Basically went there because my daughter wanted steak and I didn’t want to pay a fortune for a fancy restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised with actually, the quality of the steak was good. We shared a porterhouse, and there was plenty for both of us. Plus you get two sides which is nice. We had a salad and steamed broccoli and he was nice enough to bring out extra plates so we could split everything up and the croutons on the salad are awesome. Their dinner rolls are awesome. Plus the basketball game is on and they made sure to sit me basically right in front of it.Next time I will go back for sure, and bring my wife because she says she likes their fried catfish. I’m gonna have to try it.

Had dinner for the first time at the Roadhouse. My husband, who is very picky about his steaks, loved his steak. I was not impressed with my dinner and mentioned it to our very nice waitress. The manager came over to see what else they could do, very concerned. I decided to just keep it though. When we got ready to leave we were informed our entire bill had been taken care of!! That is truly above and beyond service and we will definitely be returning! Thank you so much Roadhouse!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

The food was outstanding. The service was even better. Ashley was phenomenal. She was extremely attentive, especially to my 90 year old mother n law from China. Her natural ability to effectively cross the cultural barrier provided an excellent dining experience for all three of us. Her outstanding performance is an example of the quality and traditions that I have come to expect from Logans Steakhouse. I would even go as far as to recommend her for a managerial position should one become available.

First time ever going here on April 20th 2023 and it was absolutely amazing! Calamari was seasoned perfectly and the dipping sauce was was a great pairing but you should ask for extra. The porterhouse meal was absolutely delicious, so tender and cooked exactly how I wanted it. The onion to rings and fried green beans were a little greasy and tasted like old oil but everything else was on point and worth the price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, was a little nervous about the music but thankfully they didnt just play country music; like some steakhouses do, they actually have a great variety! Drinks were spectacular and not weak either as many places drinks can be... Would highly recommend this place and cant wait to go back to try something else.

I called a month ahead for a graduation reservation, called a week to confirm, and when I got there they seemed so annoyed we were there. No active waiter so we didnt get any of our drinks until 15-20min out, didnt get our food order taken until 40min out, having to wait longer because they were helping another large party, so our food took forever to get out and all my guests said their food wasnt good. I chose Logans for my graduation because I honestly liked the energy and the food there, but the service was terrible today. Its graduation weekend and they didnt seem to have enough staff overall, kind of sucked because I was excited for this day for awhile and it was just bad.

Waitress seemed to be uninterested in helping our party of 16. (We had made reservations 1 month ahead) drinks took forever to come out, our meals took even longer. 1+hours. Blackened chicken was extremely dry, wings didn’t have enough sauce, my potato skins were over cooked. It was the first time I couldn’t finish my food and didn’t even bother with a take out box. When we were paying our bill, somehow the lady messed up, and someone else paid for my ticket. I didn’t have to pay, but it’s still uncomfortable and an inconvenience. I’m not even from Chico but the whole experience was disappointing.

Good food, reasonable prices. The waitress was nice and really energetic like she just downed an energy drink. The food was good, the bread is my favorite. I had not been here in years but i used to love the peanuts on the floor. Also they have those toy vending machines at the door, you know the ones you put the coins in? And tell me why they got pokemon cards. I love Pokemon cards!

Logans is always a hit or miss for my family of 5. We go very rarely, but when we do theres always some kind of hiccup.The last time we went, my food was luke warm and I had to ask for them to put it on the grill for a little longer. My sister asked for her burger well done and it came medium rare.Once we waited over 45 minutes for our food on a Thursday night (Im pretty sure they might have forgot about us)However, the staff is always extremely helpful and always fixes whatever problems we have once we say something.Overall the experience in our case was always just okay. The food is fine and the atmosphere is clean.A little too pricey for the experience however

As far as chain steak houses goes, this is nominal...because its the only one in Chico. Gone are the days where sawdust and peanut shells littered the floor, which was part of this establishments ambiance. My wife and I went on Friday to partake of the 2 for $50 12oz Prime Rib special. She got the loaded baked potato and broccoli, I got the roasted corn and side salad...both of us got the Prime Rib rare. The Prime Rib arrived and was exactly how it was supposed to be, same with the sides. This restaurant is a prime example of how a chain should be run...efficiently and without strife. Could it be better!? Yes, just like most chains. Did we get dessert? No...too full to go down that road. Are there better steak houses in Chico? Again, yes...but you will spend more. Logans Roadhouse is exactly what it needs to be in a town that definitely needs it.

No peanuts on the floor anymore, Im sure some lawyers told them not to. The food is good the service also although it mid afternoon and the place was empty, nice service. I had the brisket sandwich with fries (sorry my pics dont have the fries but I was hungry and I eat the fries first before they get cold). This Logans is visible from the freeway but tucked into the back corner of a mall parking lot so plenty of parking and generally not to busy off peak and quiet.

We have had good food there and REALLY bad food there. We have had good service and REALLY bad service. Last night the food and the service were both bad!The waiter took forever, and was super annoying. My food was just horrible. My steak had absolutely no seasoning on it, and there is no way it was cooked on wood fire as they advertise. No wood smoke flavor, barely any char that you would expect from a wood fire. I ordered Mushrooms on my steak And they were undercooked. I ordered garlic butter and it was just regular butter. I will not be going back.

We were sat in the bar area. The bartender was also our waitress. Not only was she responsible for making all the drinks for the whole restaurant, but she had to take care of the people seated at the bar and the surrounding tables. She took our order and our food arrived 45 minutes later cold. My mashed potatoes and steak were room temp. I told the waitress that brought the food and she goes oh okay I’ll warm it up. Brings back my steak Nuked in the microwave for 5 minutes and potatoes cold still. Steak was rubber after that. Said they took 25% off bill. They took a total of $7 off my $60 bill for bringing out two $26 microwaved steaks. No one there to complain to so i just paid so i wouldn’t have to be there any longer than i already was.

As usual slogans does not disappoint. Food was good steaks were made as requested the buttery rolls were fresh and hot. The ribs were truly fall off the bone and your choice of either beef or pork. Had the pork with honey barbecue sauce thick sticky and tasty.We were a group of 5 and was seated quickly and served in a reasonable time the service was good even on a Saturday early evening it was busy. Good family and friends atmosphere cant find much better in Chico.

So we went to lunch on valentines day at Logans and everything was great. My girlfriend and I had been out to eat every night that weekend and had been very disappointed until we went to Logans. We were seated quickly and our server Daisha(I hope I spelled her name correctly) was awesome. She was friendly, down to earth and on top of everything. Then there was the food I ordered tri tip cooked medium and my girlfriend ordered chicken tenders to share with my son. I must say that tri tip was cooked perfect. Inside pink...and holy cow was it juicy and tender...no lie bomb af. The tenders were plentiful. Like 5 or 6 tenders and 2 sides so there was some left over. I mean for the cheapest meal out all weekend it was the best. Plus usually I dont brag on waiters to their management in person because I have found it lacking what I intended it to do. But I had no choice but to tell them Daisha was fantastic along with great food made for an excellent valentines lunch out.

Great staff but not great food. My spaghetti was so bland and tasted straight out of a can, someones shrimp was under done, and steak was tough and extremely chewy. Got some baby back ribs they were good but nothing to write home about. Though I will say the loaded baked potatoes are actually pretty good. I won’t be returning.

My husband and I got to Logan’s at 10 minutes to 8pm. Waitress took us to a table right next to the bar where there were 5 people drinking and talking very loud. Had to ask her to put us on other side where it was quiet. Waiter came and got our drinks right away then a table of 6-7 people got sat behind us. Server was still attentive even though she was the only one working the whole restaurant with a large party in the back. My steak perfect. My girlfriends burger cooked perfect, but had slight strange taste. My daughters burger, burnt & charred on the outside. Not the good char. My 3 year olds chicken bites were burnt with bad smell and they had very little meat in them. They remade his chicken bites, they were cooked perfect, but still smelled strange, still had very little meat and he refused to eat them, despite them being his favorite. I rated a 3 because of the food being half perfect and half horrible. So I chose in the middle.

After reading some of the other reviews I was somewhat hesitant, but my family wanted to go there.Our server Bryn, impressed us from the start, bring us our drinks and fresh rolls right away. Its a real shame how far the quality has dropped. I ordered the catfish and it tasted freezer burnt and under seasoned. The batter was bland and soft. The fries were stale and chewy. The only thing that tasted as youd expect was the slaw, which tasted like the premade stuff you buy at Cash and Carry. The menu calls it 1/2lb filet, but was more like 4oz of fish and 4oz of batter. My wife got the chicken tenders which imply breast meat but is most certainly that pre battered, formed meat you would find in the freezer section of a grocery store. This place used to be a great place to chow down, but I suspect with the drop in quality it will end up another vacant commercial restaurant space for lease in the shopping center parking lot.

Worse dinner ever. Let’s start with the waitress who was also the bartender so there was almost zero service. She took the order but others finally brought it out from the kitchen. Got the appetizer just before the main meal. Ordered steaks medium rare but got well done. Would have returned them but nobody ever came around. Finally got the bill to be told the server would tend too it. I honestly had no desire to wait another 30 minutes for her to get around to it. Someone else took it, gave it to the manger who gave it to the server. She gave it to us expecting a tip for not providing any service. Never again will we go there. Was a quick waste of $100.

We arrived a little after 3 PM and they were not very busy. We waited a good 15 minutes before we were even asked what we would like to drink. I had just made the comment to my husband that I had never waited this long to get a drink in any restaurant that Ive ever been to. I was informed that was the only thing on the menu that she did not have. So I said go ahead and bring our drinks and Ill look to see if theres something else Id like to have. So we finally get our bread to enjoy before our meal, and it was very good. Our dinners finally arrived but my husbands shrimp that was on top of a piece of salmon, were cold. But we didnt say anything about it. While we are eating our meals, another gal starts her shift. She is behind the bars talking with the girl that we were dealing with. I overhear our girl tell her I am not dealing with rude people today. I just dont get why every time we have tried Logans restaurant we always get the worst service or the worst food. Needless to say that is our last time ever going to the Chico Logans.

We had my sons birthday dinner here the wait staff were amazing dealing with all the people and separated checks. The AC in the back room didnt work.. it was 90° inside and the sun was making it that much worse. If they had some shutters and a working ac would have made it so much more tolerable. We decided to spend our anniversary, which we do every year, at Logans Chico, Ca location. Our server was friendly and accommodating. However, the food was horrific. I ordered a ribeye, well done, no pink. Not sure if the cook just flunked culinary or forgot that no pink doesnt mean rare. They also didnt even flavor the steak. Not even with salt. The bread was so dry it was rubbery, and the accompanying whipped butter had as much flavor as licking Crisco. Needless to say after 19 years of anniversary celebration, tonight was our last night at Lacking Roadhouse, I mean Logans Roadhouse. I dont even think Gordon Ramsay could help that meal.

Its hard to give a fair review because the table was so sticky. Not the kind of sticky thats from one missed cleaning, its was years deep. My elbows stuck to the table. I guess that teaches me to put my elbows in the table.I should have read the menu better, the sweet potato fries had sugar on them. Sugar? Theyre fries, not a dessert. I also had a vegan burger. It was dry. My husband had the brisket, it was dry.The service was good. Not too long of a wait even though they were busy. Pleasant and friendly wait staff.

Definitely a new favorite place on our favorite places to go out eat at. Definitely will beer coming back with my husband and our 2 kids. I went here cause there was people hyping up this restaurant, so I wanted to give it a try and see what all the fuss was about. Just had a great prime rib dinner. Ate outside on the patio...a little on the warm side but the misters help. Our waitress was wonderful! Lots of reviews here mention the service, weve been here a few times and never had problems with it. However, what we have had problems with is the food. The masters of witchcraft in the kitchens manage to mess up everything. The excuse for fried cheese was a frozen patty of breaded cheese. The fries could have been bought from any fast food chain and you wouldnt be able to tell the difference. Despite the walls being plastered with neon signs advertising beer, they seem to have nothing we asked for, including one that was on the wall! Lastly, they offer dine in as of march 2021, they tried to sit us just a few feet from another table. We asked to be seated elsewhere and they complied.Oh and no more spitting shells on the floor. Thank God.

Logans is always hit and miss for me. Seems the busier they are, the better the food and service is. I will say Ive have had one of my top most dinners at Logans, reason why I keep going back. To relive that sweet moment with baby back ribs and mash potatoes. My kids absolutely love their bread (that they just bring to the table) - hands down. I think its mostly air, but theres something about it. Overall - a bit pricey, but food is legit, atmosphere is good, and service is generally good. The line would pickup somehow there would be an open line and I could hear the female employees in the background talking and laughing about me being on hold and asking to speak to a manager. We asked her about ordering alcohol, and she wasnt sure, but was more than happy to find out. No prob, I was her age working in a restaurant one time too. So along comes (check my spelling) Mikayla, who was instantly our newest best friend! She was all smiles and ponytail, and she knew exactly what she was doing. She brought our drinks (I had a peach something.. my friends had these humongous Bloody Marys, which they said were excellent) and the calamari appetizer which was really good. Then came the meat.. I havent seen two people that happy in such a long time. It almost made me cry 😋. Youd have thought the prime rib was proposing to them the way they were enjoying their meals. I had to try mine, which was a Ribeye cooked medium rare. Blue cheese crumbles covered my steak, which was the 10 carat diamond on my platinum wedding band! I too rode off into the sunset with my new mate: hands down the best Ribeye Ive ever had. You want beef, dont think, dont ask, just get in the car and go to Logans Roadhouse. Ask for Mikayla.. I promise you wont be disappointed!!!

One of the 4 people in our party didnt get what they ordered and had to send it back and wait for their food and I, myself, ordered the tritip sandwich which turned out very dry and tough. I can say the drinks were good.

I take my family to logans quite a bit and i have yet to have a bad experience. Food is always good and the steaks are the best among any chain restaurant. all their servers are nice but our favorites are kelly and micheala.

The food was good, but the service not so much. The table was sticky and dirty, and the menu too. I had a hard time touching those things. Throw in a mistake on our order, followed by a terrible explanation, not the best experience.

If COVID hasnt taken my breath away this place sure did. I fell in love with the food. Everything was so good that I was in awe every time something approached the table. From the friendly service provided by Maddy, to the delicious groupie she prepared. The skewer wings were beyond perfection. The ribeye was so juicy and perfectly cooked. I loved variety of side options unlike Texas Roadhouse this place had real sides. The bread they served is so good I felt like I had a piece of heaven on earth. It was my first time visiting Chico and this place gave me the best impression. After visiting this place I seen they had one closer to me in Sacramento but I would make the two hour drive just to relive this experience.

Logans Roadhouse is an excellent place to take the family for dinner. It can be fun to throw peanut shells on the floor and eat a delicious steak. The staff are usually helpful and they have a good menu of food and drinks to choose from. They also serve free soft buttery bread before every meal. If you drink water when you go out to eat I would suggest getting something else here though. For some reason their water tastes nasty. My guess is it comes from what the nossle they use to make cocktails and it has a strong aftertaste.

Fish and chips tasted old and like dirt plus soggyOrder 2 hamburgers. Asked for no pink but both were dry and burnt as ****. For a place like that to make 2 horrible hamburgers is crazy. You no theirs a difference between a fully cooked juicy burger and dry over cooked burger. Also had to request more bacon as the bacon the one burger came with was burnt to a crisp.First time customure and a last time customure for sure.However they did fix the tab for the cook which was nice. But wont be returning.

Calamari appetizer was luke warm and taste like old grease. Daughters steak tips from kids menu was shoe leather when asked for med-rare. My steak was luke warm and tuffest NY strip I ever had. Wifes onion steak was good but bake potato was dry even with butter and sour cream. Service was good untill our server left for the night then we waited 45 min for food to come out and 20 for check no drink refills. Have no reason to go back.
