new vehicle. I had an exceptionally disappointing experience with this dealership, which significantly marred my purchase of a BMW M5 Competition—a car I had been eagerly anticipating. The initial excitement of acquiring my first car from this dealership quickly dissolved into frustration due to severe administrative issues. Upon delivery, the vehicle arrived without any of the necessary documentation, leaving me in a challenging position. It took an astonishing two months for the dealership to provide me with the bill of sale, a delay that is difficult to justify.Adding to my dissatisfaction, an initial review I posted outlining these issues led to my sales manager contacting me. In an attempt to manage the situation, he persuaded me to remove my review, promising that the dealership would address and rectify the problems and compensate me for the inconvenience. Specifically, during the two months my car spent in the garage—still incurring monthly payments—I was unable to use it due to the lack of paperwork and license plates. Despite these assurances, my attempts to follow up have been met with consistent delays and unfulfilled promises. My sales manager frequently assures me of a return call that never materializes.This level of service is profoundly below what one would expect when purchasing a high-end vehicle. The excitement of buying a luxury car was entirely overshadowed by the dealerships mishandling of essential administrative tasks and their failure to uphold promises of remedial action. For a purchase of this magnitude, the lack of prompt and effective communication and resolution is unacceptable. I had a terrible experience at this dealer. I called to make sure my wheel and tire package was still effective because i had found nails in my tires. The guy that answered said yes and set up an appointment for me. I showed up and told them I had a 9am appointment. I was assisted by Bertha and she called over the tire specialist. Everything was going well. She even noticed i was due for an oil change and noticed it would be no charge because my husband had already prepaid for the oil changes until 2025. Thats when she noticed that Steven Smithson had answered the call so they walked me over to him and he continued to help me. As soon as he started to help me he said i needed and alignment and the two tires in the back as well as an oil change. I said okay to everything except the alignment. I declined the alignment and told him to call my husband because my husband wanted to know more about the tires. He never called my husband. He agreed and I got a loaner and left. When my husband went to pick up the car Steven tried charging him more than $1300 dollars for my two tires that were under warranty and for an oil change that had already been paid for. I did not pick up my own car because I was in the hospital and had just delivered my baby. My husband refused to pay because it should have only been a $50 copay. Steven threatened to take the tires off my car. My husband told him to go ahead and take them off since he was not going to pay for something that should be covered. Steven was very rude to my husband. He kept telling him that it was my fault because i never told him it was under warranty. When indeed he did know because he answered our call the day before and he should have checked. He is the worst service advisor we have ever had to deal with. Steven was rude and should not be helping customers especially if he is going to be blaming them for his mistakes. If he doesnt know how to do his job maybe he should be reassigned to a different area. He is arrogant and rude. I wonder if he is rude to all his customers or just certain ones. In addition when my husband picked up the car the next day it was not washed and the tires looked dirty. Every other time i have picked up my car from getting serviced, it is washed and ready for pick up. I thought i took my car to the dealership not a mom and pop shop.

I purchased a vehicle in early April and before agreeing to make a deal, I was told that the dealership would do their best to get rid of some scratches and repair a small tear on the center armrest.When I came back the next day to finalize my paperwork and have the vehicle worked on, I was advised to schedule a service for another day since they would need to keep the vehicle for a couple of days and that’s when they would have a loaner available.On the date of my scheduled service, I sat in the service bay for almost an hour because service and sales went back and forth about who would be handling it. Eventually, sales told me they would take care of it, but since it wasn’t a mechanical or warranty related issue, they would not be providing a loaner. I opted for coming in on a different day since I travel and needed to plan ahead.After finally getting around to dropping my car off on a Friday, I made sure to ask how long it would take and if all the parts were in and I was told they had everything and it would be ready by Tuesday.I check back in on Tuesday and was told the part they needed was on back order and it would take another couple of days. Each time I asked for an estimated date of completion, I either didn’t get an answer or some vague timeframe.Again, I travel and not being able to plan/having to push out appointments and prior obligations made things really tough.I was without a car for 10 days and was not offered a loaner at any point. When the car was ready, they weren’t even sure they could Uber me so I had to drive from Lake Elsinore to pick up my vehicle. The repair on the armrest was great but the scratches looked the same if not more visible.I ended up emailing the used car manager about my experience and followed up with my sales rep and was told the used car manager has seen the email and would be contact me at the end of the day. It has now been 8 days and I not received a response from anyone.I love my car and I’m grateful they were even willing to try and make cosmetic repairs to the car, but it really seems like they stopped caring after the sale was made. I’ve shopped at a lot of dealerships and this was probably one of the worst/inconvenient experiences I’ve ever had. Not something you’d expect from BMW.Edit (05/23): I called the dealership the day they responded to my review and ended up leaving a voicemail. To my “surprise”, I still have not been contacted. Seems like the their response may have been for damage control, but no resolution as of yet. I’m likely going to give up and just move forward working with another dealership.

Arrived at Long Beach BMW right when they opened, and May came out and greeted me immediately. She was extremely easy to talk to and she immediately got me to the vehicle that I was interested in. The experience after that was painless. Went for a quick test drive, she answered all the questions I had, took me inside and offered me coffee. The process after that was just the normal time it takes to run credit, get the best offer, and do all the paperwork. After that was done, she quickly filled up the tank, got the vehicle detailed, and put the plates on the car. The best part of the experience was that she was not pushy AT ALL. Honestly, that made my decision even easier. I highly recommend this dealership and May specifically as a salesperson. I also want to take a moment to recognize the gentleman that handled all of the finance paperwork for me. He was a joy to work with as well. He was funny, worked hard to get me the best deal with the banks and with the extra service warranty. He was also an excellent employee. This dealership maintenance department is the worst. Every time I bring in my 2019 4 Series for service meaning oil service they say my car has something wrong and every time is something different. At least keep it consistent about what’s wrong with it. I have videos of the maintenance tech saying everything is perfect from the previous service that they mentioned it was wrong SMH. He had us wait around in the sun, didn’t show us the second car we had texted him about before our long drive there. When we were talking numbers, he got a call and said well let me know what you decide and proceeded to walk away. I said excuse me is everything ok. He offered to get someone else to help us only after I asked to speak to a manager. I’m still in disbelief at the way he treated us. I visited the dealership with my wife, nobody acknowledged we were there the entire 30 minutes. An associate who may have not been a salesperson told us we had to order online? It was a confusing first impression.After inquiring online I received a text message from a sales representative named Andy. Andy informed me what I was looking for was on the lot and that I did not have to order online. I exchanged text messages with Andy and he provided the info I needed.The next day I arranged a meeting with Andy and he showed me exactly what I was looking for. He did a great job guiding me through the process but most importantly spent a good amount of time teaching me to operate the car. This place will rip you off. They tried to get us to buy a tire that we did not need, and charged a markup price 2x higher than the market price. They took more than 45 minutes just to answer a question about the tire, and the service rep who we spoke to went on a snack break instead of answering the question we had. And when we asked for the car back, they were disrespectful. I would avoid this BMW service center if you can, and visit another store that wont rip you off.

I bought my current car at that dealership 3 years ago. I brought my car in for service because a had a coolent leak. The light would come on every so often and noticed it was coming on more frequently. Service said I needed a coolent pump, back brakes and a battery. So I agreed with the repair. $2,500 later, I bring my car home and I get the coolant leak light come on again so I called them, they said maybe there has some air pockes from when we replaced the fluid and to please refill and it should be fine. Ok, I went on a trip for a couple a days, when I returned home, I moved my car in the driveway and the coolant light came back on. I called the dealership and they said bring it in. They checked it out and said I now need to replace all my hoses...$3,200 more.They never fixed my car from the begining, and now want more money to do something else.The dealership also charged me for a coolent pump which is under emissions warranty that they failed to honor .I brought my car into the dealership for peace of mind thinking they would stand behind their work but unfortunately they are no better than and other automotive garage, if fact I have had better service from independent garages and find they they stand behind their work better than the big dealerships.I have notified the California regulatory commission regarding the emissions warranty and am alerting the media about there flawed sevice.By the way...this dealership is currently NOT accredited by The Better Business Bureau.

Man where to begin, At first I was not happy with the communication with Long Beach BMW, I spoke to multiple online sales rep who kept passing me around and was told that the car I was interested was not yet available and that a sales manager would call me back. Competitive price, fast service, and accommodating!In a world with chip shortage, it is a hard to be a buyer because many dealerships take advantage of this situation to hike up the price so unreasonably. Not at this Long Beach BMW! Their price was the most competitive I could find. Their sales staff worked hard to accommodate me with my needs.I ordered a brand new M440i with them. It took longer than expected (roughly 4 months) for the car to be delivered but it was because of semiconductor shortage and not really the dealership’s fault.Due to my very busy work schedule, my time was limited during the purchasing process. The Service department at Long Beach BMW is clearly a competitive advantage. Just had a Z4M in for maintenance for low speed vibration issue. Part needed to be replace and was back ordered for 6 WEEKS. The service manager (Javier) and the parts manager pulled some strings and got part in a couple of days. TOTALLY fixed the problem. Car came back SUPER clean too. Javier is the BEST and is a BIG asset to Long Beach BMW (if you guys read this, give Javier a bonus, he deserves it. AWESOME well done!!!

Do not come here unless you’re well dressed up and fancy. I came here yesterday with my husband and I was there to test drive the M550i, which I ended up doing. The main reason we were there was for my husband to purchase a vehicle the M340i, although they didn’t have it, we still wanted him to test drive a vehicle similar. The sales guy was an older hispanic (very serious face) was very cold shoulder, didn’t care. Said he’d been in the industry for 20 years, but regardless didn’t treat us like customers and treated us like we weren’t on his level. I work for a dealership as well and I’d expect more from what we got. After my test drive he left us standing for 10 minutes thinking he’d come back. We later left and went to a different BMW where the sales guy was the sweetest and treated us with respect, my husband later bought the vehicle there. These people will judge you but honestly for 20 years in the industry you think you’d know how to treat people who are interested in purchasing. Horrible service. I do not care if you haven’t met your quota that behavior is unacceptable.

This place is a joke. They scheduled a test drive appointment for me at 4pm. They called twice and texted to confirm the appointment. When I got to the dealership, they tell me that the car I’m interested has a recall order, so I can’t test drive. Someone could have just told me that before scheduling the appointment with me. I drove 45 mins in the rain to get to the dealership. Careless and thoughtless idiots work here.

I buy a used car on this dealer but when I get home with the car I noticed that they never do any inspection on the car actually they never do a oil change what they did they only reset the oil life to 100% be careful if you buy a car on that dealer you have to rent your own mechanic to check the vehicle

I came in just to do a lease inspection, but since my term was ending in the upcoming months, Sami listened to my wants and needs, and found something that checked all the boxes and more!!! Sami was funny, smart, and diligent in meeting my expectations. We also had very some interesting and intriguing conversations in the downtime.I also worked with Sam in the Finance Dept. My mother traded her new Mazda to join the BMW family (which I tried to talk her out of multiple times) it’s only been a couple months and this car has given her trouble THREE TIMES. THREE TIMES IT WOULD NOT START. I am livid that these fake salesmen don’t care that my poor mother is left stranded in different places BECAUSE OF THEM. They don’t answer the phone, they hang up on her, and turns out they sold her a car with a DYING BATTERY. Worse service I’ve ever heard of. They should be ashamed of themselves. Watch what happens when she brings the car back and tells them to give her a WORKING BATTERY. And can she get her working car back that she traded? What about her money? DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Ordered a part. Was told they would call me when it arrived. They told me it would arrive in 3 days. I waited over 2 weeks. Never received a call. When i called to check the clerk said yes he had called. Botton line, I never received a call from them. Maybe he dialed the wrong number? I could have ordered the part on line and had it in 2 days. Will not return to this BMW dealer will go to OC where i purchased mine X5 a year ago.
